Claims (11)

  1. Betriebsvorrichtung für eine kippbare und drehbare Tür oder Fenster (1), umfassend mindestens einen festen Rahmen (2) und einen beweglichen Flügel (3), die entlang eines entsprechenden vertikalen Pfostens (4, 5) durch ein Paar Scharniere miteinander verbunden sind, ein unteres Scharnier (6) und ein oberes Scharnier (7) und einen Steuergriff (8), der auf dem Pfosten (9) des Flügels (3) gegenüber dem, der mit dem festen Rahmen (2) verbunden ist, positioniert ist; die Betriebsvorrichtung (100) umfasst mindestens:
    - einen Schieber (10) zum Übertragen der Bewegung des Griffs (8), der so ausgelegt ist, dass er in einer Nut (11) eines oberen Querträgers (12) des Flügels (3) untergebracht und verschiebbar ist;
    - einen Positionierungskörper (13), der in der Nut (11) des oberen Querträgers (12) befestigbar ist; wobei der Körper (13) einen Schlitz (14) mit einer Längsausdehnung (L) aufweist;
    - einen Verbindungsarm (15), der ausgelegt ist, um an einem ersten Ende mit dem beweglichen Abschnitt des oberen Scharniers (7) angelenkt zu sein und am anderen Ende mit dem Positionierungskörper (13) mittels eines in dem Schlitz (14) des Positionierungskörpers (13) untergebrachten Stifts (16) angelenkt zu sein; wobei der Arm (15) eine relative Oberfläche aufweist, die mit mindestens zwei Elementen (17, 18), die in Richtung der Nut (11) hervorstehen und mit einer freien Zone (19) versehen ist, die entlang des Arms (15) voneinander beabstandet ist;
    - ein Selektorelement (20), das mit dem Schieber (10) verbunden ist und in die Nut (11) des oberen Querträgers (12) zum Abfangen, gemäß einer durch die relative Position der hervorstehenden Elemente (17, 18) und der freien Zone (19) vorgegebenen Reihenfolge, der hervorstehenden Elemente (17, 18) und freien Zone (19) verschiebbar ist, sodass entsprechende geschlossene, drehbare Öffnungs- und gekippte offene Konfigurationen definiert werden, die von dem beweglichen Flügel (3) übernommen werden können, wobei die Vorrichtung (100) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie mindestens eines (18) der hervorstehenden Elemente (17, 18) umfasst, das mit entfernbaren Positionierungsmitteln (21) versehen ist, die zwischen mindestens einem (18) der hervorstehenden Elemente (17, 18) und dem Verbindungsarm (15) zum Modifizieren der Position des hervorstehenden Elements (18) relativ zu dem anderen hervorstehenden Element (17) entlang des Arms (15) einwirken, sodass die Reihenfolge der Konfigurationen, die durch den beweglichen Flügel (3) übernommen werden können, variiert werden kann, und wobei der Verbindungsarm (15) mit dem anderen hervorstehenden Element (17), das am Verbindungsarm (15) befestigt ist, und mit mindestens zwei Durchgangslöchern (22, 23) ausgestattet ist, die voneinander beabstandet sind und bildend einen Gehäusesitz des mit den entfernbaren Positionierungsmitteln (21) ausgestatteten hervorstehenden Elements (18) und jeweils die Freizone (19) oder umgekehrt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das hervorstehende Element, das mit den entfernbaren Positionierungsmitteln (21) ausgestattet ist, ein Stift (18) ist, der in eines der Durchgangslöcher (22, 23) des Arms (15) eingekoppelt werden kann; wobei der Stift (18) mit einem Kupplungssitz (24) für einen Teil der Positionierungsmittel (21) versehen ist, der ein verschraubbares Befestigungselement (25) umfasst, das in den Sitz (24) des Stifts (18) eingekoppelt werden kann und das nach dem Befestigen in einem Teil des Lochs (22, 23) des Verbindungsarms (15) positioniert werden kann.