  • the piston blade (552) is formed at a low side of the close contact wheel (551) to make close contact with the inner side wall of the cylinder (51). For this reason, even though the up-down moving member (56) is pressed in a state that the up-down moving member (56) is inclined to one side, since the inner space of the cylinder (51) is sealed by the piston ring (55), the pump (50) is normally operated.
  • a pair of pressing protrusions (61) are formed on an outer edge of the distribution plate (60) and a content discharge path (62), through which contents moves, is formed on an upper surface of the distribution plate (60).
  • the pressing protrusions (61) of the distribution plate (60) are formed at places corresponding to the places of the pressing grooves (71) of the ring button member (70), so that the pressing protrusions (61) are inserted into the pressing grooves (71) of the ring button member (70).
  • the pressing protrusion (61) of the distribution plate (60) has a semicircular or circular shape so that the pressing protrusion (61) may be easily rotated in the pressing groove (71) of the ring button member (70).
  • the ring button member (70) is formed in a ring shape and a pressing unit (72) protrudes upwardly from one side of the ring button member (70).
  • a hook (73) is formed at an outer side of the ring button member (70) in opposition to the pressing unit (72), so that the hook (73) is inserted into the hook coupling groove (16) of the container body (10).
  • the pair of pressing grooves (71) are formed at the places perpendicular to the direction of connecting the pressing unit (72) to the hook (73), respectively.
  • the pressing grooves (71) of the ring button member (70) are formed in a semicircular or circular shape.
  • a diameter of the pressing protrusion (61) of the distribution plate (60) is less than an inner diameter of the pressing groove (71) of the ring button member (70).

  • the discharge plate (80) is placed on an upper part of the ring button member (70) while adhering to an upper surface of the distribution plate (60), and is formed with a plurality of discharge holes (81).
  • Discharge wheels (82) safely placed on the content discharge path (62) of the distribution plate (60) are formed below each of the discharge holes (81), and each of the discharge wheels (81) has an outer periphery, one side of which is opened, such that contents may pass therethrough.
  • the discharge plate (80) adheres to the upper surface of the distribution plate (60) with a dual adhering tape.
  • the inner container (30) is installed in the container body (10), one side of which is hinge-coupled to the container lid (20).
  • the pump support plate (40) is coupled to the upper part of the inner container (30).
  • the mounting wheel (422) of the lower extension wheel (42) is interposed between the second and third mounting steps (14) and (15) of the container body (10) while the lower extension wheel (42) of the pump support plate(40) is interposed between the inner and outer walls (35) and (36) of the inner container (30).

  • the discharge plate (80) is attached onto the upper surface of the distribution plate (60) while the discharge plate (80) is safely placed at the upper side of the ring button member (70), so that the assembly of the compact container having a ring button member according to the present invention is completed.

  • the pressing groove (71) of the ring button member (70) vertically presses the pressing protrusion (61) of the distribution plate (60), so that the distribution plate (60) can vertically presses the up-down moving member (56) of the pump (50).
  • the distribution plate (60) coupled to the discharge plate (80) is pressed, so that they move downwardly together and the up-down moving member (56) of the pump (50) coupled to the distribution plate (60) moves downwardly.
  • the piston ring (55) reaches the up-down moving member (56), so that the piston ring (55) moves downwardly together with the piston (54), thereby reducing a volume of the inner space of the cylinder (51).
  • the contents contained in the cylinder (51) are discharged from the space between the piston (54) and the piston ring (55) to an outside through the discharge hole (81) of the discharge plate (80) after sequentially passing through the slits (564) of the up-down moving member (56) and the content discharge path (62) of the distribution plate (60).
  • the suction valve plate (52) shuts the content suction hole (58) formed on the bottom surface of the cylinder by the discharging pressure in the cylinder (51).
  • the up-down moving member (56) moves up by the elasticity of the elastic member (57) elastically supporting the up-down moving member (56) and the piston (54) coupled to the lower part of the up-down moving member (56) moves up.
  • the extension wheel (541) formed at an outside of the lower end of the piston (54) pulls up the piston ring (55)
  • the piston (54) and the piston ring (55) move up together while the gap between the piston (54) and the piston ring (55) is closed, so that the volume of the inner space of the cylinder is increased, thereby generating a vacuum pressure.

