Auf einem Maschinengestell 12 ist die Spule 10 an einem Tragarm 11 angeordnet, wobei im konkreten Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Tragarme vorgesehen sind, die alternierend Spulen in die Zuführrichtung durch eine Querbewegung einbringen können. Für die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung genügt es aber, wenn nur ein Tragarm 11 vorgesehen ist, wobei aber auch mehr als zwei Tragarme verwendet werden können. Die Zuführrichtung des bandförmigen Materials ist durch den Übergabebereich der Fertigungsmaschine vorgegeben und setzt sich an der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung über den Einführkanal 17 fort. Im Schaltschrank ist eine Steuereinrichtung 19 vorgesehen, die die Höhe des Tragarms 11 und/oder die Neigung des Einführkanals 17 bedarfsweise verändern kann. Die Einstellung der Höhe des Tragarms 11 und der Neigung des Einführkanals 17 erfolgt zunächst in Abhängigkeit des bereits mit bandförmigem Material gefüllten Durchmessers der Spule 10 beim Befüllen der Spule, wobei vorzugsweise darauf geachtet wird, dass die Bänder schräg einfahren können, so dass sie beim Aufwickeln auf die Spule 10 nicht knicken. Je starrer insofern die Materialien, desto sorgsamer muss mit diesen Materialien umgegangen werden, was durch eine derartige Steuereinrichtung 19 möglich ist. Vorzugsweise wird dabei versucht, das Verhältnis von Bandzuführeinrichtung 16 bzw. Einführkanal 17 und Übergabepunkt des bandförmigem Materials an die Spule 10 durch Betrieb der Steuereinrichtung bzw. Höhenverstellung so einzustellen, dass Zuführrichtung und vorzugsweise auch Zuführwinkel des bandförmigen Materials während des Befüllens der Spule 10 möglichst von Anfang bis Ende des Befüllvorgangs oder beim Abwickeln auch des Entleerungsvorgangs gleich bleibt. Dies kann dadurch gewährleistet werden, dass die Spule sich allmählich beim Befüllen absenkt bzw. anhebt, indem über den Hubantrieb 23 die Höhenverstellung betätigt wird. Die Hubeinrichtung ist als Höhenverstellung so ausgebildet, dass über einen vom Hubantrieb 23 angetriebenen Spindelantrieb die Höhe des Tragarms 11 verstellbar ist.A
Durch die Höhenverstellbarkeit der Spule 10 am Tragarm 11, kann auch der Öffnungswinkel beim Zuführen des Materials beeinflusst werden, was vor allem zu Beginn des Aufwickelns von Vorteil ist. Wird die Spule relativ zur Trennpapierzuführung und zum Einführkanal z.B. nach unten bewegt, vergrößert sich der Öffnungswinkel, in den neues Material eingeführt werden kann, so dass eine leichteres Einführen bei Beginn des Aufwickelvorgangs ermöglicht wird, und umgekehrt. Claims (7)
- A device for winding strip-shaped material onto at least one reel (10) comprising- a machine frame (12),- at least one support arm (11) which is movable relative to the machine frame (12) and has at least one horizontal reel shaft (13) for receiving the reel (10,- at least one rotary drive (14) for rotating the reel shaft (13),- a release device for releasing the reel (10) when the support arm (11) moves relative to the machine frame (12),- a strip-feeding device (16) for feeding the strip-shaped material,- wherein the support arm (11), which supports the reel during the filling procedure, at the same time forms the release device and wherein for releasing the reel, a linear movement device (15) is provided for moving the support arm (11) parallel to the reel shaft (13) and transversely to the strip-feeding device,characterized in that the height of the support arm (11), which solely supports the reel during the filling procedure, is adjustable by means of a height adjustment arrangement.
- The device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the strip-feeding device (16) comprises a lead-in channel (17), the inclination of which is adjustable and lockable relative to the reel (10).
- The device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the strip-feeding device (16) is mounted in an articulated manner.
- The device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the height of the reel shaft (13) is adjustable by the height adjustment arrangement relative to the preferably stationary or fixed lead-in channel (17) and/or relative to a separating paper feed from the separating paper reel (20).
- The device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a control device (19) is provided which, when the reel is being filled, varies the height of the support arm (11) in dependence on the diameter of the reel (10), which is already filled with strip-shaped material, in such a manner that the feed direction of the strip-shaped material remains the same during the filling of the reel (10).
- The device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support arm (11) is provided as the only releasing device and conveying device for the reel (10), which releasing device is solely standing on the machine frame (12).
- The device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises two support arms (11) for receiving at least one reel (10) each, the reels (10) thereof being filled in an alternating manner.
