A disinfectant liquid mixing device is characterized by comprising a base frame, a liquid pushing cylinder, a three-way reversing valve and a cylindrical liquid storage cylinder, wherein the liquid pushing cylinder is composed of a cylinder body arranged on the base frame, a liquid pushing piston matched with the cylinder body in a sliding and sealing manner and a piston rod connected to the liquid pushing piston, the three-way reversing valve is provided with a liquid inlet, a first liquid outlet communicated with the liquid inlet and a second liquid outlet communicated with the liquid inlet, the liquid pushing piston divides the interior of the cylinder body into a liquid cavity and an air cavity communicated with the atmosphere, the liquid cavity is communicated with the liquid inlet through a main liquid pipe, a liquid supply pipe is arranged on the first liquid outlet, a liquid supply one-way valve is arranged on the liquid supply pipe, the second liquid outlet is communicated with the interior of the liquid storage cylinder through a circulating pipeline, the circulating pipeline comprises a main circulating pipe, a circulating one-way valve is arranged on the, the top of the liquid storage cylinder is provided with a dosing port, the cylinder body is provided with at least one adjusting screw, one end of the adjusting screw is positioned outside the cylinder body, the other end of the adjusting screw extends into the air cavity, the axis of the adjusting screw is parallel to the slidable direction of the liquid pushing piston, the liquid storage cylinder is provided with a vertically arranged dosing pipe, the lower end of the dosing pipe is communicated with the dosing port, and the dosing port is provided with a spacer filter screen;
