Based on this, it is an object of the present innovation to provide a system installation plate and a system surface covering, which is flexible in addition to a long life for a variety of applications and is also easy and quick to deploy. The object is achieved on the basis of the features of the preamble of claim 1 and 15 respectively by its characterizing features.

The essential aspect of the system installation plate according to the invention is to be seen in that its support layer has at least one peripherally firmly molded plug connection means and at least one further, detachably molded plug connection means and recesses corresponding to the plug connection means and likewise arranged peripherally. Particularly advantageous allows the provision of firmly and removably molded connector means, which are also molded directly to the support layer of the system installation plate, a simple, ie fast and easy, laying the system installation plate on site, in particular a system surface covering. This is achieved, inter alia, by the fact that the plug connection means only have to be pushed into the corresponding recesses. Since all this necessary connector means are directly on the support layer solvable or firmly formed, you need for a Laying no further laying materials additionally to store or carry along. It is thus virtually impossible for the user to interrupt the laying process during the laying of the system installation plate according to the invention, since the latter has established that the necessary plug connection means are not available in sufficient numbers or that the mating connector means do not fit.

Under a system installation plate in the sense of innovation in this case a single ready-to-install system installation plate is understood that in a composite, so with multiple system installation plates together, can be laid to a system surface covering, which is also constructed in several parts or multi-layered and their tread
forming plate-shaped or block-like wood layer of a solid piece of wood is preferably made in one piece or in one piece.

Advantageously, the systemic installation plate according to the invention is characterized by a long service life and can be laid quickly and easily on a variety of different substrates, both indoor (indoor) protected from the effects of weathering and outdoor areas exposed to the weather (outdoor). Particularly advantageously, the said layers of the system installation plate according to the invention can be produced independently of one another and can then be assembled to produce the system installation plate. The upper wood layer and the lower support layer can either be arranged congruently one above the other or offset from one another, so that a ready-to-lay system installation plate is formed. Such a system installation plate is particularly suitable for heavy load traffic.

Particularly advantageous is provided on the support layer at least one, the spring of a tongue and groove joint forming, also releasably molded web connection means. Further advantageously, the plate-like or block-like wood layer on at least one, at least partially circumferential groove for snug receiving the at least one web connecting means, so that a tongue and groove connection can be formed by the inclusion of the web connection means in the groove. As a result, an additional mechanical strength of the system installation plate is achieved because on the tongue and groove connection a further fit connection is created. Again, the required web connection means are formed directly and detachably on the support layer and thus easy, quick and easy to reach for a laying process.

In one embodiment, a plurality of bolt-shaped connecting pin portions are provided on a support layer top, which engage in arranged on a layer of wood underside corresponding holes, so that thus a positive connection between the wood layer and the support layer can be formed.

Particularly advantageous, the firmly molded connector means have a U-shaped basic shape with two legs, wherein at the free ends hook-shaped nose portions are provided. The releasably molded further connector means are preferably formed double U-shaped, by being symmetrically mirrored at a running for both Us in a common plane mirror axis A. Advantageously, hook-shaped nose portions are provided at each free end of the paired legs of the further connector means.

In a preferred embodiment, the plug connection means have at least one electrical line and at least one contact element for electrical contacting. Advantageously, the support layer may also comprise at least one electrical line which has at its respective ends in each case a contact element for electrical contacting.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the support layer is formed as a plastic plate having openings which are oriented to each other so that between the respective openings preferably mutually parallel connecting web portions are formed and the openings are closed by a peripheral frame portion to the outside.

According to yet another embodiment, at least one light element is integrated in the wood layer.

Alternatively, an additional coating can be provided on the wood layer top side, which is designed as a plastic coating or fleece material coating or cork coating. Advantageously, the additional coating can also be formed from an acrylic-bonded and / or polyester-bonded mineral material.

Particularly advantageously, the web connection means are at least partially encased with a sealing layer. Further advantageously, the web connection means are designed as a sealing element.

According to yet another embodiment variant, at least one intermediate layer is accommodated between the upper wood layer and the lower support layer. Particularly preferably, at least one heating element is accommodated in the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer can also advantageously have a damping and / or insulating effect and / or the intermediate layer can be formed by a permanently elastic silicone layer, a polystyrene layer or a hard foam layer. Advantageously, the intermediate layer may also be formed as a protective film for electrostatic shielding or as a vapor-permeable film.

The printouts "approximate", "essentially", "approx." or "about" in the context of the invention deviations from the respective exact value by +/- 10%, preferably by +/- 5% and / or deviations in the form of insignificant changes for the function.

