Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de fonctionnement pour une porte ou une fenêtre oscillo-battante (1) comprenant au moins un châssis fixe (2) et un cadre mobile (3) reliés l'un à l'autre le long d'un montant vertical (4, 5) correspondant par une paire de charnières, une charnière inférieure (6) et une charnière supérieure (7), et une poignée de commande (8) positionnée sur le montant (9) du cadre (3) opposé à celui relié au châssis fixe (2) ; le dispositif de fonctionnement (100) comprenant au moins :
    - un coulisseau (10), servant à transmettre le mouvement de la poignée, (8) adapté pour être logé et pouvant coulisser dans une rainure (11) d'une traverse supérieure (12) du cadre (3) ;
    - un corps de positionnement (13) pouvant être fixé dans la rainure (11) de la traverse supérieure (12) ; le corps (13) présentant une fente (14) avec une extension longitudinale (L) de fonctionnement ;
    - un bras de raccordement (15) adapté pour être articulé, à une première extrémité, sur la partie mobile de la charnière supérieure (7) et articulé, à l'autre extrémité, sur le corps de positionnement (13) au moyen d'un ergot (16) logé dans la fente (14) du corps de positionnement (13) ; le bras (15) comportant une surface relative pourvue d'au moins deux éléments (17, 18) en saillie vers la rainure (11) et d'une zone libre (19), espacés l'un de l'autre le long du bras (15) ;
    - un élément sélecteur (20) relié au coulisseau (10) pouvant coulisser à l'intérieur de la rainure (11) de la traverse supérieure (12) pour intercepter, selon une séquence prédéterminée par la position relative des éléments en saillie (17, 18) et la zone libre (19), les éléments en saillie (17, 18) et la zone libre (19), de manière à définir des configurations de fermeture, d'ouverture tournante et d'ouverture basculante correspondantes pouvant être adoptées par le cadre mobile (3), le dispositif (100) étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un (18) des éléments en saillie (17, 18) pourvu de moyens de positionnement (21) amovibles agissant entre au moins un (18) des éléments en saillie (17, 18) et le bras de raccordement (15) pour modifier la position de l'élément en saillie (18) par rapport à l'autre élément en saillie (17) le long du bras (15), de manière à varier la séquence des configurations pouvant être adoptées par le cadre mobile (3) et dans lequel le bras de raccordement (15) est équipé de l'autre élément en saillie (17), fixé sur le bras de raccordement (15), et d'au moins deux trous traversants (22, 23), espacés l'un de l'autre, formant un siège de logement de l'élément en saillie (18) équipé des moyens de positionnement (21) amovibles et, respectivement, de la zone libre (19) ou vice versa.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément en saillie équipé des moyens de positionnement (21) amovibles est un ergot (18) pouvant être couplé dans l'un des trous traversants (22, 23) du bras (15) ; l'ergot (18) étant pourvu d'un siège de couplage (24) pour une partie des moyens de positionnement (21) comprenant un élément de fixation (25) vissable pouvant être couplé dans le siège (24) de l'ergot (18) et pouvant être positionné, après fixation, dans une partie du trou (22, 23) du bras de raccordement (15).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'ergot (18) comprend une tête (26) pourvue d'une paire d'ailettes radiales (27, 28) opposées l'une à l'autre et ayant un profil extérieur ascendant partant du centre de l'ergot (18) ; les ailettes (27, 28) définissant une autre partie les éléments de positionnement (21) amovibles ; la paire d'ailettes (27, 28) de l'ergot (18) peut être couplée dans l'un des trous traversants (22, 23) du bras de positionnement (15) comportant une paire de renfoncements radiaux (29, 30) correspondants pour les ailettes (27, 28) pouvant positionner et stabiliser l'ergot (18) avec un effet antirotation à l'intérieur du trou (22, 23).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le bras de raccordement (15) comporte les deux trous (22, 23) équipés de la paire de renfoncements radiaux (29, 30) .
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément sélecteur (20) comporte une rainure centrale (31) configurée pour intercepter un seul élément en saillie (17, 18) ou une zone libre (19) une fois pour chaque mouvement, en séquence, par l'action de commande de la poignée (8).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant des moyens (32) servant à régler la course de l'ergot (16) du bras de raccordement (15) à l'intérieur de la fente (14) du corps de positionnement (13) ; les moyens de réglage (32) étant positionnés sur le corps de positionnement (13) et mobiles entre plusieurs positions stables à l'intérieur de la fente (14) pour modifier l'extension longitudinale (L).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les moyens de réglage (32) comprennent un gabarit (33) configuré pour s'adapter et se superposer à la fente (14) avec une ouverture (L33) d'extension rainurée différente de l'extension longitudinale (L) de fonctionnement de la fente (14) ; le gabarit (33) comportant une tige (34) servant à supporter et relier, à l'une de ses extrémités, un coulisseau de réglage (35) associé au corps de positionnement (13) et configuré pour régler de manière coulissante la position, lorsque cela est nécessaire, du gabarit (33) à l'intérieur de la fente (14).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les moyens de réglage (32) comprennent un gabarit (330) en forme de fourche formé pour s'adapter à au moins une partie de la fente (14) et pouvant être superposé, lors de son utilisation, sur la fente (14) ; le gabarit (330) comportant une tige (34) pour supporter et relier, à l'extrémité fermée relative, un coulisseau de réglage (35) associé au corps de positionnement (13) et configuré pour régler de manière coulissante la position, lorsque cela est nécessaire, du gabarit (330) à l'intérieur de la fente (14).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel le coulisseau (35) comprend une partie antérieure relative pourvue d'au moins un siège (36) pouvant être couplé à un ergot (34a) présent sur la tige (34) du gabarit (33, 330), et une partie postérieure équipée d'une denture (37) faisant face et pouvant être couplée, lors de l'utilisation, à une contre-denture (38) réalisée sur une surface du corps de positionnement (13) ; la denture (37) et la contre-denture (38) définissant une pluralité de positions stables du gabarit (33, 330) à l'intérieur de la fente (14).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le corps de positionnement (13) comporte une deuxième fente (39), réalisée près de l'autre fente (14), et se mettant en prise de manière coulissante avec un élément de retenue (40) amovible du coulisseau (34) contre la surface du corps de positionnement (13).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une biellette (42) articulée, à ses extrémités relatives, respectivement en un point intermédiaire du bras de raccordement (15) et du corps de positionnement (13) pour limiter l'angle d'ouverture du cadre mobile (3), en configuration basculante.
