Definitions

  • the invention relates to bindings of shoes on gliding machines such as snowboards.
  • Such fasteners are described in particular in the patent US 6,886,850 . It comprises a seat extending in a longitudinal direction between a rear end and a front end. An upper face of the seat is provided to accommodate the sole of the shoe. A lower face of the seat is provided to come into contact with the gliding board. The upper face of the seat is delimited, transversely, by lateral flanges ensuring a transverse wedging of the shoe. A support arch connects the side flanges together at their rear end. The support arch forms a stop for the heel of the user.
  • the attachment further comprises an ankle strap and a toe strap extending transversely above the seat and joining the side flanges.
  • the ankle strap allows in particular to ensure the retention of the instep of the user, at the ankle, and can be selectively open or closed.
  • the toe strap holds the forefoot and can also be selectively opened or closed.
  • WO 99/15245 A1 discloses a snowboard binding provided with a self-supporting rear bow bearing a locking mechanism and a first link provided to limit the movement of the shoe and more specifically the movement forward, up, down and sideways.
  • the first link may be elastic.
  • US 5,172,924A describes a snowboard binding with a flexible rear hoop.
  • WO 2004/062751 A1 describes a snowboard binding with a flexible front link.
  • FR 1 049 235 A describes a ski binding provided with flexible shoe-holding means.
  • WO 2008/049576 A1 describes a snowboard binding with a controlled element on the instep.
  • the object of the invention is to provide an attachment for improved gliding board.
  • One purpose is to provide a fixation facilitating the establishment of the shoe.
  • Another purpose is to provide a fastener to reduce the number of operations to secure / disassociate the shoe with the binding.
  • Another object is to provide a fixation allowing a slight maintenance of the shoe in the binding without the user needs to lower to manipulate the binding.
  • the first link and / or the arch is resiliently deformable so that, when the boot is accommodated in the receiving device, the latter is held sandwiched between the first and second bearing faces thanks to the springback of the first link. and / or the arch.
  • the reception device further comprises a stop ensuring the positioning of the second link, when it tilts forward, in a stable configuration of footwear for which the holding surface is placed, substantially, vis-à- screw of the instep of the shoe.
  • This construction allows the user to quickly secure or separate one of his shoes with the docking device. This operation can be performed without the user needing to bend to manipulate the first link. Because the shoe is enclosed, it allows for a maintenance of the shoe. The user can slide on light slopes with good control of the gliding board. For more engaged slopes or jumps, it is best to hold the shoe with a second link, for example, at the instep.
  • such a gliding board binding may incorporate one or more of the following features, taken in any technically permissible combination:
  • the first link is self-supporting.
  • the first link is made in one piece.

  • the first link supports another bearing face intended to cooperate directly with an upper portion of the front portion of the shoe when it is housed in the host device.
  • Fastening means solidarize the first link respectively to said right edge and to said left edge of the seat so that the longitudinal position of the first link relative to the seat is adjustable.
  • Each end of the second link is fixed on a flexible connecting member connecting the seat with, respectively, a right or left side end of a support portion of the arch.
  • a median plane of the second link advantageously forms an angle of at least 30 ° relative to a horizontal plane.
  • the second link has a structure preventing the separation of its lateral ends or a rupture of the arc formed between the edges of the seat.
  • the arch forms a continuous arch between the right edge and the left edge of the seat.
  • the height of the upper edge of a support portion of the arch at a median plane perpendicular to the transverse direction is less than 10 cm from the upper surface of the seat.

