Description
The invention relates to a connecting element for a sunshade system according to the preamble of
This solution has a disadvantage because the assembly of the winding shaft can take a not inconsiderable time, especially because the winding shaft must be fitted exactly in the window or lintel. The adjustments required for this take a considerable amount of time, which increases the installation costs for the awning. The support element for the winding shaft is connected to the wall. About the support member may form a thermal bridge, which may for example lead to the condensation of moisture in the non-accessible receiving area of the sun protection system and in particular for textile materials a shortened Lifespan can result. In addition, water marks on the surface of an awning can form from a fabric, which can affect the appearance of the awning. Moisture can cause damage to the sun protection system, especially in the case of frost.
The object of the invention is thus to provide a sunshade system of defined width, which can be installed in a pre-assembled niche in a lintel door or window. Another object of the present invention is to avoid thermal bridges.
This object is achieved by a connecting element according to the features of
A connection element for a sunshade system comprises a holding element, a support element and a support element. The support member includes a guide rail for a curtain, wherein the support member extends from the bottom to the area of the ceiling of a building opening. The support member carries the support element, which means that the support element can be firmly connected to the support element. In the assembled state, the holding element is received in the support element. The holding element is held in the support element by a latching element.
According to one embodiment, the holding element has an engagement element, in which a counter element of the support element is held. The engagement element may for example be formed as a projection. The counter element may be a groove or a recess.
The engagement element may also be formed as a mandrel. The engagement element may be attached to the holding element of a Behangaufnahmevorrichtung. Alternatively or In addition to this, the engagement element can also extend within the support element. In the support member, a chamber may be provided for such an engagement element.
According to a further embodiment, the Behangaufnahmevorrichtung may contain a chamber as a counter element into which an engagement element can engage, which is formed as a sub-element of the support element or is formed as a sub-element of the support member.
The connecting element or the connecting elements and the Behangaufnahmevorrichtung can be fully assembled before installation in the building opening. That is, the ready-to-mount sunshade system is used or mounted as a front element or mounting element in the building opening.
Should it not be possible for reasons of space that the one or more fasteners are used as a built-in element in the building opening, for example, if small lintel niches are present or recessed guide rails are provided, the sunshade system can be assembled in the final position. This installation variant is selected when insertion of the support elements and / or the Behangaufnahmevorrichtung in oblique direction is not possible. If the sunshade system has to be assembled in the final position, sufficient height must be ensured in the fall so that the blind receiving device can rest on the engagement element can be positioned when the engagement member is formed, for example, as a mandrel.
DiesesAccording to one embodiment, the holding element has a projection, which is held in a groove or recess of the support element. This
Embodiment can be advantageously used when the height in the fall is too low, so that the Behangaufnahmevorrichtung can not be raised by the height of the mandrel to be positioned on the support element. In particular, the available installation height may be less than 10 cm. According to this embodiment, the support element has a recess for the implementation of the curtain. The curtain can thus be performed unhindered by the support element without being hindered by the support element.
According to one embodiment, the support element may have a latching element for holding the holding element.
According to the invention, the support element on a vertical leg and a horizontal leg, wherein the horizontal leg rests on the support element. In particular, the latching element may be formed as a tab which is bent in the direction of the holding element, wherein the latching element has an end which lies in the assembled state above the horizontal leg.
The vertical leg includes an angular section that encloses an acute angle with the vertical plane. Through this Angled portion may be the mounting of the Behangaufnahmevorrichtung by an exact positioning of the same on the holding element is not required. By the angle section, the Behangaufnahmevorrichtung is guided during assembly in its final position, so that the fitter does not have to position the Behangaufnahmevorrichtung exactly.
The holding element according to one embodiment includes a receptacle for a Behangaufnahmevorrichtung, such as a winding shaft or a retraction device for a sun protection system, for example, for a slatted blind, an awning or a roller shutter.
According to one embodiment, the support element is designed as an open thin-walled profile element. In the interior of the profile element, a guide element is arranged. The guide element has a vertically arranged guide channel, which is designed to guide a side edge of a curtain
The support member may also include an actuator for the curtain, such as a chain. In particular, the actuating device may be connected to a drive device, which is arranged in the Behangaufnahmevorrichtung or can be coupled to the Behangaufnahmevorrichtung.
A building opening comprises a sunshade system which contains a connecting element according to one of the preceding embodiments. In particular, two connecting elements can be arranged in a mirror-image arrangement. The second connection element is here mirrored about a normal plane to the center axis of the Behangaufnahmevorrichtung, wherein the normal plane extends at the point which corresponds to half the width of the blind. Therefore, the sunshade system contains in particular a first holding element, a first support element, a first support element, second support element, second support element, a second support element, so that the Behangaufnahmevorrichtung is held by the first and second support member.
All embodiments relate to a so-called self-supporting solar shading system. The drape receiving device forming a head part is supported by the support elements, the support elements containing the guide rails for the side edges of the drapery. The Behangaufnahmevorrichtung includes a rotatable shaft, such as a winding shaft around which the curtain can be wound, or a shaft around which a drive element, such as a pull rope or a chain element can be wound, which serves to receive the curtain, for example, from collapsible curtain elements exists or may be formed as a slatted shutter.
By using a self-supporting sunshade system according to one of the preceding embodiments, there is no installation in the lintel area or in the lintel area. In particular, no holding elements are needed, which are fixed in the fall or in the lintel, which could form thermal bridges. Thus, by using a self-supporting sunscreen thermal bridges are avoided.
Similarly, by means of a self-supporting sun protection system, undesirable sound transmission of engine noise from the drive unit of the hanging receiving device can be avoided or at least significantly reduced. The transmission of structure-borne noise is essentially carried out by the Behangaufnahmevorrichtung in the connecting element. Due to the fact that the connecting element is connected to the building only via the foundation, the structure-borne sound is introduced into the foundation. There is a dissipation of structure-borne noise, so that a much smaller proportion of structure-borne noise, if any, can enter the interior, which is closed or accessible through the building opening, depending on whether the window or the door is in the open or closed position.
Another advantage of a self-supporting solar shading system is the fact that the assembly can run easier and faster for small systems.

When assembling thus the holding
