Claims (14)
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) d'un entraînement, en particulier d'un entraînement de véhicule automobile, permettant de modifier une position angulaire d'au moins un segment d'arbre à cames, dans lequel le dispositif de déphasage (1) présente au moins un arbre à cames (10) et un régulateur de phase (20) en liaison active avec l'arbre à cames (10), dans lequel l'arbre à cames (10) présente un segment d'arbre (13) présentant au moins un arbre intérieur (11) et un arbre extérieur (12) entourant au moins partiellement l'arbre intérieur (11) ainsi qu'un segment d'entraînement (14) pour l'entraînement du segment d'arbre (13) et au moins un segment d'arbre à cames assemblé par emboîtement et/ou par adhérence au moins à l'arbre extérieur (12), et dans lequel le régulateur de phase (20) présente un élément de rotor (21) et un élément de stator (22), dans lequel un élément de compensation (2) au moins pour compenser des tolérances des pièces entre l'arbre à cames (10) et le régulateur de phase (20) est disposé au moins localement entre l'élément de rotor (21) et le segment d'entraînement (14) et est chargé élastiquement au moyen d'un élément de ressort (3).
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de compensation (2) est un élément d'étanchéité, en particulier un joint d'étanchéité.
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de compensation (2) est soumis élastiquement à une pression au moyen de l'élément de ressort (3).
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (3) s'étend à partir d'un évidement (4) de l'élément de rotor (21) entre l'élément de rotor (21) et l'élément de compensation (2) et applique une force de pression à l'élément de compensation (2).
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de stator (22) est entouré au moins localement par l'élément de rotor (21).
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de stator (22) s'étend au moins localement entre l'élément de compensation (2) et le segment d'entraînement (14).
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre intérieur (11) est supporté axialement au moyen du régulateur de phase (20), en particulier au moyen de l'élément de stator (22) du régulateur de phase (20).
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre intérieur (11) est supporté radialement au moyen du régulateur de phase (20), en particulier au moyen de l'élément de stator (22) du régulateur de phase (20).
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déphasage (1) présente un élément de transmission (5) pour la transmission d'un couple de l'élément de rotor (21) à l'arbre intérieur (11).
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de rotor (21) est assemblé directement par emboîtement, par adhérence et/ou par liaison matérielle à l'arbre intérieur (11).
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déphasage (1) présente un élément d'assemblage (7) pour l'assemblage de l'élément de rotor (21) à l'arbre intérieur (11).
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'assemblage (7) est conçu pour permettre une régulation d'un flux d'huile.
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de rotor (21) est au moins un composant d'un boîtier du dispositif de déphasage (1).
- Dispositif de déphasage (1) selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de stator (22) est formé d'une seule pièce avec le segment d'entraînement (14).