FIG. 1 shows in a simplified schematic representation of a longitudinal section through a systemic installation plate according to the invention, which can be laid in conjunction with further system installation plates according to the invention to form a system surface covering.

The system installation plate comprises a main body 1 with at least one upper side 1.1 and an opposite lower side 1.2, which are preferably each flat and parallel to each other. The top 1.1 here forms the tread and the bottom 1.2, the bearing surface of the system installation plate.

Further, the base body 1 depending on its cross-sectional shape on a plurality of planar and / or curved side surfaces 1.3, 1.4, preferably in pairs parallel or mirror symmetric to each other and perpendicular to the top and bottom 1.1, 1.2 extend to allow a known installation in the composite ,

The basic body 1 can here in principle have any suitable for laying in the composite circumferential shape, i. The teaching according to the invention is by no means limited to a specific peripheral shape of the main body 1.

The base body 1 of the system installation plate is in this case constructed in a multilayered manner, ie this has at least two material layers 2, 3 which are preferably firmly interconnected and which form the basic body 1 of the system installation plate in a composite manner. The system installation plate is "ready to lay" after its production, ie the innovation concerns a ready-to-install system installation plate. The total thickness D of the base body 1 in this case is at least 10 mm, preferably between 10 mm and 60 mm, preferably depending on the male load and the use in the indoor or outdoor area.

The base body 1 has a wood layer 2 and at least one further, the bottom 1.2 of the base body 1 forming support layer 3, which are arranged congruently one above the other, ie the support layer 3 is directly or via at least one further, in FIG. 1 not shown, intermediate layer (4) connected to the wood layer 2. The wood layer 2 is plate-like or block-shaped, which is made of a longitudinal wood and / or made of an impregnated wood, preferably permafrost, robinia or acacia. Preferably, the wood layer 2 is formed in one piece or in one piece and thus forms the resilient, solid part of the base body 1.

In a preferred embodiment, the wood layer 2 comprises a flat wood layer top side 2.1 and a flat wood layer underside 2.2, which preferably run parallel to one another. The plate-like wood layer 2 has, for example, a first thickness D1 between 5 mm and 40 mm, preferably between 10 mm and 20 mm. Also, according to a preferred embodiment, in the plate-like or block-like wood layer 2, at least one, at least partially circumferential groove 2.3 may be provided which, in cooperation with further web connection means (5.5) not shown here, the groove 2.3. a groove connection forms.

The support layer 3 is formed by a plastic plate with a substantially web-like structure and comprises a support layer top side 3.1 and a support layer underside 3.2, which preferably extend in mutually parallel planes. In addition, both plug connection means 5 and recesses 7 are arranged on the support layer 3, on the in FIG. 2 will be discussed in more detail. The support layer 3 has, depending on the application, a second thickness D2 between 2 mm and 10 mm, preferably between 2.5 mm and 5 mm. A more detailed explanation and presentation of the support layer 3 can be found below in the description FIG. 2 ,

The top 1.1 of the main body 1 forms the top layer of wood 2.1 and the bottom 1.2 of the base 1, the support layer underside 3.2, wherein at a direct connection of the wood layer 2 with the support layer 3, the support layer top side 3.1 on the wood layer bottom side 2.2 is directly applied and firmly connected to this.

The wood layer 2 and the support layer 3 are connected either via at least one intermediate layer 4 indirectly or for example by gluing, in particular using a silicone adhesive or by screwing or pressing directly to each other. The connection of the intermediate layer 4 with the wood layer 2 or the support layer 3 is also effected by using a suitable adhesive, by means of screw means or by pressing the respective layers 2, 3, 4 together.

Alternatively or cumulatively to the bonding of the wood layer 2 to the base layer 3, it is also possible, for example, on the base layer 3.1 more, in FIG. 2 illustrated, bolt-shaped connecting pin portions 10 provide that arranged in accordance with the wood layer underside 2.2, in FIG. 3 shown, holes 11 engage, so that thus a positive connection between the wood layer 2 and the support layer 3 can be formed.

In FIG. 1 is a variant of a system installation plate shown, in which the base body 1, for example, has a support layer 3 in the form of a plastic plate with web-like structure. Preferably, the support layer underside 3.2 and thus openings 3 'of the web-like structure of the plastic plate 3, the bottom 1.2 of the base body 1. The top 1.1 of the base body 1 is formed in the illustrated embodiment by the wood layer top 2.1, which is preferably smooth.