Claims (7)

  1. Contenant compact comprenant :
    un contenant interne (30) pourvu d'un espace de réception de contenu (31) ;
    une plaque de support de pompe (40) couplée à une partie supérieure du contenant interne (30) pour sceller le contenant interne (30) ;
    une pompe (50) installée sur une partie supérieure centrale de la plaque de support de pompe (40) pour pomper des contenus ;
    une plaque de distribution (60) couplée à une partie supérieure de la pompe (50) et ayant des saillies de pressage (61) formées à deux endroits se faisant mutuellement face dans une direction diagonale sur un extérieur de celle-ci ; et
    un élément bouton annulaire (70) couplé à une partie supérieure de la plaque de distribution (60) et ayant des rainures de pressage (71) formées à deux endroits se faisant mutuellement face dans une direction diagonale sur une extrémité inférieure de celui-ci,
    dans lequel les saillies de pressage (61) de la plaque de distribution (60) sont insérées dans les rainures de pressage (71) de l'élément bouton annulaire (70) pour mettre en oeuvre une opération de pompage même lorsque l'élément bouton annulaire (70) ou une surface supérieure de la plaque de distribution (60) est pressé, et les diamètres des saillies de pressage (61) sont inférieurs aux diamètres internes des rainures de pressage (71).
  2. Contenant compact selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la plaque de distribution (60) comporte sur sa surface supérieure une voie de décharge de contenu (62) par l'intermédiaire de laquelle des contenus sont déchargés.
  3. Contenant compact selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément bouton annulaire (70) est formé en forme d'anneau et comporte au niveau d'un côté de celui-ci une unité de pressage (72) et un crochet (73) est formé au niveau d'un extérieur de l'élément bouton annulaire (70) en opposition à l'unité de pressage (72).
  4. Contenant compact selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les saillies de pressage (61) de la plaque de distribution (60) ont une forme semi-circulaire ou circulaire, et la rainure de pressage (71) de l'élément bouton annulaire (70) a une forme semi-circulaire ou polygonale.
  5. Contenant compact selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre une plaque de décharge (80) montée sur une partie supérieure de l'élément bouton annulaire (70) tout en adhérant à la surface supérieure de la plaque de distribution (60) et comportant en son sein une pluralité d'orifices de décharge (81).
  6. Contenant compact selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la pompe (50) inclut :
    un cylindre (51) formé sur un côté supérieur central de la plaque de support de pompe (40) et ayant un orifice d'aspiration de contenu (58) formé sur une surface inférieure de celui-ci ;
    une plaque de soupape d'aspiration (52) montée sur la surface inférieure du cylindre (51) pour ouvrir ou fermer sélectivement l'orifice d'aspiration de contenu (58) ;
    une douille (53) couplée à un extérieur du cylindre (51) destinée à être placée sur une extrémité supérieure du cylindre (51) ;
    un piston (54) formé à l'intérieur du cylindre (51) ;
    un segment de piston (55) monté autour d'un extérieur du piston (54) pour faire un contact proche avec une surface latérale interne du cylindre (51) ;
    un élément de mouvement haut-bas (56) couplé à une surface circonférentielle interne pour se déplacer vers le haut ou vers le bas ; et
    un élément élastique (57) pour supporter élastiquement l'élément de mouvement haut-bas (56).
  7. Contenant compact selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la pompe (50) a une distance de course de piston dans une plage de 1,5 mm à 2,5 mm, et un rapport entre la distance de course de piston et un diamètre interne du cylindre (51) est dans une plage de 1:5 à 1:13.
