Claims (9)
- Dispositif à volet pour un moteur à combustion interne comprenant
un carter d'écoulement (10) délimitant un canal d'écoulement (12),
un corps de volet (14) disposé de manière rotative dans le canal d'écoulement (12),
un arbre (16) sur lequel est fixé le corps de volet (14),
un actionneur (28) par lequel l'arbre (16) et le corps de volet (14) peuvent être tourné dans le canal d'écoulement (12),
un carter d'actionneur (30) dans lequel l'actionneur (28) est disposé,
une saillie (40) qui s'étend dans la direction du carter d'actionneur (30) étant formée sur le carter d'écoulement (10) et un élément de réception (44) qui s'étend dans la direction du carter d'écoulement (10) étant formé sur le carter d'actionneur (30) et s'appuyant radialement contre la saillie (40) du carter d'écoulement (10),
caractérisé en ce qu'
une rainure circonférentielle (42) est formée entre la saillie (40) du carter d'écoulement (10) et l'élément de réception (44) du carter de l' actionneur (30), et dans lequel la saillie (40) du carter d'écoulement (10) saille dans l'élément de réception (44) du carter d'actionneur (30) et, avec l'interposition d'un joint (50), s'appuie axialement contre une extrémité en forme d'épaulement (47) de l'élément de réception (44) du carter d'actionneur (30) est présent. - Dispositif à volet pour un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (40) et l'élément de réception (44) sont en forme d'un cylindre creux.
- Dispositif à volet pour moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (16) saillie dans le carter d'actionneur (30) et est supporté d'un côté par un premier palier (58) et un deuxième palier (60).
- Dispositif à volet pour un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le premier palier (58) est disposé dans un premier logement de palier (62) qui est formé sur le carter d'écoulement (10), et le deuxième palier (60) est agencé dans un deuxième logement de palier (68) formé sur le carter d'actionneur (30).
- Dispositif à volet pour un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle de palier (68) du carter d'actionneur (30), le logement de palier (62) du carter d'écoulement (10), l'élément de réception (44) et la saillie (40) du carter d'écoulement (10) présentent un axe central (70) commun.
- Dispositif à volet pour moteur à combustion interne selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un épaulement (66) est formé dans la partie radialement intérieure de la saillie (40) du carter d'écoulement (10), contre lequel un disque annulaire (72) s'appuie axialement, qui est fixé dans la saillie (40) et délimite axialement le siège de palier (62) du premier palier (58).
- Dispositif à volet pour un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le carter d'actionneur (30) est fixé au carter d'écoulement (10) par des plaques de raccordement (82, 84) fixées au carter d'écoulement (10) par des vis (80).
- Dispositif à volet pour un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une bague d'étanchéité (79) entourant l'arbre (16) est disposée axialement dans le deuxième siège de palier (68) sur le côté du deuxième palier (60) détourné du corps de volet (14).
- Dispositif à volet pour un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une rondelle de butée (76) est fixée sur l'arbre (16) et est sollicitée contre le deuxième palier (60) par un ressort de compression (78).
