Definitions
- the invention relates to a drive device for a movable furniture part, with a kraftbeaufschlagten ejection element for ejecting the movable furniture part from a closed position to an open position and a locking device for locking the ejection element in a locking position, wherein the locking device connected to the ejection element control and a slide track for the Has control.
- the invention relates to a piece of furniture with a furniture body, a furniture body movable on the furniture part and such a drive device.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a comparison with the prior art improved drive device.
- the noise is to be reduced.
- the invention provides that the slide track - outside of a possibly existing detent recess - partially different hard side wall areas. These different hard side wall areas make it possible to design the slide track in such a way that where a particularly high noise development has been detected in the area of the slide track, the side wall area is formed with a correspondingly different hardness or surface design.
- the slide track may have at least one hard sidewall region and at least one soft sidewall region.
- the soft sidewall area serves as a stop for the control in the particularly stressed or noise-prone areas. These areas are especially to be found where the slide track has a great leadership function for the control. In the other areas, where only one low guide function is necessary - that is, where the control moves by itself without guidance also almost exactly along the slide track - the side wall portion may be formed hard.
- the entire slide track can be composed of different parts. It can also be present as a separate component of the drive device. Particularly preferably, however, it is provided that the slide track is formed in a carrier made of plastic, preferably of polyamide-6, wherein the side wall portions are at least partially formed by the material of the carrier itself.
- the carrier itself forms essential parts of the slide track.
- the plastic of the carrier is an injection molded part.
- this support may also consist of comparable thermoplastics or semicrystalline thermoplastics. Also plastic mixtures are possible.
- two variants can be used for the formation of the soft sidewall regions. These two variants can also be present mixed in a single slide track.
- the material of the side wall region itself is softer and thus more yielding. This is, so to speak, a "material-related" variant for producing a soft sidewall region. But there is also the possibility of "geometrical" generation of a softer sidewall area. In this case, the material itself does not have to be softer than, for example, in the hard sidewall region, but it is formed by a thinner design of the side wall this yielding and thus "soft” and thus also yielding when the side element.
- the at least one, soft side wall portion of a rubber-elastic material preferably of a thermoplastic elastomer
- a thermoplastic polyurethane is used.
- material mixtures are possible.
- the at least one, soft side wall area is designed in the form of a pad formed separately from the carrier. That is, this edition is attached as an independent component on the carrier and forms the slide track with.
- the at least one soft sidewall region has a hardness between 40 and 95 Shore A, preferably between 70 and 80 Shore A.
- the at least one, soft side wall region is thin-walled with a wall thickness of less than 0.6 mm, preferably between 0.5 and 0.3 mm.
- a free space or a recess On the side facing away from the slide track side of this soft side wall region is a free space or a recess. In this clearance, the thin side wall is urged or bent in an impact of the control.
- This clearance is preferably elongated and formed substantially parallel to the slide track surface in this soft sidewall region.
- the material itself is not made softer, but instead this thin region gives way when the control element strikes and reduces the noise due to the deformation.
- the at least one thin-walled, soft side wall region is formed integrally with the carrier.
- the carrier is basically formed of a harder material than the pads.
- the hardness can be better expressed for this carrier on the elastic modulus than a Shore value. It is therefore preferred that the carrier has a modulus of elasticity between 1,000 and 20,000 MPa, preferably between 4,000 and 6,000 MPa. Preferably, the modulus of elasticity is 5,000 MPa.
- the carrier may also have differently hard or elastic regions. Basically, it should also be mentioned that the entire slide track can have a wide variety of types and sizes of elastic moduli or hardnesses. Preferably, however, only two different types are provided, namely a hard area with hard side wall areas, wherein the elastic modulus is the same in all these hard side wall areas. Second, a soft sidewall portion is provided.
- the Shore hardness is the same in all soft sidewall areas of a rubber-elastic material.
- the likewise soft, but thin-walled trained Sidewall regions preferably have the same modulus of elasticity as the hard sidewall regions, but are designed to be yielding or elastic by their geometry.
- common to these two types of soft sidewall regions is that at the same sidewall impact velocity, the deformation of the surface of the soft sidewall region is greater than the deformation of the hard sidewall region.
- the soft sidewall region forms a crush zone upon impact of the control.
- the deformation can be different within the differently shaped and arranged at different locations soft side wall portions. It is essential, however, that the deformation in each soft sidewall region is always greater than in the hard sidewall regions.