In FIG. 2 For example, a schematic plan view 3.1 is shown on a support layer 3 formed by a plastic plate, which is produced for example by means of injection molding. For direct connection of the support layer top side 3.1 of the support layer 3 with the wood top layer 2.1 of the wood layer 2 has this a plurality of bolt-like connecting pin portions 10, which protrude from the support layer upper side 3.1 of the plastic plate 3 is preferably perpendicular.

In the present embodiment, the plastic plate 3 has eight such bolt-like connecting pin portions 10. FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the plastic plate 3 and FIG. 3 a schematic view of the wood layer underside 2.2 with the prepared holes 11 for receiving the bolt-like connecting pin portions 10. By pressing the bolt-like connecting pin portions 10 in the prepared holes 11, the plastic plate 3 is firmly connected to the wood layer 2.

In the FIG. 2 shown plastic plate 3 preferably has a plurality of openings 3 ', which are oriented towards each other so that between the respective openings 3' preferably mutually parallel connecting web portions 3a are formed and the openings 3 'are completed over a peripheral frame portion 3b to the outside. In this case, a substantially rectangular outer basic shape with two longitudinal sides and two broad sides of the plastic plate 3 is formed by the frame portion 3b, wherein the longitudinal sides have a longer dimension compared to the broad sides. The bolt-like connecting pin portions 10 are preferably formed on the peripheral frame portion 3b. In addition, the connecting web sections 3 a have a preferably smaller web width compared to the peripheral frame section 3 c.

According to the innovation, both the plurality of firmly formed plug connection means 5, as well as the plurality of recesses 7 are provided on the peripheral frame section 3b on the circumference. The connector means 5 are formed, for example, on one of the four sides of the web-like plastic plate 3, whereas in each case a plurality of recesses 7 are provided on the three remaining sides.

According to a further feature of the present invention, releasably integrally formed further plug connection means 5.1 are arranged on the plastic plate 3, which are provided for example by means of auxiliary connection sections 3c in the region of the inner openings 3 'on the plastic plate 3. Particularly preferably, the auxiliary connecting portions 3c are connected to the connector means 5.1 such that they solve by simple buckling or twisting in the manner of a predetermined breaking point of the connector means 5.1.

According to a variant embodiment, web connection means 5. 5 detachably molded onto the plastic plate 3 can also be provided, for example by means of auxiliary connecting sections 3c, which form the tongue of a tongue and groove joint. To realize the tongue and groove connection, the web connection means 5.3 are at least partially in the on the wood layer 3 of FIG. 1 provided groove 2.3 is inserted, which is designed for snug receiving the web connection means 5.3.

Particularly preferably, the web connection means 5.3 different lengths, which are based substantially on the outer length and width dimensions of the basic shape of the plastic plate 3, in particular do not exceed these dimensions. In the in FIG. 2 In the embodiment shown, 3 web connecting means 5.3 are arranged with substantially two different lengths on the plastic plate, wherein the longer web connecting means are formed 5.3 by means of auxiliary connecting portions 3a on the longitudinal side of the rectangular plastic plate 3, on the outer periphery, while the comparatively shorter web connection means 5.3 also in turn, by means of auxiliary connecting portions 3c within the openings 3, preferably on the outer frame portion 3b, are arranged substantially parallel to the web portions 3a.

According to a preferred embodiment, the web connection means are 5.3 with a sealing layer, such as a rubber layer, at least partially sheathed, or the web connection means 5.3 itself as a sealing element formed, which may be formed, for example, bead-like, web-like or as a sealing lip. The sealing lip engages in the FIG. 1 shown groove 2.3. the wood layer 3 at least partially. As a result, for example, a water-impermeable surface is created by means of the system installation plates after installation of the system installation plate in conjunction with other system installation plates, which is particularly suitable for bathroom areas, or other applications coming into contact with water.

The peripherally firmly integrally formed on the plastic plate 3 connector means 5, for example, have a substantially U-shaped basic shape with two substantially parallel legs 9, wherein at their free ends of the two legs 9 each facing away from each other by 180 ° oriented, hook-shaped nose sections 8 are provided.

The releasably molded further connector means 5.1 are in particular double U-shaped connector means 5.1 symmetrically mirrored about a mirror axis A in a common plane connector means 5. Thus, in the other connector means 5.1, the two legs 9 of each of the two "Us" in pairs 180 ° offset, but arranged in a common plane. Also at their respective pairwise free ends of the preferably substantially parallel legs 9 of a corresponding "Us" each mutually oriented by 180 ° oriented, hook-shaped nose portions 8 are provided. In sum, the plug connection means 5 thus each have two nose sections 8, whereas in the case of the plug connection means 5.1, 4 nose sections 8 are provided in each case. Each "U" of each connector means 5 or 5.1 is identical in its geometric dimensions and its structure and thus compatible plugged into each recess. 7

In this case, the respective legs 9 of the corresponding connector means 5 and 5.1 are so resilient that they are when inserted into the correspondingly precisely shaped recess 7 in the region of Nose sections 8 slightly squeeze before they lock firmly in their latching position with their corresponding nose portions 8 in the respective recess 7.

