Claims (13)

  1. Applikator (10) für ein Kosmetikprodukt, insbesondere für Mascara, der sich entlang einer longitudinalen Hauptausdehnungsrichtung, der Hauptrichtung (X), zwischen einem proximalen Ende (12) und einem distalen Ende (14), das dem proximalen Ende (12) entlang der Hauptrichtung (X) gegenüberliegt, erstreckt, wobei der Applikator (10) ein strukturelles Trägerelement, den Träger (20), und eine Vielzahl von Zweigen (30) umfasst, wobei der Träger (20) und die Zweige (30) untereinander mittels einer Gelenkverbindung (40) verbunden sind, wobei die Gelenkverbindung (40) mit dem Träger (20) fest verbunden ist, wobei der Träger (20) und die Zweige (30) sich entlang der Hauptrichtung (X) erstrecken und der Träger (20), die Zweige (30) und die Gelenkverbindung (40) derart konzipiert sind, um eine Flexibilität der Zweige (30) in mehr als einer Richtung einer an dem Applikator (10) angebrachten orthonormierten Bezugsmarkierung (X, Y, Z) so zu gestatten, um in der Nähe der proximalen (12) und distalen (14) Enden des Applikators eine sichtbare Bewegung an der Spitze der Zweige (30) zu erlauben, wobei der Applikator ferner eine Vielzahl von Vorsprüngen (31) umfasst, die von den Zweigen hervorstehen, wobei die Verbindungszone zwischen den Zweigen (30, 30a, 30b) und der Gelenkverbindung (40) eine diskrete Kontaktzone zwischen dem Außenumfang der Gelenkverbindung (40) und den Zweigen (30) ist.
  2. Applikator (10) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Gelenkverbindung (40) aus Trägermaterial entstanden ist.
  3. Applikator (10) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei sich die Gelenkverbindung (40) entlang der Hauptrichtung (X) zwischen dem proximalen (12) und distalen (14) Ende des Applikators (10) befindet.
  4. Applikator (10) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei das proximale (12) und distale (14) Ende des Applikators (10) um eine Länge L beabstandet sind, wobei die Gelenkverbindung (40) um eine Länge l bezüglich des proximalen Endes (12) des Applikators (10) beabstandet ist, wobei die Längen L und l entlang der Hauptrichtung (X) gemessen werden, wobei die Längen das folgende Verhältnis beachten: 0,25 ≤ l L ≤ 0,75

Applikator (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Träger (20) in Form eines aus einer Vielzahl von Armen (22) gebildeten hohlen Bogens hergestellt ist, die das proximale (12) und distale (14) Ende des Applikators (10) verknüpfen, wobei die Arme (22) Verbindungsarme sind, die Gelenkverbindung (40) durch die Verbindungsarme (22) getragen wird.
  6. Applikator (10) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, umfassend drei Verbindungsarme (22), die sich mit der Vielzahl von Zweigen (30), insbesondere drei, um die Hauptrichtung (X) herum abwechseln, wobei die Zweige alle mit der Gelenkverbindung (40) verbunden sind.
  7. Applikator (10) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, weiter umfassend eine Vielzahl von Vorsprüngen (21, 31), die von jedem der Verbindungsarme (22) und jedem der Zweige (30) in Form von Vorsprungsreihen (21, 31) hervorstehen, die entlang der Hauptrichtung (X) angeordnet sind.
  8. Applikator (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, wobei die Zweige (30) mittels Verstärkungselementen, den Platten (32, 34), untereinander verbunden sind, die im Wesentlichen quer zu der Hauptrichtung (X) orientiert sind, wobei die Platten (32, 34) in der Anzahl von zwei vorliegen, wobei jede in der Nähe eines des proximalen (12) und distalen (14) Endes des Applikators (10) positioniert ist, wobei die Platten (32, 34) derart konzipiert sind, um nicht an die Verbindungsarme (22) anzustoßen, wenn die Flexibilität mindestens eines der Zweige (30) durch ein zu dem Applikator (10) äußeres Element aktiviert wird.
  9. Applikator (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Träger (20) in Form eines Festkerns hergestellt ist.
  10. Applikator (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine Anzahl von Zweigen (30), die zwischen 4 und 10 liegt, wobei sich die Zweige (30) jeweils zwischen dem proximalen (12) und distalen (14) Ende des Applikators (10) erstrecken.
  11. Applikator (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, weiter umfassend eine Vielzahl von Vorsprüngen (31), die von jedem der Zweige (30) in Form von Vorsprungsreihen (31) hervorstehen, die entlang der Hauptrichtung (X) angeordnet sind.
  12. Applikatorbaugruppe, umfassend einen Applikator (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei die Baugruppe ferner ein Fläschchen umfasst, das dazu bestimmt ist, ein Kosmetikprodukt aufzunehmen, wobei die Baugruppe dazu bestimmt ist, zwei Positionen einzunehmen, eine erste Position, die zur Verwendung, in der sich ein Anwender mit dem Applikator (10) schminken kann, und eine zweite Position, die zur Ruhe, in der der Applikator (10) im Inneren des Fläschchens positioniert ist, wobei die Baugruppe ferner einen Abstreifer umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Fläschchen derart montiert zu werden, um den Applikator (10) während seines Durchgangs von der Ruheposition in Richtung der Verwendungsposition abzustreifen, wobei die Zweige (30) des Applikators derart konzipiert sind, um im Fall von Kontakt mit dem Abstreifer derart in Richtung der Hauptrichtung (X) zu konvergieren, um jegliches Abreißen der Zweige (30) beim Durchgang der Applikatorbaugruppe von der Verwendungsposition in Richtung der Ruheposition und/oder von der Ruheposition in Richtung der Verwendungsposition zu vermeiden.
  13. Applikatorbaugruppe, umfassend einen Applikator (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei die Baugruppe ferner ein Fläschchen umfasst, das dazu bestimmt ist, ein Kosmetikprodukt aufzunehmen, wobei die Baugruppe dazu bestimmt ist, zwei Positionen einzunehmen, eine erste Position, die zur Verwendung, in der sich ein Anwender mit dem Applikator (10) schminken kann, und eine zweite Position, die zur Ruhe, in der der Applikator (10) im Inneren des Fläschchens positioniert ist, wobei die Baugruppe ferner einen Abstreifer umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Fläschchen derart montiert zu werden, um den Applikator (10) während seinem Durchgang von der Ruheposition in Richtung der Verwendungsposition abzustreifen, wobei der Applikator ferner in der Nähe seines distalen Endes (14) eine Schutzzone (50) umfasst, die mit dem Träger (20) einstückig ist, wobei die Schutzzone (50) derart konzipiert ist, um jegliches Abreißen der Zweige (30) beim Durchgang der Applikatorbaugruppe von der Verwendungsposition in Richtung der Ruheposition zu vermeiden.