- the same impact velocity and at least a similar impact angle of the control are present. In other words, causes the same force by the control in the hard sidewall area less deformation than in the soft sidewall area.
- the slide track has deflection areas and stop areas for the control element, the at least one, soft side wall area being formed in these deflection areas or stop areas.
- deflecting areas or abutment areas are especially to be found where a high spring force from the control acts transversely on the side wall of the slide track.
- the slide track has a detent recess in which the control rests in the locking position of the locking device.
- the slide track in this locking recess have a soft side wall area.
- the slide track outside of this detent recess partially different hard side wall areas.
- the slide track for the control has a latching section in the form of the latching recess, an overpressing section with a deflection bevel, an ejection section, a change section, a bearing section and a clamping section.
- the overpressure section and in the discharge section no high noise developments are generally to be feared. However, these can occur in the interchangeable section in which a change of the control element takes place between the ejection section and the clamping section.
- Even in a bearing section in which the control is held in befindaji in free-running movable furniture part, noise may occur when hitting. Also in the tensioning section, this can be done by the curved design of the slide track. Therefore, it is preferably provided that only the changing portion, the bearing portion and the clamping portion at least partially have a soft side wall portion. This is particularly advantageous because exactly in these sections are the deflection or stop areas for the control.
- the ejection element is mounted linearly movable on the carrier, wherein the ejection element of a on the one hand on the carrier and on the other hand on the ejection element ejection force accumulator, preferably in the form of a tension spring, is subjected to a force.
- control element is arranged on a movable on the ejection element, preferably pivotally mounted control lever.
- the locking device can be unlocked by overpressing the movable furniture part in a lying behind the closed position fürdrückwolf.
- a release can be done by pulling the movable furniture part.
- the movable furniture part no unlocking, but the movable furniture part can be easily pulled without unlocking the locking device in the opening direction.
- a retraction device for pulling the movable furniture part from an open position in the closing direction is provided in the closed position.
- Protection is also desired for a piece of furniture with a furniture body, a furniture part movably mounted on the furniture body, and a drive device according to the invention.
- the drive device is associated with the furniture body and acts on a arranged on the movable furniture part driver or directly on the movable furniture part.
- the drive device is associated with the movable furniture part and repels on the furniture body or on a furniture body fixed carrier.
- Fig. 1 is schematically a furniture 17 consisting of a furniture body 18 and a plurality of movable furniture parts 2 (drawers) shown.
- a movable furniture part 2 As essential components in this case has a movable furniture part 2, the drawer container 21 and the front panel 20.
- the movable furniture part 2 is movably mounted on the furniture body 18 via a pull-out guide 24, the pull-out guide 24 having a carcass rail 23, optionally a middle rail (not shown) and a drawer rail 22.
- the drive device 1 is attached via the carrier 10.
- the slide track 6 is formed in the carrier 10 and forms together with the control element 5, the locking device 4 for the ejection element 3.
- the ejection element 3 in turn can be coupled via the driver 19 with the carcass rail 23 and the furniture body 18.
- the top drawer is in an open position OS.
- the ejection force accumulator 13 in this case, a compression spring
- the control element 5 is located in a region facing away from the latching region R.
- the movable furniture part 2 If then manually pressed on top of the movable furniture part 2 according to the fourth drawer from above, the movable furniture part 2 enters a lying behind the closed position SS Kochdrückwolf ÜS, in which the unlocking of the locking device 4 takes place. As a result, the ejection force accumulator 13 can relax and the movable furniture part 2 is ejected in the opening direction OR, so that the open position OS according to the uppermost drawer is reached again.

- the control element 5 is moved with the same impact energy F in the direction of the soft side wall region 9 in the form of the support 11.
- the impact energy F is at least partially absorbed by the soft side wall portion 9 by its deformation. It deforms - in contrast to the hard side wall area 8 - the surface against the unloaded state in Fig. 13a , The impact energy 5 is thus partially converted into a deformation of the soft side wall region 9, which is why the generation of noise is less.
- the noise attenuation in the heart curve (slide track 6) of a touch-latch mechanism (drive device 1).
- load changes or switching points of the control pin occur within the heart curve. All of these points in the heart curve produce more or less loud sounds.
- these points in the heart curve are performed by soft parts or damping elements (soft side wall regions 9) or by specially designed wall thicknesses that allow yielding.

