Claims (10)
- Verstellbare verschraubte Krone (C), umfassend einen Deckel (1), der fest mit einem Rohr (3) verbunden und mit einem Erkennungszeichen (L) versehen ist, einen feststehenden Körper (2), der dazu bestimmt ist, in den Mittelteil der Uhr (100) montiert zu werden, und das Rohr (3) aufnimmt, und Regulierungsmittel für die Winkelausrichtung des Deckels (1) im Verhältnis zum Mittelteil der Uhr (100),
wobei die Regulierungsmittel für die Winkelausrichtung des Deckels (1) einen Ring (4) umfassen, der dazu angeordnet ist, auf das Rohr (3) geschraubt zu werden, wobei der Ring (4) erste Indexierungsmittel umfasst, die dazu angeordnet sind, mit zweiten Indexierungsmittel zusammenzuwirken, die in dem Körper (2) ausgebildet sind, wobei der Ring in den Körper (2) eingepresst und positioniert wird, wobei das Einpressen und Positionieren mithilfe der ersten und zweiten Indexierungsmittel durchgeführt wird. - Verstellbare verschraubte Krone (C) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die ersten und zweiten Indexierungsmittel Rillen (201, 401) umfassen, die konfiguriert sind, um axial ineinander einzugreifen.
- Verstellbare verschraubte Krone (C) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Ring (4) zwischen dem Rohr (3) und dem Körper (2) eingepresst ist, wobei das Rohr, der Ring (4) und der Körper (2) in einer im Deckel (1) ausgebildeten ringförmigen Kehle (12) untergebracht ist.
- Verstellbare verschraubte Krone (C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Körper (2) eine Innenschulter (20) umfasst, die einen Anschlag für den Ring (4) bildet.
- Verstellbare verschraubte Krone (C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Rohr (3) eine Anschlagfläche (31) zum Anschlagen gegen den Ring (4) umfasst.
- Verstellbare verschraubte Krone (C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei Dichtungsmittel (10) zwischen dem Deckel (1) und dem Körper (2) angeordnet sind.
- Verstellbare verschraubte Krone (C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Rohr (3) ein Außengewinde (32) umfasst, das dazu angeordnet ist, mit einem Gewindeabschnitt (40) des Rings (4) zum Aufschrauben und/oder Abschrauben der Krone (C) zusammenzuwirken.
- Montageverfahren für eine verstellbare verschraubte Krone (C) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Montieren des Deckels (1) auf das Rohr (3),- Montieren des Körpers (2) in den Mittelteil (100),- festes Verschrauben des Rings (4) auf das Rohr (3), um eine einzige Einheit zu bilden,- Wählen der Ausrichtung des Erkennungszeichens (L) und Einpressen der im vorherigen Schritt erhaltenen Einheit in den Körper (2), indem die Rillen (401) des Rings (4) axial zwischen den Rillen (201) des Körpers (2) verschoben werden, bis der Ring (4) an der Innenschulter (20) des Körpers (2) anliegt.
- Montageverfahren nach Anspruch 8, umfassend einen Schritt, bei dem eine Dichtung (7) im Inneren des Deckels (1) zwischen dem Körper (2) und dem Deckel (1) angeordnet wird.
- Zeitmessgerät, umfassend eine Krone (C), die verschraubt und verstellbar montiert ist, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
