Control unit (8) for a lamp, in particular for a street lamp, with a module housing, which comprises a module housing upper shell (15) and a module housing lower shell (16) being connected to the module housing upper shell (15), with electronics enclosed by the module housing, which is configured for controlling at least one light module (6) of the lamp having a light-emitting diode as illuminant, and with a connection plug element (17) having a plurality of plug pins (20, 21, 22), wherein a group of first plug pins (20) of the connection plug element (17) is configured for connecting the control unit (8) to an external electrical connection line (12) provided for supplying power to the control unit and to the at least one light module (6) and wherein a group of second plug pins (21) of the connection plug element (17) is configured to connect the control unit (8) to the at least one light module (6) via an internal connection line (13),
    characterized in that
    the connection plug element (17) comprises a group of third plug pins (22) which interact with the electronics and are configured for connecting an external programming device to the control unit (8).
  2. Control unit (8) according the claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the connection plug element (17) provides a wall (18) annularly enclosing the group of first plug pins (20) and the group of second plug pins (21).
  3. Control unit (8) according to claim 2,
    characterized in that
    the annular wall (18) has a cylindrical outer wall surface (19) and/or that the annular wall (18) is formed as a radial silicone seal.
  4. Control unit (8) according to one of claims 1 to 3,
    characterized in that
    a total of at least four first plug pins (20) and a total of at least four second plug pins (21) are provided, which are each arranged point-symmetrically with respect to a center of the plug connector (17).
  5. Control unit (8) according to claim 4,
    characterized in that
    a distance of the at least four first plug pins (20) from the center is greater than a distance of the at least four second plug pins (21) from the center.
  6. Control unit (8) according to one of claims 3 to 5,
    characterized in that
    at least two third plug pins (22) are provided, wherein the at least two third plug pins (22) and the at least four first plug pins (20) have an equal distance from the center and/or are arranged point-symmetrically to the center.
  7. Control unit (8) according to one of claims 1 to 6,
    characterized in that
    the module housing is realized as a sealed module housing and/or that the module housing upper shell (15) and/or the module housing lower shell (16) are made of plastic and preferably of an electrically non-conductive plastic.
  8. Control unit (8) according to one of claims 1 to 7,
    characterized in that
    on the module housing upper shell (15) a connection adapter (26) for an external accessory is formed and/or that a sensor (27) is provided on the module housing lower shell (16), wherein the connection adapter (26) and/or the sensor (27) interact with the electronics of the control unit (8).
  9. Lamp having a lamp housing lower shell (2), with a lamp housing upper shell (1) attached to the lamp housing lower shell (2), having a light pane (5) which covers a light output opening (14) formed on the lamp housing lower shell (2), having at least one light module (6) for emitting light from a light emitting diode through the light pane (5) and the light output opening (14), with a mounting adapter (3) for attaching the lamp to an attachment component, in particular to a mast, with a control unit (8) for operating the lamp according to one of claims 1 to 8, and with a mating plug element (9) fixed on the lamp housing lower shell (2), in which the connection plug element (17) of the control unit (8) is inserted, wherein an external connection line (12) of the lamp is connected with the group of first plug pins (20) via the mating plug element (9) and wherein an internal connection line (13) of the lamp being guided from the mating plug element (9) to the at least one light module (6) is connected via the group of second control pins (21) of the connection plug element (17).
  10. Lamp according to claim 9,
    characterized in that
    a group of first mating plug pins (23) and a group of second mating plug pins (24) is provided on the mating plug element (9), wherein in the assembled state of the lamp the first mating plug pins (23) of the mating plug element (9) are electrically conductively connected to the first plug pins (20) of the connection plug element (17) and the second mating plug pins (24) of the mating plug element (9) are connected to the second plug pins (21) of the plug connection element (17).
  11. Lamp according to claim 9 or 10,
    characterized in that
    the third plug pins (22) of the connecting plug element (17) of the control unit (8) are not electrically contacted in the assembled state of the lamp.
  12. Lamp according to one of claims 9 to 11,
    characterized in that
    an opening is provided on the lamp housing lower shell (2) for the sensor (27) of the control unit (8) provided on the module housing lower shell (16).
  13. Lamp according to one of claims 9 to 12,
    characterized in that
    an opening (25) is formed on the lamp housing upper shell (1) for the connection adapter (26) of the control unit (8).
