Claims (11)
- Eine Schutzverpackungsmontage (2), für das Verpacken eines Haushaltsgeräts (4), insbesondere eines Kühlgerätes, umfasst:- zwei Längskantenschutzvorrichtungen (1a; 1b) für das Abfedern des oberen linken und oberen rechten Rand des Haushaltsgeräts (4) und einen rechteckigen Kantenschutz (1c), der die unteren Ränder des Haushaltsgeräts (4) in Umfangsrichtung abfedern kann, wobei der Körper (5) jedes Kantenschutzes (1a-1c) einen Hauptabschnitt (6) besitzt, der einen elastischen Schaum für das Abfedern des Haushaltsgeräts (4) und mindestens einen Verstärkungsabschnitt (7) umfasst und zum Abfedern des Haushaltsgeräts (4) einen elastischen Schaumstoff besitzt, des Weiteren einen für das Tragen eines entsprechenden Riemens (3), wobei allerdings die Druckfestigkeit des elastischen Schaumstoffs innerhalb des Verstärkungsabschnitts (7) höher ist als die Druckfestigkeit des elastischen Schaumstoffes innerhalb des Hauptabschnitts (6).- zwei Bänder (3), wobei jeder Längskantenschutz (1a; 1b) zwei Verstärkungsabschnitt (7) besitzt, dessen Anordnung so gewährleistet ist, dass sie die jeweiligen Bänder (3) und der rechteckige Kantenschutz (1c) vier Verstärkungsabschnitte (7) besitzt, die so angeordnet sind, um die jeweiligen Bänder (3) zu tragen, wobei die Größe, Form und die relativen Positionen Verstärkungsabschnitte (7) entsprechend der Größe und der Form der Bänder (3) eingestellt werden müssen.
- Eine Schutzverpackungsmontage (2), wie in Anspruch 1 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastische Schaum innerhalb des Hautabschnitts (6) ein Polystyrol umfasst und der elastische Schaum innerhalb der Verstärkungsabschnitte (7) Polystyrol, Gummi oder ein anderes Polymer besitzt.
- Eine Schutzverpackungsmontage (2), wie in Anspruch 2 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichte des elastischen Polystyrolschaum innerhalb der Verstärkungsabschnitte (7) einen Wert zwischen 30 und 40 Kilogramm pro Kubikmeter umfasst.
- Eine Schutzverpackungsmontage (2), wie in Anspruch 1 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (5) eine Innenfläche besitzt, die an dem Außenrand des Haushaltsgeräts (4) anliegen könnte und genauso auch eine Außenfläche (9), wobei der Verstärkungsabschnitt (7) in mindestens einem Teil der Außenfläche (9) in unmittelbarer Nähe der Kante des Körpers (5) eingelassen ist.
- Eine Schutzverpackungsmontage (2), wie in Anspruch 1 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Verstärkungsabschnitt (7) sich von der Außenfläche (9) durch den Körper (5) bis hin zu der Innenfläche (8) erstreckt.
- Eine Schutzverpackungsmontage (2), wie in Anspruch 1 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite von jedem Verstärkungsabschnitt (7) gleich oder grösser als die Breite des Riemens (3) ist.
- Eine Schutzverpackungsmontage (2), wie in den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Pappschachtel (10) zum Teil das Umschließen der Kantenschützer (1a-1c) und des Haushaltsgeräts (4), wobei jedes Band (3) geeignet ist, den Karton (10) und den jeweiligen Kantenschutz (1a-1c) an der jeweiligen Kante des Haushaltsgeräts (4) zu befestigen.
- Ein Verfahren für die Herstellung eines Kantenschutzes (1a-1c), für die Verwendung in einer Schutzverpackungsmontage (2) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Folgendes umfasst:- einen Schritt für die Vorbereitung einer ersten Form und einer zweiten Form, die zum Formen des Körpers (5) des Kantenschutzes (1a-1c) geeignet sind, um einen Hauptabschnitt (6) bzw. Verstärkungsabschnitt (7) darzustellen,- einen Schritt für das Einspritzen eines elastischen Schaums in die erste Form, um den Hauptabschnitt (6) des Körpers (5) zum Polstern des Haushaltsgeräts (4) zu bilden und- einen Schritt des Einspritzens eines elastischen Schaums in die zweite Form, um die Verstärkungsabschnitte (7) des Körpers (5) zum Abfedern des Haushaltsgeräts (5) und zum Tragen des jeweiligen Riemens (3) zu bilden, unterdessen die Druckfestigkeit des elastischen Schaumstoff gegeben ist und im Inneren der Verstärkungsprofile (7) höher eingestellt ist als die Druckfestigkeit des elastischen Schaum innerhalb des Hauptabschnitts (6), es ist allerdings zu beachten, dass die Größe, die Form und die relativen Positionen der Verstärkungsprofile (7) eingestellt sind, entsprechend der Größe und Form der Bänder (3).
- Das Herstellungsverfahren wie in Anspruch 8 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und zweite Form zum Formen des Körpers (5) des Kantenschutzes (1a-1c) durch Doppelspritzguss geeignet sind.
- Das Herstellungsverfahren wie in Anspruch 8 oder 9 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastische Schaum innerhalb des Hauptabschnitts (6) aus Polystyrol besteht und der elastische Schaum innerhalb der Verstärkungsabschnitte (7) aus Polystyrol, Gummi oder einem anderen Polymer besteht.
- Das Herstellungsverfahren wie in Anspruch 10 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wert der Dichte des elastischen Schaums innerhalb der Verstärkungsabschnitte (7) zwischen 30 und 40 Kilogramm pro Kubikmeter liegt.
