Claims (8)

  1. Verseur à fente (1) équipé d'une buse longiligne de revêtement (2) dévolue au dépôt de matière dans une installation de revêtement, sachant qu'il est prévu un élément rigide de support (4), de préférence longiligne, sur lequel ladite buse de revêtement (2) est implantée avec interposition de plusieurs éléments de réglage (5) respectivement prévus, à distance les uns des autres, le long de son étendue longitudinale, lesdits éléments de réglage (5) étant reliés audit élément de support (4) par l'une respective de leurs extrémités, et à ladite buse de revêtement (2) par leur autre extrémité respective, laquelle buse de revêtement (2) est réalisée, au moins dans sa direction de décharge, en étant au moins douée d'une flexibilité telle qu'un déplacement ciblé de ladite buse de revêtement (2) soit possible dans sa région respective, par l'intermédiaire des éléments de réglage (5) pilotables individuellement, par le biais d'un ajustement de l'élément de réglage considéré (5) dans ladite direction de décharge, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments de réglage (5) présentent une plage d'ajustement atteignant jusqu'à 5 mm, avantageusement jusqu'à 2 mm, et lesdits éléments de réglage (5) sont prévus, le long de l'étendue longitudinale de la buse de revêtement (2), avec espacement mutuel d'environ 150 mm à 400 mm, de préférence un espacement d'environ 300 mm, la rigidité de l'élément de support (4) étant supérieure à la rigidité de ladite buse de revêtement (2), sachant en outre qu'au moins trois éléments de réglage (5), de préférence dix ou plus de dix éléments de réglage (5) sont prévus, et que lesdits éléments de réglage (5) sont réalisés sous la forme d'éléments différentiels.
  2. Verseur à fente (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments de réglage (5) présentent une précision d'ajustement d'environ 1/10 à 2/10 µm.
  3. Verseur à fente (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la rigidité de l'élément de support (4) est supérieure d'un multiple, tel que le facteur 3 par exemple, à la rigidité de la buse de revêtement (2).
  4. Installation de revêtement comprenant un cylindre (3) et un verseur à fente (1) qui est prévu à faible distance dudit cylindre (3) et est équipé d'une buse longiligne de revêtement (2), dévolue au dépôt de matière dans ladite installation de revêtement, caractérisée par le fait que le verseur à fente (1) est réalisé en conformité avec l'une des revendications précédentes.
  5. Installation de revêtement selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée par le fait que le verseur à fente (1) est disposé de façon telle que la direction d'ajustement des éléments de réglage (5) se situe dans un plan horizontal.
  6. Installation de revêtement selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée par le fait qu'au moins un élément d'accommodation, réglable dans le sens vertical et modifiant l'orientation de l'élément de support (4) de façon correspondante, est prévu pour l'orientation dudit élément de support (4) ciblant un réglage de la rectitude du verseur à fente (1).
  7. Installation de revêtement selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que la distance entre le verseur à fente (1) et le cylindre (3) peut être modifiée, notamment en mode translatoire, au moyen d'éléments de déplacement correspondants.
  8. Installation de revêtement selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que l'orientation du verseur à fente (1), vis-à-vis du cylindre (3), peut être modifiée au moyen d'éléments pivotants correspondants, notamment en mode rotatoire autour d'un axe de pivotement parallèle à l'axe dudit cylindre (3).
