  • the present invention relates to a mounting and dismounting device and a hinge device using the mounting and dismounting device and is suitable in a case of simplifying mounting and dismounting work by a user.
  • EP 2 324 745 A2 discloses a mounting and dismounting mechanism which allows a toilet seat and a toilet lid to be mounted and dismounted with respect to a toilet bowl.
  • the mounting and dismounting mechanism is composed of a fixing part to be mounted on the toilet bowl, and a mounting and dismounting part which is provided in a hinge device which is mounted on the toilet seat and the toilet lid.
  • a pin having a groove formed along a circumferential direction thereof is provided in the fixing part.
  • the mounting and dismounting part has a case, a shaft disposed in the case and slidable with respect to the case, a spring for biasing the shaft in a predetermined direction, and a button for pushing the shaft against the biasing force of the spring.
  • An insertion hole into which the pin is inserted is formed in the case.
  • the pin of the fixing part When mounting the toilet seat and the toilet lid on the toilet bowl, the pin of the fixing part is inserted into the insertion hole of the case. At this time, due to a pushing-in force of the pin, the shaft slides against the biasing force of the spring. Then, if the pin and the shaft reach a predetermined positional relationship, the shaft is pushed back in the original direction by the biasing force of the spring and a portion of the shaft enters the groove formed in the pin. In this way, the pin inserted into the insertion hole is locked, and the fixing part and the mounting and dismounting part are locked to each other.
  • the button is pushed against the biasing force of the spring. Then, a part of the shaft inserted into the groove of the pin comes off from the groove. Therefore, the locked state of the pin is released and the pin can be extracted from the insertion hole. In this way, the mounting and dismounting part can be removed from the fixing part.
  • US 2013/0198942 A1 discloses a mounting apparatus for coupling a toilet seat to a toilet according the the preamble of claim 1, includes a bolt including a proximal end defining a contact portion and a threaded distal end, and a hinge including a first portion including a mechanism to rotatably couple the first portion to the toilet seat and a second portion including a resilient member including a C-shaped engagement configured to be received by contact portion of the bolt via a snap fit in response to the application of a horizontal force to the hinge.
  • US 6 381 762 B1 describes a quick release hinge assembly for a toilet seat including a pair of fasteners each having a flange for engaging a toilet bowl when attached thereto and a head spaced above the flange, an anchor plate having a pair of slots formed on the bottom side thereof which cooperate with the heads of the fasteners to secure the anchor plate to a toilet bowl, the anchor plate further including a resiliently biased latch formed in the top surface thereof which locks and unlocks the anchor plate from one of the fastener heads to permit the anchor plate to slide off of the fasteners and a pair of spaced hinge mounting supports extending from the anchor plate to which a toilet seat and lid can be pivotally coupled.
  • the mounting and dismounting device of the related art is considered to have a configuration in which it cannot be said that the mounting and dismounting work by a user is simple.

  • an end portion on the head passage space side of the holding section fastens the head portion such that the pin does not come out from the pin case.
  • the mounting and dismounting device In a case of mounting such a mounting and dismounting device on the pin, the mounting and dismounting device is lowered from the head portion side of the pin to the rod portion side, and the pin is inserted into the insertion hole of the insertion section. Thereafter, the mounting and dismounting device is slid in the direction orthogonal to a direction in which the pin is inserted into the insertion hole. In this way, the head portion of the pin is moved to the holding section side along the head passage space of the passage section, and the rod portion of the pin is moved to the rod disposition space side of the holding section.
  • the opening and closing port is pushed by the rod portion, thereby being opened and closed, and the rod portion is held in the rod disposition space.
  • the head portion is fastened by the end portion on the head passage space side of the holding section such that the pin does not come out from the pin case.
  • the mounting and dismounting device is slid in a direction in which the pin position moves from the holding section side to the insertion hole side.
  • the opening and closing port is pushed from the rod portion disposed in the rod disposition space toward the insertion hole side, thereby being opened and closed, whereby the rod portion is released to the insertion hole side and the head portion is moved to the insertion section side along the head passage space of the passage section.