  • the 411 support face is substantially vertical, or slightly inclined, and facing the rear of the docking device.
  • the first link 4 also comprises another bearing face 421 that is substantially horizontal and oriented downwards, in the direction of the upper surface 20.
  • the first link 4 and / or the arch 3 is elastically deformable so that the shoe 8, when it is accommodated in the receiving device 1, is held sandwiched between the bearing faces 310 and 411.
  • This tightening is thus obtained thanks to the elastic returns of the first link 4 and / or the hoop 3.
  • an elastic deformation of the first link 4 and / or the hoop 3 during the insertion of the shoe 8 in the reception device 1, contributes to the maintenance of the shoe 8 in the reception device 1.
  • these elements tend to find their initial configuration, by elastic return. This elastic return movement of the deformed element interferes with the shoe 8.
  • this elastic return results in a force exerted by the deformed element on the shoe 8 so as to cause the shoe 8 to move towards the first link 4 or the arch 3.
  • the shoe 8 is then sandwiched between the first link 4 and the arch 3. It is then held in place by the contact pressures respectively between the shoe 8 and the first link 4 and between the shoe 8 and the hoop 3.
  • the invention thus makes it possible to obtain a simple connection between the reception device 1 and a shoe 8.
  • FIG. 6 and 7 allow to illustrate the longitudinal elastic return between the bearing surfaces 310 and 411.
  • the bearing faces 310 and 411 are spaced apart by a distance "dar”, as illustrated in FIG. figure 6 .
  • the shoe 8 deforms the first link and / or the hoop until the bearing faces 310 and 411 are spaced apart by a distance " dcl ", as illustrated in figure 7 .
  • This distance "dcl" substantially corresponds to the length of the sole of the shoe 8.
  • the first link 4 and / or the arch 3 are elastically deformed so as to allow a on the other hand, to accommodate a shoe 8 of size greater than the dar value and, secondly, to ensure its maintenance by applying longitudinal forces resulting from the elastic return of the deformed elements.
  • the difference between dcl and dar is 1 cm
  • longitudinal spacing induced by the shoe 8 between the bearing faces 310 and 411 with respect to their rest position the longitudinal elastic return force applied by the arch 3 and the first link 4 on the shoe 8 is between 50 and 200 N, preferably between 100 and 150 N.
  • the arch 3 forms a continuous arch, in a vertical plane YZ, above the seat, and extends in an arc whose center is at the seat 2, according to an XY horizontal plane.
  • the arch 3 has an upper edge 313.
  • the upper edge 313 has a high midpoint 3131 at its section by a longitudinal median plane XZ1 of the reception device 1.
  • the height H313 of the high midpoint 3131 relative to the upper surface 20 of the seat 2 is preferably less than 10 cm.
  • the hoop 3 is here asymmetrical, with respect to the median plane XZ1.
  • the upper edge 313 has different heights between its ends 311, 312 respectively at the right edge 21 and left 22 of the seat.
  • Such a construction facilitates insertion into the reception device 1 of the shoe 8 when it is inclined laterally. This insertion configuration can occur when the user has already engaged a first shoe in another host device 1.
  • the upper edge 313 is higher at its right end 311. It turns out useful to have one of the ends of the upper edge 313 higher in order to strengthen the strength of the arch and ensure good support of the shoe. This maintenance contributes to the guidance of the gliding machine.
  • the difference in height of the upper edge 313 between its ends 311, 312 may advantageously be at least 8 mm.
  • the projection of the upper edge 313 on a vertical plane YZ advantageously has an inclination ⁇ , as is apparent from FIG. figure 5 .
  • This inclination ⁇ is for example at least 10 °, and preferably at least 15 °.
  • Such an inclination ⁇ is ergonomic because it corresponds substantially to the inclination of the leg of the user during the insertion of the shoe 8 into the host device 1 when the user has already inserted his other shoe in another host device.
  • This asymmetric construction implies that a reception device is dedicated for a right shoe or a left shoe. The host device 1 is therefore no longer versatile.
  • the end 311, 312 of the upper edge 313 of the arch 3 of a first reception device which is positioned closest to the second reception device is the lower.
  • the lowest end 312 is the one corresponding to the left edge.
  • the reception device 1 is thus dedicated to a right shoe.
