Claims (15)

  1. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1), umfassend einerseits mindestens eine aus einem hydraulischen Material gefertigte und sich in einer Ebene erstreckende Haut (2 ; 2') und andererseits mindestens eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (5), um ein Schutzgeländer vorübergehend an diese vorgefertigte Mauer (1) zu befestigen, wobei diese Befestigungsvorrichtung (5) :
    - Folgendes umfasst :
    - einen Träger (6), der einerseits Verankerungsmittel (7), um den Träger (7) in dem Material der Haut (2) oder einer der Häute (2 ; 2) der vorgefertigten Mauer (1) zu verankern, andererseits einen ersten Flügel (60), der sich in einer ersten Ebene erstreckt, und noch andererseits einen zweiten Flügel (61) umfasst, der mindestens eine Öffnung (8 ; 8) umfasst und sich seitlich und nach außen bezüglich der Haut (2) oder einer der Häute (2 ; 2') dieser Mauer (1) sowie in einer zweiten Ebene erstreckt, die parallel zur ersten Ebene ist und sich bezüglich dieser Haut (2 ; 2') nach außen und parallel zu der Ebene erstreckt, in der sich diese Haut (2 ; 2') erstreckt, und noch andererseits einen Verbindungsteil (62) umfasst, um den ersten Flügel (60) und den zweiten Flügel (61) zu verbinden ;
    - eine Platte (9), die ein Schutzgeländer oder Mittel zur Aufnahme (10) eines Schutzgeländers umfasst und die mindestens eine Durchgangsbohrung (11 ; 11') umfasst ;
    - mindestens eine Befestigungsschraube (12 ; 12'), die ausgestaltet ist, um durch die mindestens eine Durchgangsbohrung (11; 11') der Platte (9) hindurchzugehen und um mit der mindestens einen Öffnung (8 ; 8') des zweiten Flügels (61) des Trägers (6) zusammenzuwirken, und zwar um die Platte (9) an dem Träger (6) zu befestigen ;
    - sie ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass :
    - die Verankerungsmittel (7) zumindest teilweise aus dem ersten Flügel (60) des Trägers (6) bestehen, wobei sich wenigstens ein Teil dieses ersten Flügels (60) innerhalb der Haut (2) der vorgefertigten Mauer (1) oder einer der Häute (2 ; 2') der vorgefertigten Mauer (1) erstreckt, und zwar in der ersten Ebene, die wenigstens parallel zu der Ebene ist, in der sich diese Haut (2 ; 2') erstreckt;
    - die besagte mindestens eine Öffnung (8 ; 8') des zweiten Flügels (61) besteht aus mindestens eine Gewindeöffnung (8 ; 8'), während die besagte mindestens eine Befestigungsschraube (12 ; 12') ausgestaltet ist, um durch Verschraubung mit der mindestens einen Gewindeöffnung (8 ; 8') des zweiten Flügels (61) des Trägers (6) zusammenzuwirken.
  2. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte mindestens einen sich innerhalb der Haut (2) der vorgefertigten Mauer (1) ersteckenden Teil des ersten Flügels (60) des Trägers (6) in dem Material dieser Haut (2) der vorgefertigten Mauer (1) eingebettet ist.
  3. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (6) aus einem einzigen Teil besteht, das den ersten Flügel (60), den zweiten Flügel (61), sowie die Verbindungsmittel (62) zum Verbinden des ersten Flügels (60) und des zweiten Flügels (61) umfasst.
  4. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das einzelne, den Träger (6) bildende Teil einen S- oder treppenstufenförmigen Querschnitt aufweist und/oder aus einer Metallplatte besteht, die mindestens eine Verformung umfasst, die den ersten Flügel (60), den zweiten Flügel (61) und/oder den Verbindungsteil (62) definiert.
  5. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zumindest ein Teil des zweiten Flügels (61) des Trägers (6) hinter einer Rückfläche erstreckt (21), welche die Haut (2) umfasst, in der sich der wenigstens einen Teil des ersten Flügels (60) erstreckt, und die dazu bestimmt ist, zum Inneren eines Bauwerks hin ausgerichtet zu werden.
  6. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der zweite Flügel (61) des Trägers (6) einerseits durch eine Ebene erstreckt, in der sich eine obere Kante (22) erstreckt, welche die Haut (2) umfasst, in der sich der zumindest einen Teil des ersten Flügeles (60) erstreckt, und andererseits bezüglich dieser Ebene hervorragt.
  7. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (6) ebenfalls ein Verankerungsorgan (70) umfasst, das teilweise die Verankerungsmittel (7) bildet, mit den der erste Flügel (60) des Trägers (6) ausgestattet ist, und das sich ab diesem ersten Flügel (60) des Trägers (6) erstreckt.
  8. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (9) Schutzmittel (13) umfasst, um die Befestigungsschraube bzw. -schrauben (12 ; 12') vor einer Berührung mit einem Baumaterial zu schützen.
  9. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzmittel (13) aus einem Leitblech (130) bestehen, das fest mit der Platte (9) verbunden ist und sich seitlich ab dieser Platte erstreckt (9).
  10. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (9) Abstützmittel (14) umfasst, um es dieser Platte (9) zu erlauben, sich auf die obere Kante der Mauer (1) abzustützen.
  11. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützmittel (14) aus einer Rinne (140) bestehen, die fest mit der Platte (9) verbunden ist und sich seitlich ab dieser Platte erstreckt (9).
  12. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (9) Führungsmittel (15) umfasst, um die Befestigungsschraube bzw. -schrauben (12 ; 12') in Richtung auf die Gewindeöffnung bzw. -öffnungen (8 ; 8) des Trägers (6) zu führen.
  13. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach den Ansprüchen 8, 10 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (15) aus mindestens einem Führungskanal bestehen, der durch einen Teil der Schutzmittel (13) sowie durch einen Teil der Abstützmittel (14) definiert wird.
  14. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass :
    - sie zwei aus einem hydraulischen Material gefertigte Häute (2 ; 2') umfasst, die durch Verbindungsmittel miteinander verbunden sind und in einem bestimmten Abstand die eine (2 ; 2) von der anderen (2' ; 2) positioniert sind, sodass ein Innenvolumen (3) der besagten vorgefertigten Mauer definiert wird ;
    - der erste Flügel (60) des Trägers (6) des bzw. der Befestigungsmittel (5) sich in einer der beiden Häute (2 ; 2') der vorgefertigten Mauer (1) erstreckt, während der zweite Flügel (60) des Trägers (6) einer solchen Befestigungsvorrichtung (5) sich in der Verlängerung des Innenvolumens (3) der vorgefertigten Mauer (1) erstreckt, und zwar seitlich und nach außen bezüglich dieser Haut (2 ; 2') der vorgefertigten Mauer (1).
  15. Vorgefertigte Mauer (1) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine aus einem wärmeisolierenden Material gefertige Platte (4) umfasst, die innerhalb des Innenvolumens (3) der Mauer (1) positioniert ist, und zwar nahe an einer der Häute (2 ; 2') der Mauer (1) oder an dieser Haut (2 ; 2) anliegend, während sich der zweite Flügel (61) des Trägers (6) der mindestens einen Befestigungsvorrichtung (5) sich in der Verlängerung dieser Isolierplatte (4) erstreckt.
