Description

Dismountable and portable device for supporting and holding balancing belts.

The invention relates to a collapsible and portable device for supporting and holding Balancierbändern, consisting of a band support with A-shaped straps to each other and arranged in the longitudinal direction of the Balancierbandes tape holding device.

Balancierbänder are usually attached between two trees at low altitude. If no suitable trees are available, a balancing strap can also be guyed at other attachment points, such as drilling anchors. In this case, supports or belt supports are required, which hold the Balancierband at the same height above the ground, so for balancing on the Balancierband sufficient height is created and the balancing in the middle of Balancierbandes has no contact with the ground.

It is a device for supporting and holding Balancierbändern WO2010 / 040352A1 known. This is, like the rest of the band DK200900194U3 Although dismantled and transportable, the height adjustment of the support or band support is only possible by changing the angle between the carriers and therefore only to a small extent feasible. Due to the small contact surface of only two front sides of the support on the ground, it is pressed very deeply into the ground under load on soft ground or sand, whereby the run length is reduced continuously and a frequent retightening of the balancer is necessary. The only concave band support surface of the two versions has the disadvantage that it can slip off the band support surface and fall down due to strong lateral swinging of the balancing belt, which typically occurs during balancing. Also the band support of the US3658325A is not height adjustable and the balancing strap must be threaded into the strap support, making it difficult to quickly change the position of the strap along the balancing strap. In the DE202010015269U1 is a height adjustment of the band support only possible with Ausädeln the Balancierbandes, it is also not dismountable. The edition of US3754757A is not dismountable and a position change time consuming. In all above-mentioned belt supports is tilted transversely to the longitudinal direction of the Balancierbandes bottom surfaces and the tape support surface, whereby the Balancierband is no longer horizontal. The distribution of forces of the support or belt support on the ground is strong in the direction Slope bottom shifted. With strong lateral oscillations of the balancing belt thereby tilting of the belt support is possible.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a collapsible and portable device for supporting and holding Balancierbändern, in which the above-mentioned disadvantages do not occur.

According to the invention the object is achieved by the features cited in claim 1.
With the tape support part according to the invention inserted from above into the crossover point of the carrier, it is achieved that a flat band support surface is formed for the balancing belt. The Balancierband can be placed from above, a height adjustment of the band support is possible without unthreading of Balancierbandes, the band support can be moved quickly and easily in the longitudinal direction of Balancierbandes. Due to the crossed arrangement of the carrier, the balancer is held laterally in position and reliably secured against slipping off the belt support surface in strong lateral vibrations, as they typically occur during balancing.
When loaded by a tensioned Balancierband on the tape support part arise vertically downwardly acting forces, which forward the support surfaces support to the carrier. Due to the diagonal support on the carriers also creates a torque about the vertical axis, which is derived from the carrier abutment surfaces to the carrier.
The vertically downwardly facing flanges of the tape support member counteract bending of the support surface and fix the tape support member in the longitudinal direction of the Balancierbandes. Due to the material tension of the tape support part, the flanges also cling to the carriers, the tape support part is thereby fixed vertically in its intended position. The band support part is preferably made of steel or high-strength plastic.
The bottom cross connector fixes the crossover angle of the carrier. In addition, it prevents by its large support surface sinking on soft ground under load of the band support by the balancer, a frequent retightening of Balancierbandes deleted. By loosening only one connecting element between a carrier and the transverse connector, the entire band support can be folded up and carried away in a simple and space-saving manner.

Another inventive solution according to claim 2 is that a recess for receiving a connecting element is arranged on at least one vertically downwardly facing flange of the band support member.

Through a recess for receiving a connecting element on a vertically downwardly pointing flange, the tape support surface is held transversely to the longitudinal direction of the Balancierbandes in a horizontal position and reliably prevents lateral tipping of the tape support part or a one-sided slippage of a support support surface on a support under load by the Balancierband. At the same time, the recess serves as a safeguard against unintentional opening of the connecting element, provided it is designed as a hexagon bolt, bolt with groove or the like. When falling over the band support the band support part can not fall down.

Another inventive variant according to claim 3 is that the support abutment surfaces of the tape support member are designed as lugs which are inserted into openings of the carrier.
The tabs of the tape support member have the advantage that they both derive the above-described torque about the vertical axis to the openings of the carrier and reliably prevent a one-sided slippage of the support bearing surfaces on the carriers.

It is also advantageous according to claim 4, that a plurality of adjusting openings are arranged on the carriers along the carrier axes.
A simple and far-reaching height adjustment of the band support is made possible by the carrier are connected by means of connecting element symmetrically through different adjustment openings. In addition, in combination with the band support part according to the invention, the band support surface is held approximately horizontally on transverse to the longitudinal direction of the Balancierbandes bottom surfaces by the carrier are connected in accordance asymmetrically. Also, the geometric distribution of forces of the belt support to the ground is positively influenced, a tilting of the belt support by strong lateral vibrations of the Balancierbandes is effectively counteracted.

It is also advantageous according to claim 5, that in the case of the strip support, the openings of both supports for bottom-side connection to the transverse connector and the adjustment openings in at least one of the supports are designed as square openings on at least one side. The advantage here is that so-called ribbon lock screws can be used by the design of the adjustment and connection openings located on the carriers as a square opening, the head side have a square and a curved head, so when inserted into a square opening no second open-end wrench or the like to counter when tightening is needed. When using the tape rest in the Variant according to claim 2, a flange of the tape support member on the arched head of the tape lock screw is additionally pushed apart at the crossover of the carrier, resulting in a firmer positioning of the tape support member in the intended end position. Also, the release of the tape support member of the belt support is facilitated because only one flange must be pulled over one end of the connecting element.

Another inventive variant of the band support results according to claim 6, when the carrier consists of telescopic tubes, which have a plurality of adjustment below the crossover point of the carrier.
In this variant, the carriers are not far beyond the tape support surface even with a smaller print run height, the risk of injury in a fall is reduced.

With reference to the drawings, the invention is explained in more detail, with other solutions that differ from the solutions described, as well as all possible combinations of all feature formations are possible without departing from the scope of the invention.