  • the arch 3 is symmetrical with a slope, on each side of the median plane XZ1 of the reception device 1, extending downwards from the high midpoint 3131.
  • This variant makes the device versatile , for right or left shoe. However, the maintenance of the shoe 8 is less good.
  • the upper edge 313 of the arch 3 comprises an anterior part having an insertion slope 3132.
  • an insertion slope 3132 is thus positioned at the junction between the upper edge 313 and the face of support 310, as seen in figure 6 .
  • an insertion slope is a shape having a plane inclined with respect to a vertical plane so as to create a boot ramp against which presses the heel of the shoe. Accordingly, when the user engages his shoe in the docking device, he places the tip of the shoe 8 at the front end 23 of the seat 2, near the first link 4. Then, he lowers his heel to contact with the arch 3, and more particularly, the insertion slope 3132.
  • the insertion slope 3132 then converts the vertical movement of the heel in longitudinal displacement, towards the front of the shoe 8, until that the front portion 82 shoe abuts against the link 4 or begins to deform the link 4 if the shoe is already in contact therewith.
  • the user By continuing its vertical force, at the heel, the user causes the elastic deformation of the first link 4 and / or the hoop 3.
  • the shoe 8 is then held by clamping between the bearing face 411 of the first link 4 and the bearing face 310 of the arch 3.
  • the insertion slope 3132 may be formed by a bevel, a flare or a chamfer at the anterior portion of the upper edge 313.
  • the inclination of the bearing slope relative to a vertical plane may be between 30 and 60 degrees. In the case of a rounding, the inclination of the insertion slope is variable and progressive.
  • the insertion slope 3132 has a surface state configured to reduce friction with the boot 8.
  • the insertion slope 3132 has, for example, a smooth surface condition.
  • the material of the insertion slope 3132 has a reduced coefficient of friction with the usual materials of the shoes 8.
  • This insertion slope 3132 thus makes it easier to introduce the boot 8 into the receiving device 1.
  • This footwear aid is all the more significant if the chamfer or the rounded edge is marked.
  • the boot is well facilitated when the projection of the insertion slope on a horizontal plane XY at the high midpoint extends over a distance greater than 5 mm, preferably 10 mm.
  • the hoop 3 is integral with the seat 2. It comprises a support portion 31 delimited in height by the upper edge 313 and a lower edge 314. This support portion 31, supporting the bearing face 310, is connected to the seat 2 by connecting arms 32 and 33.
  • the connecting arm 32 thus connects the bearing surface 310 to the right edge 21 of the seat 2.
  • the connecting arm 33 then connects the bearing surface 310 to the left edge 22 of the seat 2.
  • the arch 3 is formed integrally or integrally with the seat 2. Consequently, the arch formed by the arch 3 defines an opening delimited by the lower edge 314, the link arms 32, 33 and the rear portion 24 of the seat 2. This opening is in particular intended to allow the passage of the heel or the rear portion 81 of the shoe 8.
  • the lower edge 314 has a low midpoint 3141 at its section by the longitudinal median plane XZ1 of the reception device.
  • the height H314 of the low midpoint 3141 relative to the upper surface 20 of the seat 2 is advantageously less than 6 cm. This configuration makes it possible to avoid tearing off the sole 83 of the boot 8 when it is withdrawn from the receiving device 1.
  • the arch 3 is devoid of calf support.
  • the absence of calf support makes it easier to insert the shoe 8 into the reception device from the rear 1.
  • Such a arch 3 without a calf support cooperates particularly advantageously with a shoe 8 comprising a rigid tongue extending from the lower posterior portion 81 to the calf.
  • the absence of calf support makes it possible to lighten the arch 3 and thus to move the center of gravity of the reception device 1 forward. By placing the center of gravity further towards the front, this makes it possible to modify the transfer of support between the boot 8 and the gliding apparatus 1 and thus to modify the control of the gliding apparatus 1.
  • the seat 2 has a right side 25 at the right edge 21, extending vertically from the upper surface 20.
  • the seat 2 also has a left flank 26 at the left edge 22, extending vertically from the upper surface 20.
  • the flanks 25 and 26 promote a lateral support of the shoe 8, and the rigidity of the seat 2 biased in bending around a transverse direction Y.