Description
The invention relates to a drive device for a movable furniture part, with a kraftbeaufschlagten ejection element for ejecting the movable furniture part from a closed position to an open position and a locking device for locking the ejection element in a locking position, wherein the locking device connected to the ejection element control and a slide track for the Has control. In addition, the invention relates to a piece of furniture with a furniture body, a furniture body movable on the furniture part and such a drive device.
In the furniture fitting industry diverse drive devices have been produced for many years, with which the opening and / or closing movement of the movable furniture part (drawer, flap, door) are supported or automatically carried out. Particularly well-known are so-called touch-latch mechanisms in which an unlocking takes place by pressing on the movable furniture part, after which the drive or ejection device opens the movable furniture part.
Particularly suitable for such mechanisms lockable controls that are guided in a slide track. In most cases, these slide tracks are heart-curved in shape and have a heart-curve-shaped section in which the control element is held or locked in a locking position of the locking device. By overpressing the movable furniture part in a behind the closed position overpressure position then the control of this locking position (detent recess) is released, after which the kraftbeaufschlagte ejection element can move freely and ejects the movable furniture part in the opening direction.
In addition to the purely mechanical or functional requirements for such drive devices, the requirements for user-friendliness and ease of use have recently increased. An important aspect is also the noise, which is quite high in many currently known drive devices. This is among other things on the quite large acting forces and also due to the play between the moving components. Among other things, a source of noise is touching or hitting the control in the slide track, especially at sidewalls of the slide track.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a comparison with the prior art improved drive device. In particular, the noise is to be reduced.
This is achieved by a drive device having the features of
For this purpose, it may be particularly preferable for the slide track to have at least one hard sidewall region and at least one soft sidewall region. Accordingly, the soft sidewall area serves as a stop for the control in the particularly stressed or noise-prone areas. These areas are especially to be found where the slide track has a great leadership function for the control. In the other areas, where only one low guide function is necessary - that is, where the control moves by itself without guidance also almost exactly along the slide track - the side wall portion may be formed hard.
The entire slide track can be composed of different parts. It can also be present as a separate component of the drive device. Particularly preferably, however, it is provided that the slide track is formed in a carrier made of plastic, preferably of polyamide-6, wherein the side wall portions are at least partially formed by the material of the carrier itself. Thus, the carrier itself forms essential parts of the slide track. Particularly preferably, the plastic of the carrier is an injection molded part. As an alternative to the preparation of polyamide-6, this support may also consist of comparable thermoplastics or semicrystalline thermoplastics. Also plastic mixtures are possible.
In principle, two variants can be used for the formation of the soft sidewall regions. These two variants can also be present mixed in a single slide track. According to the first variant, it is accordingly provided that the material of the side wall region itself is softer and thus more yielding. This is, so to speak, a "material-related" variant for producing a soft sidewall region. But there is also the possibility of "geometrical" generation of a softer sidewall area. In this case, the material itself does not have to be softer than, for example, in the hard sidewall region, but it is formed by a thinner design of the side wall this yielding and thus "soft" and thus also yielding when the side element.
According to the first embodiment, it is preferably provided that the at least one, soft side wall portion of a rubber-elastic material, preferably of a thermoplastic elastomer, is formed. Particularly preferably, a thermoplastic polyurethane is used. Also material mixtures are possible. Particularly preferably, it is provided here that the at least one, soft side wall area is designed in the form of a pad formed separately from the carrier. That is, this edition is attached as an independent component on the carrier and forms the slide track with. Specifically, it may be provided for this purpose that the at least one soft sidewall region has a hardness between 40 and 95 Shore A, preferably between 70 and 80 Shore A. At a Test method based on DIN ISO 7619-1, a hardness of 78 Shore A was found in a thermoplastic polyurethane. This hardness is the mechanical resistance, which opposes a material of the mechanical introduction of a harder specimen. In other words, this hardness is the mechanical resistance that the slide track opposes the mechanical striking of the control.
For the second embodiment, it is preferably provided that the at least one, soft side wall region is thin-walled with a wall thickness of less than 0.6 mm, preferably between 0.5 and 0.3 mm. On the side facing away from the slide track side of this soft side wall region is a free space or a recess. In this clearance, the thin side wall is urged or bent in an impact of the control. This clearance is preferably elongated and formed substantially parallel to the slide track surface in this soft sidewall region. As a result of this thinner design of the side wall, the material itself is not made softer, but instead this thin region gives way when the control element strikes and reduces the noise due to the deformation. In order to enable a simple production here, it is preferably provided that the at least one thin-walled, soft side wall region is formed integrally with the carrier.
