Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé à haut rendement énergétique pour la production simultanée de fibres de carbone et d'électricité à l'aide de la lumière solaire concentrée pour produire de façon neutre en CO2 des matériaux stable en compression et en traction. Le rendement énergétique repose sur le principe consistant à chauffer la fibre de carbone à produire directement avec la lumière solaire concentrée, ce qui est rendu possible par le fait que la fibre de PAN d'origine fonce lors du processus d'oxydation et de pyrolyse et devient enfin un corps noir presque idéal. La chaleur ainsi générée est utilisée ensuite ou en même temps pour la production de matière de la fibre pour la production d'électricité, ce qui correspond au principe de couplage puissance-chaleur classique pour augmenter davantage le rendement, déjà majoré par ce processus, lors de la production de fibres de carbone et fournir de l'énergie sous la forme très valorisée d'électricité.