Description

The invention relates to bindings of shoes on gliding machines such as snowboards.

Such fasteners are described in particular in the patent US 6,886,850 . The attachment further comprises an ankle strap and a toe strap extending transversely above the seat and joining the side flanges. The ankle strap allows in particular to ensure the retention of the instep of the user, at the ankle, and can be selectively open or closed. The toe strap holds the forefoot and can also be selectively opened or closed.

WO 99/15245 A1 discloses a snowboard binding provided with a self-supporting rear bow bearing a locking mechanism and a first link provided to limit the movement of the shoe and more specifically the movement forward, up, down and sideways. According to one embodiment, the first link may be elastic. US 5,172,924A describes a snowboard binding with a flexible rear hoop.

WO 2004/062751 A1 describes a snowboard binding with a flexible front link. FR 1 049 235 A describes a ski binding provided with flexible shoe-holding means. WO 2008/049576 A1 describes a snowboard binding with a controlled element on the instep.

A recurring problem of this type of fasteners comes from its use. Indeed, when the user wants to secure one of his shoes with a binding, he must open the straps, large, to insert his shoe, then tighten to immobilize the shoe. This operation is not practical and requires the user to lower to perform these multiple manipulations. For the opposite step, step of separating the boot from the binding, the problem is similar.

The object of the invention is to provide an attachment for improved gliding board.

One purpose is to provide a fixation facilitating the establishment of the shoe.

Another purpose is to provide a fastener to reduce the number of operations to secure / disassociate the shoe with the binding.

Another object is to provide a fixation allowing a slight maintenance of the shoe in the binding without the user needs to lower to manipulate the binding.

  • une assise s'étendant selon une direction longitudinale depuis une extrémité arrière jusqu'à une extrémité avant, et en largeur, d'un premier bord jusqu'à un deuxième bord selon une direction transversale, l'assise présentant une surface supérieure sur laquelle vient en appui la chaussure ;
The invention relates to a device for receiving a boot on a gliding apparatus, the reception device comprising:
  • a seat extending in a longitudinal direction from a rear end to a front end, and width, a first edge to a second edge in a transverse direction, the seat having an upper surface on which bears the shoe;
  • a hoop secured to the seat, the hoop being self-supporting and positioned at the rear end of the seat, the hoop supporting a first bearing surface intended to cooperate directly with a lower rear part of the boot when it is housed in the reception device,
  • a first solidarity link of the seat, the first link connecting the first edge to the second edge, at the front end of the seat, the first link supporting a second support face intended to cooperate directly with anterior part the shoe when it is housed in the docking device.
  • a second link, pivotally mounted relative to the seat, about a transverse axis, the second link being provided with a holding surface intended to come into contact with the instep of the shoe.

The first link and / or the arch is resiliently deformable so that, when the boot is accommodated in the receiving device, the latter is held sandwiched between the first and second bearing faces thanks to the springback of the first link. and / or the arch.

The reception device further comprises a stop ensuring the positioning of the second link, when it tilts forward, in a stable configuration of footwear for which the holding surface is placed, substantially, vis-à- screw of the instep of the shoe.

This construction allows the user to quickly secure or separate one of his shoes with the docking device.

According to advantageous but non-mandatory aspects of the invention, such a gliding board binding may incorporate one or more of the following features, taken in any technically permissible combination:
The first link is self-supporting.

The first link is made in one piece.

The first link is dimensioned so as to position the support face so that it can cooperate directly with the front part of the shoe when it is inserted into the receiving device.

The first link supports another bearing face intended to cooperate directly with an upper portion of the front portion of the shoe when it is housed in the host device.

Fastening means solidarize the first link respectively to said right edge and to said left edge of the seat so that the longitudinal position of the first link relative to the seat is adjustable.

Each end of the second link is fixed on a flexible connecting member connecting the seat with, respectively, a right or left side end of a support portion of the arch.

When the second link is in its configuration footwear, a median plane of the second link advantageously forms an angle of at least 30 ° relative to a horizontal plane.

The second link has a structure preventing the separation of its lateral ends or a rupture of the arc formed between the edges of the seat.

The arch forms a continuous arch between the right edge and the left edge of the seat.

The height of the upper edge of a support portion of the arch at a median plane perpendicular to the transverse direction is less than 10 cm from the upper surface of the seat.

The height of the lower edge of a support portion of the arch at a median plane perpendicular to the transverse direction is less than 6 cm from the upper surface of the seat.