The carrier is basically formed of a harder material than the pads. The hardness can be better expressed for this carrier on the elastic modulus than a Shore value. It is therefore preferred that the carrier has a modulus of elasticity between 1,000 and 20,000 MPa, preferably between 4,000 and 6,000 MPa. Preferably, the modulus of elasticity is 5,000 MPa. In itself, however, the carrier may also have differently hard or elastic regions. Preferably, the Shore hardness is the same in all soft sidewall areas of a rubber-elastic material. In contrast, the likewise soft, but thin-walled trained Sidewall regions preferably have the same modulus of elasticity as the hard sidewall regions, but are designed to be yielding or elastic by their geometry. However, common to these two types of soft sidewall regions is that at the same sidewall impact velocity, the deformation of the surface of the soft sidewall region is greater than the deformation of the hard sidewall region. Thus, the soft sidewall region forms a crush zone upon impact of the control. The deformation can be different within the differently shaped and arranged at different locations soft side wall portions. It is essential, however, that the deformation in each soft sidewall region is always greater than in the hard sidewall regions. Provided, of course, the same impact velocity and at least a similar impact angle of the control are present. In other words, causes the same force by the control in the hard sidewall area less deformation than in the soft sidewall area.
Depending on the exact configuration of the entire slide track, a wide variety of track areas can be provided with a soft sidewall area. As already indicated, however, it is preferably provided that the slide track has deflection areas and stop areas for the control element, the at least one, soft side wall area being formed in these deflection areas or stop areas. These deflecting areas or abutment areas are especially to be found where a high spring force from the control acts transversely on the side wall of the slide track. In contrast, there are other areas in which the force on the control element acts substantially parallel to the side wall, so that at most frictional forces between the control element and the side wall occur. In these areas, it is not necessary to make the side wall particularly soft.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention can be provided that the slide track has a detent recess in which the control rests in the locking position of the locking device. Basically, of course, the slide track in this locking recess have a soft side wall area. According to the invention, however, the slide track outside of this detent recess partially different hard side wall areas.
Furthermore, it can preferably be provided that the slide track for the control has a latching section in the form of the latching recess, an overpressing section with a deflection bevel, an ejection section, a change section, a bearing section and a clamping section. In the overpressure section and in the discharge section, no high noise developments are generally to be feared. However, these can occur in the interchangeable section in which a change of the control element takes place between the ejection section and the clamping section. Even in a bearing section, in which the control is held in befindlicher in free-running movable furniture part, noise may occur when hitting.
In general it can be provided that the ejection element is mounted linearly movable on the carrier, wherein the ejection element of a on the one hand on the carrier and on the other hand on the ejection element ejection force accumulator, preferably in the form of a tension spring, is subjected to a force.
For a simple movement possibility of the control is preferably provided that the, preferably pin-shaped, control element is arranged on a movable on the ejection element, preferably pivotally mounted control lever.
Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the locking device can be unlocked by overpressing the movable furniture part in a lying behind the closed position Überdrückstellung. Of course, a release can be done by pulling the movable furniture part. Preferably, however, provided that when pulling the movable furniture part no unlocking, but the movable furniture part can be easily pulled without unlocking the locking device in the opening direction.
In order to enable not only an automatic opening movement, preferably a, preferably damped by a damping device, retraction device for pulling the movable furniture part from an open position in the closing direction is provided in the closed position.
Protection is also desired for a piece of furniture with a furniture body, a furniture part movably mounted on the furniture body, and a drive device according to the invention. It can be provided that the drive device is associated with the furniture body and acts on a arranged on the movable furniture part driver or directly on the movable furniture part. Preferably, however, it is provided that the drive device is associated with the movable furniture part and repels on the furniture body or on a furniture body fixed carrier.

At the very top shown
In summary, in the present invention, therefore, the noise attenuation in the heart curve (slide track 6) of a touch-latch mechanism (drive device 1). During the opening and closing movement of a furniture fitting with ejection function, load changes or switching points of the control pin (control element 5) occur within the heart curve. All of these points in the heart curve produce more or less loud sounds. To prevent or reduce these, these points in the heart curve are performed by soft parts or damping elements (soft side wall regions 9) or by specially designed wall thicknesses that allow yielding.