The thickness d of the connector means 5, 5.1, as well as the web connection means 5.3 particularly preferably corresponds to the thickness D2 of the support layer 3 and thus the plastic plate and is depending on the application between 2 mm and 10mm, preferably between 2.5mm and 5mm. By the thickness d particularly preferably corresponds to the thickness D2, formed by the plastic plate 3 and the connector means 5, 5.1 arranged thereon and web connection means 5.3 a flat surface.
In the present embodiment, the plastic plate 3 is rectangular in shape and has two recesses 7 on the opposite short broad sides, whereas four plug connection means 5 or recesses 7 are provided on the opposite longitudinal sides.

The FIG. 4 shows a simplified schematic view of an alternative embodiment of the plastic plate 3, in which in the plastic plate 3, an electrical line 13 is cast, for example. In particular, the electrical line 13 may be, for example, a conduction band or wire, which is advantageously processed during the manufacturing process of the plastic plate 3. The electrical line 13 has at its respective ends corresponding contact elements 14 for electrical contacting. In this case, the electrical line 13 extends inside the plastic plate 3 in particular such that after laying the system installation plate in conjunction with other system installation plates an electrically conductive connection between the at least two system laying plates laid in the composite can be formed and thus ultimately any power grid can be built. For this purpose, the plug connection means 5 and 5.1 are particularly preferably also the electrical line 13 and the contact elements 14, since both the mechanical, as well as in this embodiment, the electrical connection between two system installation plates can be produced by means of the connector means 5 and 5.1 respectively.

Alternatively, according to FIG. 5 be provided in the wood layer 2, more preferably at the top 2.1, a light element 16, for example by means of an electrical line 13, according to the embodiment of FIG. 4 , Is supplied in the underlying, not shown here, support layer 3 with electrical energy. The light element 16 may be, for example, light-emitting diodes or LED bulbs. The areal dimensioning of the light element 16 can be selected within wide ranges. Thus, the light element 16 may, for example, be a single light element 16 extending over the entire upper side 2.1, or else several, in comparison, smaller light elements 16, which are arranged, for example, along an imaginary straight line.

In a further alternative embodiment according to FIG. 6 is the in FIG. 1 shown system installation plate provided with a coating 6, which is preferably applied to the wood top surface 2.1 and extends at least partially over this. Preferably, the wood top surface 2.1 is completely provided with the coating 6, which may for example be a non-slip coating, in particular a rubber coating or a preferably applied by screen printing melamine coating. Alternatively, the coating 6 may, for example, also be a plastic coating, an acrylic-bonded and / or polyester-bonded mineral materials, a nonwoven material coating or a cork coating.

In further embodiments according to the FIGS. 7 and 8th is provided between the wood layer 2 and the support layer 3, an intermediate layer 4, which according to the embodiment of the FIG. 7 preferably has a damping and / or insulating and / or shielding effect. This intermediate layer 4 may be formed, for example, by a permanently elastic silicone layer, a polystyrene layer or a hard foam layer. The intermediate layer or damping layer 4 has, for example, in the case of a realization in the form of a silicone layer, a third thickness D3 between 3 and 10 mm, preferably 4 to 8 mm up. When produced from Styrofoam or rigid foam, the third thickness D3 is between 20 and 30 mm, preferably 24 mm to 28 mm. The intermediate layer 4 is designed for a shielding effect, for example as a protective film for electrostatic shielding against electrosmog. The intermediate layer 4 may also be formed as a diffusion-open film, which preferably allows diffusing in one direction. For example, the intermediate layer 4 may be designed as a semipermeable membrane for this purpose. In the embodiment according to FIG. 8 For example, the intermediate layer 4 comprises an additional heating element 15, which may be formed, for example, as a heating coil or heating wire. For this embodiment, it is expedient to form the intermediate layer 4 of a material having a specific thermal conductivity greater than 0.2 λ.

Alternatively, according to FIG. 9 to increase the slip resistance of the system installation plate, the wood layer top side 2.1 structuring of different shape and depth, for example, diamond-shaped, grooved or wavy. For this purpose, the wood layer top 2.1 is, for example, planed.