The upper edge of the hoop has an anterior portion having an insertion slope so that the projection of the insertion slope on a horizontal plane, at the high midpoint, extends over a distance greater than 5 mm. .

The hoop is asymmetrical with respect to a median plane perpendicular to the transverse direction, the upper edge having different heights at the first edge and at the second edge.

At the front end of the seat, the upper surface of the seat has alternating bands of compressible foam and strips composed of a rigid structure, in a transverse direction.

In the rest of the description, terms such as "horizontal", "vertical", "longitudinal", "transversal", "superior", "lower", "up", "down", "before" will be used. , " back ". These terms should in fact be interpreted relatively in relation to the normal position that the shoe of a user occupies in a host device. For example, a "longitudinal" direction corresponds to the longitudinal axis of the receiving device and is illustrated by the direction X. This direction X is inclined at an angle of at least 20 ° with respect to the longitudinal axis of a gliding board on which this reception device is fixed. For example, a "transverse" direction refers to a transverse axis of the host device and is illustrated by the direction Y. For example, a "vertical" direction refers to a vertical axis of the device. welcome and is illustrated by Z direction.

On the other hand, in the description, certain directions are qualified in relation to a repository. In order not to limit the interpretation, the term "substantially" will be used to make it clear that the invention also relates to an angular variation of this direction of plus or minus 30 ° with respect to this qualification.

The figure 1 is a view illustrating a reception device 1 according to one embodiment of the invention. A shoe 8 is housed in the reception device 1, which is fixed on a gliding machine 9. For ease of understanding, in the Figures 2 to 7 , one of the links of the fixation is partially represented. Indeed, this link is represented in these figures, without comfort pad.

The seat 2 extends, in a longitudinal direction X, from a rear end 24 to a front end 23. The seat 2 s extends, in width, from a straight edge 21 to a left edge 22, in a transverse direction Y. The seat 2 also has an upper surface 20, against which the shoe 8 bears when it is housed in the reception device 1.

A "self-supporting" element will subsequently designate an element whose attachment to the seat 2 makes it possible to maintain it in a determined position, autonomously, with respect to this seat 2. In other words, in use, the "self-supporting" element »Keeps a fixed stable position relative to the seat. The position of the "self-supporting" element can nevertheless be adjustable, before use, to adapt to the need, for example, to match the size of the shoe. Once set, the element "freestanding" is not mobile relative to the seat.

The reception device 1 comprises a hoop 3 self-supporting, integral with the seat 2. In the sense of the invention, an element is "integral" with a room when this element and the room are interconnected. The element can be a separate element, assembled to the piece. Alternatively, the element and the part can form a single piece, the same piece. In this example, the arch and the seat form a unitary piece, monobloc.

The hoop 3 is positioned at the rear end 24 of the seat 2. The hoop 3 supports a bearing face 310. The bearing face 310 is intended to cooperate directly with a lower rear portion 81 of the shoe 8 when it is housed in the reception device 1. Thus, unlike a majority of constructions of home devices for which the rear of the shoe cooperates directly with a support element, called "spoiler ", Resting on a hoop secured to the seat, the back of the shoe 8 builds directly in the arch 3. In this example, the bearing face 310 is substantially vertical and oriented towards the front of the reception device.

The first link 4 connects the right edge 21 and the left edge 22, at the front end 23 of the seat 2. The first link 4 supports a bearing face 411. The bearing face 411 is intended to cooperate directly with a lower front portion 82 of the boot 8 when it is housed in the receiving device 1. In this example, the 411 support face is substantially vertical, or slightly inclined, and facing the rear of the docking device. According to this embodiment, the first link 4 also comprises another bearing face 421 that is substantially horizontal and oriented downwards, in the direction of the upper surface 20.

