Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Homogenisieren und/oder Dispergieren fließfähiger Produkte, insbesondere von Emulsionen oder Dispersionen, mit zumindest einem Behälter (2, 2', 2", 2"') zur Aufnahme eines Produktes, und einer Pump- und/oder Mischeinrichtung (6, 6', 6", 6"') zum Fördern, Homogenisieren und/oder Dispergieren fließfähiger Produkte, mit einem um eine erste Rotationsachse drehbar gelagerten ersten Rotorelement (32, 32', 32"), welches mittels einer Antriebseinrichtung (20) antreibbar ist, und einem um eine zweite Rotationsachse drehbar gelagerten zweiten Rotorelement (34, 34', 34"), welches mittels einer Antriebseinrichtung (22) antreibbar ist, wobei dass das erste Rotorelement (32, 32', 32") und das zweite Rotorelement (34, 34', 34"), bezogen auf ihre Rotationsachsen, einen axialen Versatz zueinander aufweisen. Erfindungsgemäß ist, dass die Pump- und/oder Mischeinrichtung (6, 6') in einem Abschnitt einer an dem Behälter (2, 2') angeschlossenen Zirkulationsleitung (28) angeordnet ist, wobei die Rotorelemente (32, 34) in einem Gehäuse (30) aufgenommen sind, wobei das Gehäuse (30) eine Einlassöffnung (25) zum Einströmen des Produktes in den Innenraum des Gehäuses und eine Auslassöffnung (26) zum Ausströmen des Produktes aus dem Innenraum aufweist, und wobei das Gehäuse (30) in einem den Innenraum begrenzenden bevorzugt zylindrischen Wandabschnitt (61) eine Zugabeleitung (60) oder Zugabeöffnung (60') für einen in das Produkt einzugebenden Stoff und/oder zusätzlich eine Abführöffnung einer Bypassleitung (74) aufweist, welche vorzugsweise in axialer Richtung benachbart zum ersten Rotorelement (32) oder axial zwischen erstem und zweitem Rotorelement angeordnet ist/sind.
