Claims (13)

  1. Operating device for electrical opening of a locking mechanism with an electrical triggering mechanism (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14), with which the locking mechanism (1, 3) can be opened by operation of the operating device, and with a switch (19), which closes on cessation of an applied voltage or falling short of a minimum voltage of a main power source (16), wherein in the closed state of the switch (19) the locking mechanism can be electrically opened by means of an emergency power supply (17), characterized in that the switch (19), which encompasses an electromagnet (21) which is capable of keeping the switch in the open position during cessation of an applied voltage or falling short of a minimum voltage.
  2. Operating device according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the switch (19) has a contact spring (22), which closes the switch (19) by spring force upon cessation of an applied voltage or falling short of a minimum voltage.
  3. Operating device according to one of the previous claims, characterized by an operating switch (18), operated to open the locking mechanism.
  4. Operating device according to one of the previous claims, characterized by a control device (19, 20), which is capable of controlling opening of the locking mechanism (1, 3) when the operating device is operated.
  5.   8. Operating device according to one of the previous claims, characterized by an electrical drive (14), with which the locking mechanism (1, 3) can be opened in an electrically driven manner.
  9. Operating device according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the operating device encompasses one or several semi-conductor switches and/or one or several relays as switches.
  10. Operating device according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the operating device has a switch (18) which can be directly electrically opened by operating the locking mechanism (1 ,3) by means of the emergency power supply (17).
  11. Operating device according to the previous claim, characterized in that the switch (18) can transmit a signal to the control device (19, 20) by means of operation, whereby the control device can control opening of the locking mechanism (1, 3) by means of a main power source (16) following receipt of the signal.
  12. Operating device according to the previous claim, characterized in that the control device (19, 20) is established in such a way that it operates the switch (19) following receipt of the signal such that the locking mechanism (1, 3) is opened hereby.
  13. Procedure to open a locking mechanism with an operating device according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that during cessation of an applied voltage or falling short of a minimum voltage of the main energy source (16) the switch (19) of the operating device closes, whereupon the locking mechanism is electrically opened by means of the emergency power supply (17), in particular by operation of a further switch (18).