According to the invention, the first link 4 and / or the arch 3 is elastically deformable so that the shoe 8, when it is accommodated in the receiving device 1, is held sandwiched between the bearing faces 310 and 411. This tightening is thus obtained thanks to the elastic returns of the first link 4 and / or the hoop 3. As a result, an elastic deformation of the first link 4 and / or the hoop 3, during the insertion of the shoe 8 in the reception device 1, contributes to the maintenance of the shoe 8 in the reception device 1. Indeed, when the first link 4 and / or the arch 3 is deformed elastically, these elements tend to find their initial configuration, by elastic return. This elastic return movement of the deformed element interferes with the shoe 8. Thus, this elastic return results in a force exerted by the deformed element on the shoe 8 so as to cause the shoe 8 to move towards the first link 4 or the arch 3. The shoe 8 is then sandwiched between the first link 4 and the arch 3. It is then held in place by the contact pressures respectively between the shoe 8 and the first link 4 and between the shoe 8 and the hoop 3. These contact pressures result from the elastic return of the deformed element or elements.

The invention thus makes it possible to obtain a simple connection between the reception device 1 and a shoe 8.

The Figures 6 and 7 allow to illustrate the longitudinal elastic return between the bearing surfaces 310 and 411. At rest, the bearing faces 310 and 411 are spaced apart by a distance "dar", as illustrated in FIG. figure 6 . When the user inserts his shoe 8 into the receiving device 1, the shoe 8 deforms the first link and / or the hoop until the bearing faces 310 and 411 are spaced apart by a distance " dcl ", as illustrated in figure 7 . This distance "dcl" substantially corresponds to the length of the sole of the shoe 8. With a distance dcl greater than the distance dar, the first link 4 and / or the arch 3 are elastically deformed so as to allow a on the other hand, to accommodate a shoe 8 of size greater than the dar value and, secondly, to ensure its maintenance by applying longitudinal forces resulting from the elastic return of the deformed elements. One can, for example, consider that if the difference between dcl and dar is 1 cm, longitudinal spacing induced by the shoe 8 between the bearing faces 310 and 411 with respect to their rest position, the longitudinal elastic return force applied by the arch 3 and the first link 4 on the shoe 8 is between 50 and 200 N, preferably between 100 and 150 N.

In this example, the arch 3 forms a continuous arch, in a vertical plane YZ, above the seat, and extends in an arc whose center is at the seat 2, according to an XY horizontal plane.

The arch 3 has an upper edge 313. The upper edge 313 has a high midpoint 3131 at its section by a longitudinal median plane XZ1 of the reception device 1. The height H313 of the high midpoint 3131 relative to the upper surface 20 of the seat 2 is preferably less than 10 cm. Such a configuration promotes both the insertion of the shoe 8, and at the same time a freedom of movement of this shoe 8 after its introduction into the receiving device 1, including the inclination of its stem towards the rear.

The hoop 3 is here asymmetrical, with respect to the median plane XZ1. In particular, the upper edge 313 has different heights between its ends 311, 312 respectively at the right edge 21 and left 22 of the seat. Such a construction facilitates insertion into the reception device 1 of the shoe 8 when it is inclined laterally. This insertion configuration can occur when the user has already engaged a first shoe in another host device 1. In our example, the upper edge 313 is higher at its right end 311. It turns out useful to have one of the ends of the upper edge 313 higher in order to strengthen the strength of the arch and ensure good support of the shoe. This maintenance contributes to the guidance of the gliding machine. The difference in height of the upper edge 313 between its ends 311, 312 may advantageously be at least 8 mm. In particular, the projection of the upper edge 313 on a vertical plane YZ advantageously has an inclination α, as is apparent from FIG. figure 5 . This inclination α is for example at least 10 °, and preferably at least 15 °. Such an inclination α is ergonomic because it corresponds substantially to the inclination of the leg of the user during the insertion of the shoe 8 into the host device 1 when the user has already inserted his other shoe in another host device. This asymmetric construction implies that a reception device is dedicated for a right shoe or a left shoe. The host device 1 is therefore no longer versatile. To obtain the ease of insertion mentioned above, it is necessary that the end 311, 312 of the upper edge 313 of the arch 3 of a first reception device which is positioned closest to the second reception device is the lower. In the illustrated example, the lowest end 312 is the one corresponding to the left edge. The reception device 1 is thus dedicated to a right shoe.

