Abstract
Mischvorrichtung zum Mischen von mindestens zwei flüssigen Komponenten von wasserlöslichen 2-Komponentenlacken für eine 2-Komponentenanlage, unter Verwendung eines in einem Mischergehäuse (1) angeordneten Rührwerkes (7, 21, 22), wobei das Mischergehäuse (1) Eingänge (13) zur Zuleitung der Komponenten und einen Ausgang (10) zur Ableitung des Mischproduktes in Form eines 2-Komponentenlackes unter einem vorgegebenen Druck zu einer oder mehreren Spritzpistolen aufweist, und wobei ein rohrförmiges, aus zwei Gehäuseteilen (2, 3) zusammen gesetztes Mischergehäuse (1) vorgesehen ist, in dessen Längsachse (5j eine angetriebene Mischerwelle (7) mittels zweier Drehlager (7a, 9) drehbar gelagert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mischerwelle (7) im Mischbereich(19) des Mischergehäuses (1) mit zwei Sorten von alternierend angeordneten Rührsegmenten (21,22) ausgerüstet ist, wobei beide Sorten (21, 22) an ihrem äußeren Umfang mit Rührflügeln (23a) versehen sind und Segmentelemente (20) als Abstandshalter dienen, und
