Abstract
Die vorliegende Anmeldung betrifft eine Motor-Verdichter-Einheit (1), umfassend mindestens einen Rotationsmotor (2) sowie mindestens einen Rotationsverdichter (3) zur Verdichtung mindestens eines gasförmigen Fluids,
der Rotationsmotor (2) umfassend ein Motorgehäuse mit mindestens einem in dem Motorgehäuse drehbar gelagerten Motorkranz (4), der um eine Motorachse (5) des Motorgehäuses rotierbar gelagert ist, mindestens einen Zylinder (6), der in dem Motorkranz (4) angeordnet ist, wobei in dem Zylinder (6) ein Motorkolben (7) angeordnet ist, der gemeinsam mit einer Wandung des Zylinders (6) eine Brennkammer (26) des Zylinders (6) begrenzt, wobei der Motorkolben (7) mittels eines Pleuels (8) linear beweglich in dem Zylinder (6) geführt ist, sowie mindestens eine Kolbenachse (11), um die der mindestens eine Motorkolben (7) rotierbar ist, sodass sich der Motorkolben (7) während eines Betriebs des Rotationsmotors (2) auf einer Kreisbahn (40) bewegt, wobei die Kolbenachse (11) parallel zu der Motorachse (5) orientiert sowie beabstandet von der Motorachse (5) angeordnet ist, sodass der mindestens eine Motorkolben (7) im Zuge einer Rotation des Motorkranzes (4) um die Motorachse (5) innerhalb des Zylinders (6) eine zyklische Auf-und-Ab-Bewegung ausführt,
der Rotationsverdichter (3) umfassend ein Verdichtergehäuse mit mindestens einem in dem Verdichtergehäuse drehbar gelagerten Verdichterkranz (12), der um eine Verdichterachse (13) des Verdichtergehäuses rotierbar gelagert ist, mindestens einen Zylinder (14), der in dem Verdichterkranz (12) angeordnet ist, wobei in dem Zylinder (14) ein Verdichterkolben (15) angeordnet ist, der gemeinsam mit einer Wandung des Zylinders (6) eine Verdichterkammer des Zylinders (14) begrenzt, wobei der Verdichterkolben (15) mittels eines Pleuels (16) linear beweglich in dem Zylinder (14) geführt ist, sowie mindestens eine Kolbenachse (17), um die der mindestens eine Verdichterkolben (15) rotierbar ist, sodass sich der Verdichterkolben (15) während eines Betriebs des Rotationsverdichters (3) auf einer Kreisbahn (40) bewegt, wobei die Kolbenachse (17) parallel zu der Verdichterachse (13) orientiert sowie beabstandet von der Verdichterachse (13) angeordnet ist, sodass der mindestens eine Verdichterkolben (15) im Zuge einer Rotation des Verdichterkranzes (12) um die Verdichterachse (13) innerhalb des Zylinders (14) eine zyklische Auf-und-Ab-Bewegung ausführt, wobei der Rotationsmotor (2) und der Rotationsverdichter (3) mittels einer Übertragungseinrichtung (10) in Drehmoment übertragender Weise miteinander koppelbar sind.
The present application relates to a motor-compressor unit (1) comprising at least one rotary motor (2) and at least one rotary compressor (3) for compressing at least one gaseous fluid,
the rotary motor (2) comprising a motor housing with at least one motor rim rotatably mounted in the motor housing, which is rotatably mounted about a motor axis (5) of the motor housing, at least one cylinder (6) which is arranged in the motor rim (4) in which in the cylinder (6) an engine piston (7) is arranged, which defines together with a wall of the cylinder (6) a combustion chamber (26) of the cylinder (6), wherein the engine piston (7) by means of a connecting rod (8) linearly movable in the cylinder (6) is guided, and at least one piston axis (11) about which the at least one engine piston (7) is rotatable so that the engine piston (7) during operation of the rotary motor (2) on a circular path ( 40), wherein the piston axis (11) oriented parallel to the motor axis (5) and spaced from the motor axis (5), so that the at least one engine piston (7) in the course of rotation of the motor rim (4) about the motor axis ( 5) within the cyli (6) performs a cyclic up-and-down motion,
the rotary compressor (3) comprising a compressor housing with at least one in the compressor housing rotatably mounted compressor ring (12) rotatably mounted about a compressor axis (13) of the compressor housing, at least one cylinder (14) which is arranged in the compressor ring (12) in which in the cylinder (14) a compressor piston (15) is arranged, which defines together with a wall of the cylinder (6) a compression chamber of the cylinder (14), wherein the compressor piston (15) by means of a connecting rod (16) linearly movable in the cylinder (14) is guided, and at least one piston axis (17) about which the at least one compressor piston (15) is rotatable, so that the compressor piston (15) during operation of the rotary compressor (3) moves on a circular path (40) wherein the piston axis (17) is oriented parallel to the compressor axis (13) and spaced from the compressor axis (13), so that the at least one compressor piston (15) in the course of a rotation of the compressor ring (12) about the compressor axis (13) within the cylinder (14) performs a cyclic up-and-down movement, wherein the rotary motor (2) and the rotary compressor (3) by means of a transmission device (10) can be coupled together in a torque-transmitting manner.