According to an alternative solution, the arch 3 is symmetrical with a slope, on each side of the median plane XZ1 of the reception device 1, extending downwards from the high midpoint 3131. This variant makes the device versatile , for right or left shoe. However, the maintenance of the shoe 8 is less good.

Such an insertion slope 3132 is thus positioned at the junction between the upper edge 313 and the face of support 310, as seen in figure 6 . In the sense of the invention, an insertion slope is a shape having a plane inclined with respect to a vertical plane so as to create a boot ramp against which presses the heel of the shoe. Accordingly, when the user engages his shoe in the docking device, he places the tip of the shoe 8 at the front end 23 of the seat 2, near the first link 4. Then, he lowers his heel to contact with the arch 3, and more particularly, the insertion slope 3132. The insertion slope 3132 then converts the vertical movement of the heel in longitudinal displacement, towards the front of the shoe 8, until that the front portion 82 shoe abuts against the link 4 or begins to deform the link 4 if the shoe is already in contact therewith. By continuing its vertical force, at the heel, the user causes the elastic deformation of the first link 4 and / or the hoop 3. The shoe 8 is then held by clamping between the bearing face 411 of the first link 4 and the bearing face 310 of the arch 3.

The insertion slope 3132 may be formed by a bevel, a flare or a chamfer at the anterior portion of the upper edge 313. The inclination of the bearing slope relative to a vertical plane may be between 30 and 60 degrees. In the case of a rounding, the inclination of the insertion slope is variable and progressive.

The insertion slope 3132 has, for example, a smooth surface condition. Advantageously, the material of the insertion slope 3132 has a reduced coefficient of friction with the usual materials of the shoes 8.

This footwear aid is all the more significant if the chamfer or the rounded edge is marked. For example, the boot is well facilitated when the projection of the insertion slope on a horizontal plane XY at the high midpoint extends over a distance greater than 5 mm, preferably 10 mm.

It comprises a support portion 31 delimited in height by the upper edge 313 and a lower edge 314. This support portion 31, supporting the bearing face 310, is connected to the seat 2 by connecting arms 32 and 33. The connecting arm 32 thus connects the bearing surface 310 to the right edge 21 of the seat 2. The connecting arm 33 then connects the bearing surface 310 to the left edge 22 of the seat 2. Advantageously, the arch 3 is formed integrally or integrally with the seat 2. Consequently, the arch formed by the arch 3 defines an opening delimited by the lower edge 314, the link arms 32, 33 and the rear portion 24 of the seat 2. This opening is in particular intended to allow the passage of the heel or the rear portion 81 of the shoe 8. The lower edge 314 has a low midpoint 3141 at its section by the longitudinal median plane XZ1 of the reception device. The height H314 of the low midpoint 3141 relative to the upper surface 20 of the seat 2 is advantageously less than 6 cm. This configuration makes it possible to avoid tearing off the sole 83 of the boot 8 when it is withdrawn from the receiving device 1.

The arch 3 is devoid of calf support. The absence of calf support makes it easier to insert the shoe 8 into the reception device from the rear 1. Such a arch 3 without a calf support cooperates particularly advantageously with a shoe 8 comprising a rigid tongue extending from the lower posterior portion 81 to the calf. The absence of calf support makes it possible to lighten the arch 3 and thus to move the center of gravity of the reception device 1 forward. By placing the center of gravity further towards the front, this makes it possible to modify the transfer of support between the boot 8 and the gliding apparatus 1 and thus to modify the control of the gliding apparatus 1.

Les flancs 25 et 26 favorisent un maintien latéral de la chaussure 8, et la rigidité de l'assise 2 sollicitée en flexion autour d'une direction transversale Y.In this example, the seat 2 has a right side 25 at the right edge 21, extending vertically from the upper surface 20. The seat 2 also has a left flank 26 at the left edge 22, extending vertically from the upper surface 20. The flanks 25 and 26 promote a lateral support of the shoe 8, and the rigidity of the seat 2 biased in bending around a transverse direction Y.

The seat 2 and the flanks 25, 26 can be constructed so as to bring the center of gravity of the receiving device 1 forward. For example, the sidewalls 25, 26 are higher and / or the seat 2 is thicker in the front part of the reception device 1.

