After a first coil of film is wound and the bundle is separated from the other items, the same bundle is rotated by 90° and wound with a second coil of film at 90° with respect to the previous one.

  • the two counter-rotating wrapping coils are applied with the bundle running in the same direction, without any rotation of the same bundle. This leads to the two coils having the same wounding spiral angle, with respect to the same longitudinal axis of the bundle.

Claims (5)

  1. Emballage de paquet enveloppé pour un groupe de contenants (B) disposés en un ensemble de rangées et lignes, en particulier un groupe de bouteilles de boisson, consistant en un emballage multicouche de film plastique (P) en matière plastique étirable appliquée par étirement autour de ladite contenants (B),
    caractérisé en ce que
    lesdites couches de film plastique (P) se présentent sous forme d'au moins une paire d'enroulements contrarotatifs agencés selon un angle oblique compris entre 60° et 80°, par rapport à un axe longitudinal d'enroulement du paquet, et en ce que
    dans ledit emballage, deux découpes transversales (I1, I2) sont prévues, sur les côtés opposés d'une rangée de contenants (B) située dans une zone de centre de gravité de l'emballage, agencée de manière à relâcher la tension élastique dans le film (P) qui permettent un recourbement des bords du film plastique (P) au moins vers une bande centrale de froissement (F) faisant office de poignée de préhension.
  2. Emballage de paquet enveloppé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdites coupes transversales (I1, I2) sont pratiquées dans une zone déprimée dudit emballage, au milieu de quatre zones surélevées correspondant à la position de quatre desdits contenants (B) du paquet.
  3. Emballage de paquet enveloppé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit angle oblique est compris entre 68 et 70°.
  4. Paquet enveloppé selon les revendications 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel ledit film plastique étirable (P) a un taux d'étirement inférieur ou égal à 20%.
  5. Emballage de paquet enveloppé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits contenants (B) consistent en six bouteilles sur deux lignes et trois rangées.