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Stift (18) einen Kopf (26) umfasst, der mit einem Paar gegenüberliegender radialer Laschen (27, 28) und mit einem aufsteigenden Außenprofil ausgehend von der Mitte des Stifts (18) versehen ist; wobei die Laschen (27, 28) einen anderen Teil der entfernbaren Positionierungselemente (21) definieren; das Paar Laschen (27, 28) des Stifts (18) kann in eines der Durchgangslöcher (22, 23) des Positionierungsarms (15) mit einem passenden Paar radialer Aussparungen (29, 30) für die Laschen (27, 28) eingekoppelt werden, die den Stift (18) mit Antirotationseffekt innerhalb des Lochs (22, 23) positionieren und stabilisieren können.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Verbindungsarm (15) beide Löcher (22, 23) aufweist, die mit dem Paar radialer Aussparungen (29, 30) ausgestattet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Selektorelement (20) eine zentrale Nut (31) aufweist, die konfiguriert ist, um ein einzelnes hervorstehendes Element (17, 18) oder eine freie Zone (19) einmal für eine jede Bewegung nacheinander durch die Steuerwirkung des Griffs (8) abzufangen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend Mittel (32) zum Einstellen des Hubs des Stifts (16) des Verbindungsarms (15) innerhalb des Schlitzes (14) des Positionierungskörpers (13); wobei die Einstellmittel (32) auf dem Positionierungskörper (13) positioniert sind und zwischen mehreren stabilen Positionen innerhalb des Schlitzes (14) beweglich sind, um die Längsverlängerung (L) zu modifizieren.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Einstellmittel (32) eine Schablone (33) umfassen, die konfiguriert ist, um den Schlitz (14) mit einer Öffnung (L33) mit geschlitzter Verlängerung, die sich von der Längsbetriebsverlängerung (L) vom Schlitz (14) unterscheidet, übereinzustimmen und zu überlagern; wobei die Schablone (33) eine Stange (34) zum Stützen und Verbinden an einem ihrer Enden mit einem Einstellschieber (35) aufweist, der mit dem Positionierungskörper (13) assoziiert ist und zum verschiebbaren Einstellen der Position, bei Bedarf, der Schablone (33) innerhalb des Schlitzes (14) konfiguriert ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Einstellmittel (32) eine gabelförmige Schablone (330) umfassen, die so geformt ist, dass sie mit mindestens einem Abschnitt des Schlitzes (14) übereinstimmt und die im Gebrauch, auf dem Schlitz (14) überlagert werden kann; wobei die Schablone (330) eine Stange (34) zum Stützen und Verbinden am relativ geschlossenen Ende mit einem Einstellschieber (35) aufweist, der mit dem Positionierungskörper (13) assoziiert ist und zum verschiebbaren Einstellen der Position, bei Bedarf, der Schablone (330) innerhalb des Schlitzes (14) konfiguriert ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei der Schieber (35) einen relativen vorderen Abschnitt umfasst, der mit mindestens einem Sitz (36) versehen ist, der mit einem Stift (34a) eingekoppelt werden kann, der an der Stange (34) der Schablone (33, 330) vorhanden ist und einen hinteren Abschnitt, der mit einer gegenüberstehenden Verzahnung (37) versehen ist, die im Gebrauch mit einer Gegenverzahnung (38) eingekoppelt werden kann, die auf einer Oberfläche des Positionierungskörpers (13) gebildet ist; wobei die Verzahnung (37) und Gegenzahnung (38) eine Vielzahl an stabilen Positionen der Schablone (33, 330) innerhalb des Schlitzes (14) definieren.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Positionierungskörper (13) einen zweiten Schlitz (39) aufweist, der nahe dem anderen Schlitz (14) gebildet ist und durch ein entfernbares Halteelement (40) des Schiebers (34) gegen die Oberfläche des Positionierungskörpers (13) verschiebbar in Eingriff steht.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine Verbindungsstange (42), die an deren relativen Enden jeweils in einem Zwischenpunkt des Verbindungsarms (15) und des Positionierungskörpers (13) zum Begrenzen des Öffnungswinkels des beweglichen Flügels (3) in der gekippten Konfiguration angelenkt ist.