  • the torque generating part 61 of the rotary damper 5b pivotally supports the rotary shaft 62b ( Fig. 1 ) in the same manner as the configuration in which the torque generating part 61 of the rotary damper 5a pivotally supports the rotary shaft 62a. Therefore, the rotary shaft 62b imparts a predetermined rotational resistance when rotating with respect to the torque generating part 61.
  • the rotary shaft 62b is fixed to the toilet seat bracket 1A, and therefore, in a case where the toilet seat 1 rotates around the central axis of the rotary shaft 62b, the rotary shaft 62b rotates together with the toilet seat 1.
  • the torque generating part 61 is fixed to the toilet seat 1 through the rotary shaft 62b. Therefore, even if the toilet seat 1 rotates with respect to the toilet bowl, as described above, in a state where the torque generating part 61 is fixed to the toilet bowl through the mounting and dismounting device 6, the torque generating part 61 does not rotate and the rotary shaft 62b rotates with respect to the torque generating part 61. At this time, the torque generating part 61 applies rotational resistance to the rotary shaft 62b, and therefore, the toilet seat 1 to which the rotary shaft 62b is fixed receives the rotational resistance. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the toilet seat 1 and the toilet lid 2 from coming off from the toilet bowl at the time of opening and closing the toilet seat 1 and the toilet lid 2, as compared with a case where the protrusion 55 is not provided.
  • the surface on the rod disposition space 51 side of the protrusion 55 has an arc shape conforming to the wall surface configuring the rod disposition space 51 and the surface on the insertion hole 21 side of the protrusion 55 has a flat shape conforming to the wall surface configuring the guide passage 41. For this reason, even if the protrusion 55 is present, the rod portion 3A can be smoothly moved to each of the rod disposition space 51 and the guide passage 41.
  • the head portion 3B of the pin 3 is located at the site above the rod disposition space 51 and connected to the rod disposition space 51, of the head passage space 31 of the passage section 30. Further, in this case, in the holding section 50, as shown in Fig. 7 , the head portion 3B is placed on sites exposed to the head passage space 31 side, of the first frame piece 53 and the second frame piece 54, and corresponding to the opening edge on the head passage space 31 side of the rod disposition space 51. That is, an end portion on the head passage space 31 side of the holding section 50 serves as a stopper for fastening the head portion 3B so as not to come out from the pin case 10.
  • the width of at least an area where the head portion 3B is located in a case where the rod portion 3A is disposed in the rod disposition space 51, of the head passage space 31, is set to be less than or equal to the outer diameter D1 of the head portion 3B, and the height H2 of the area is set to be less than or equal to the height of the head portion 3B.
  • the height H3 of the guide passage 41 increases toward the rod disposition space 51 from the insertion hole 21. For this reason, the movement of the pin 3 in the height direction is gradually restricted, and thus, when the rod portion 3A has been disposed in the rod disposition space 51, the head portion 3B can be placed on one end portion in the first frame piece 53 and the second frame piece 54.
  • the guide passage 41 allows the head portion 3B to be placed on one end portion in the first frame piece 53 and the second frame piece 54 when the rod portion 3A has been disposed in the rod disposition space 51. Therefore, the mounting and dismounting device 6 can lead the pin 3 to an appropriate position even if a user does not intentionally slide the toilet seat 1 and the toilet lid 2 in the direction orthogonal to the direction in which the pin 3 is inserted into the insertion hole 21.
  • the opening width W1 of the opening 23 in the insertion hole 21 is set to be larger than the outer diameter D1 of the head portion 3B.
  • the toilet seat 1 and the toilet lid 2 pivotally supported by the rotary dampers 5a and 5b are gripped by a user, and the toilet seat 1 and the toilet lid 2 are slid by the user in the direction orthogonal to the direction in which the pin 3 is inserted into the insertion hole 21.
  • the first frame piece 53 and the second frame piece 54 configuring the opening and closing port 52 are pushed by the rod portion 3A toward the insertion section 20 side from the holding section 50 side.
  • the first frame piece 53 and the second frame piece 54 are deflected in the direction orthogonal to the extension direction thereof, whereby the opening and closing port 52 is opened, the rod portion 3A is released from the rod disposition space 51, and the pin 3 enters the distal end side of the guide passage 41.
  • the rod portion 3A of the pin 3 moves to the insertion hole 21 along the guide passage 41
  • the head portion 3B of the pin 3 moves to the insertion hole 21 along the head passage space 31.
  • the opening 32 is formed in the outer wall site along the extension direction of the head passage space 31, and the head passage space 31 communicates with the outside of the pin case 10. For this reason, when the head portion 3B is moved from the holding section 50 side toward the insertion section 20, dust in the head passage space 31 is easily discharged to the outside of the pin case 10 through the opening 32 by the head portion 3B. Therefore, the mounting and dismounting device 6 can reduce deterioration or the like which is caused by dust stored in the space.
  • the toilet seat 1 and the toilet lid 2 are lifted from the rod portion 3A side of the pin 3 to the head portion 3B side, and the pin 3 is pulled out from the insertion hole 21 of the mounting and dismounting device 6.
  • the mounting and dismounting device 6 of this embodiment it is possible to mount and dismount the pin 3 only by moving the mounting and dismounting device 6 with respect to the pin 3 in the insertion direction of the pin 3 into the insertion hole 21 and the direction orthogonal to the insertion direction. For this reason, according to the mounting and dismounting device 6 of this embodiment, it is not necessary to force a user to perform work other than the work of moving the mounting and dismounting device 6. In this manner, the mounting and dismounting device 6 capable of simplifying the mounting and dismounting work by a user, and the hinge devices 4a and 4b using the mounting and dismounting device 6 are provided.
  • the mounting and dismounting device 6 of this embodiment has the protrusions 55 provided at the tip sites of both the first frame piece 53 and the second frame piece 54.
  • the protrusion 55 may be provided at only one of the first frame piece 53 and the second frame piece 54, and the protrusion 55 may be omitted.
  • the protrusion 55 is provided from one end side to the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the rod disposition space 51.
  • the protrusion may be provided at a part from one end side to the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the rod disposition space 51.
  • the protrusion which is provided at the tip portion of the first frame piece 53 and the protrusion which is provided at the tip portion of the second frame piece 54 may not face each other, and the number of protrusions which are provided at the first frame piece 53 or the second frame piece 54 may be plural.
  • the shortest distance D4 passing through the center of the cross section of the rod disposition space 51 in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction thereof is set to be less than or equal to the outer diameter D2 of the rod portion 3A.
  • the distance D4 may be set to be larger than the outer diameter D2 of the rod portion 3A.
  • the distance D4 is set to be less than or equal to the outer diameter D2 of the rod portion 3A.
  • the first deflection space 56 and the second deflection space 57 are provided. However, they may be omitted. In a case where the first deflection space 56 and the second deflection space 57 are omitted, the pin case portion on the side of the surface configuring the rod disposition space from the pin case site opposite to the insertion hole 21 to one end side of the opening and closing port 52 becomes the first frame piece. On the other hand, the pin case portion on the side of the surface configuring the rod disposition space from the pin case site opposite to the insertion hole 21 to the other end side of the opening and closing port 52 becomes the second frame piece.
  • the thickness of the frame piece becomes larger compared to the case of the embodiment, and thus a tendency such as the selection amount of a material type of the pin case 10 decreasing or the amount of deflection of the frame piece being reduced increases. From the viewpoint of suppressing such a tendency, the above-described embodiment in which the first deflection space 56 and the second deflection space 57 are provided is preferable.
  • the guide section 40 is provided. However, it may be omitted. In a case where the guide section 40 is omitted, the opening 23 of the insertion hole 21 and the opening and closing port 52 of the rod disposition space 51 communicate with each other. However, the tip portions of the first frame piece 53 and the second frame piece 54 may be or may not be connected to the portion of the opening 23.
  • the holding section 50 for holding the pin 3 having the head portion 3B provided at the tip of the rod portion 3A is adopted.
  • a holding section for holding a pin in which a groove recessed inwardly from the outer peripheral surface of the pin is provided at an intermediate portion of the pin may be adopted.
  • the groove of the pin corresponds to the rod portion 3A of the above-described embodiment and the further upper side than the rod portion 3A corresponds to the head portion 3B of the above-described embodiment. Therefore, a holding section which presses the side surface site of the groove with a first frame piece and a second frame piece is adopted.