The first link 4 is secured to the right edge 21 and the left edge 22 of the seat 2. The first link 4 has an elongate and curved shape extending between the flanks 25, 26. The first link 4 is advantageously elastically deformable on the length of this curve. An elastic elongation of the first link 4 by an X value over this length results in moving the bearing face 411 substantially by an X / 2 value longitudinally with respect to the seat 2. The first link 4 is advantageously dimensioned so that by applying, at 20 ° C, a longitudinal tensile force of 50 N, that is to say, in the direction of the length of the first link, this length is extended by at least 8 mm, preferably between 10 and 20 mm. This minimum deformation makes it possible to obtain a conformation of the first link 4 with the front of the shoe 8 for less effort on the link 4. The boot 8 can be put in place with a user-acceptable insertion force. The first link 4 is advantageously dimensioned so that by applying, at 20 ° C, a longitudinal tensile force of 50 N, it extends at most 60 mm, and preferably at most 50 mm. Thus, the first link 4 is sufficiently "nervous" to exert sufficient elastic return force to maintain the shoe 8 compressed longitudinally between the bearing faces 310 and 411.

The first link 4 may, for example, be made of thermoplastic elastomer such as a TPE, such as HYTREL®, or a PEBA, such as PEBAX®, or a TPU.

By way of example, the first link 4, envisaged for a shoe 8 of size between 36 and 40 according to the Italian standard, has a length of 200 mm, a width of 50 mm openwork, a thickness of 4 mm, for a material marketed under the reference PEBAX®. Depending on the sizes of the shoes 8 to be housed in the docking device, it is possible to envisage a first link 4 having a length typically between 100 and 250 mm.

Un tel réglage de la position longitudinale du premier lien 4 par rapport à l'assise 2 permet d'adapter le dispositif d'accueil 1 à la pointure de la chaussure 8.The first link 4 is here secured to the right edge 21 and the left edge 22 of the seat 2 by suitable fastening means. These fastening means are advantageously designed to allow adjustment of the longitudinal position of the first link 4 relative to the seat 2. Such adjustment of the longitudinal position of the first link 4 relative to the seat 2 makes it possible to adapt the receiving device 1 at the shoe size 8.

In the configuration of the figure 8 , the longitudinal position of the first link 4 is locked relative to the seat 2. In the configuration of the figure 9 , the longitudinal position of the first link 4 is unlocked relative to the seat 2.

The longitudinal position of the first link 4 is here selectively locked / unlocked by selectively joining or separating a rack 261 integral with the seat 2 of a notched piece 431 secured to the first link 4. Such a configuration allows to adjust quickly and without tools the reception device 1 for a shoe size 8 desired.

To simplify the description, we will describe the fixing means of the left-hand lateral end 43 of the first link 4 with the left flank 26 of the seat 2. In a symmetrical manner, the right-hand lateral end 43 of the first link 4 is secured. the right side 25 of the seat 2 by a similar fastening means.

This rack 261 extends in a slightly inclined direction relative to a longitudinal axis. An oblong hole 262 is formed in the thickness of the left flank 26, in the middle part of the rack 261 and extends in the direction of the rack 261. On the other hand, the outer face of the left flank 26 comprises a recess external 263 defining a vertical bearing surface 2631 positioned at the right of the rack 211.

La partie crantée 431 est donc orientée vers l'extérieur pour être positionnée en vis-à-vis de la crémaillère 261.Furthermore, the left lateral end 43 of the first link 4 comprises a notched portion 431 on its outer face and is pierced by a central hole 433 through the first link 4 in its thickness. The notched portion 431 is intended to cooperate with the rack 261. The notched portion 431 is therefore oriented outwardly to be positioned opposite the rack 261.

To enable this cooperation between the toothed portion 431 and the rack 261, the fixing means comprises a locking means 5. The locking means 5 comprises, in a manner known per se, a stop 51, a lever 52 and a pin 53.

The stop 51 comprises a plate 512 fixed perpendicularly to a first end of a rod 511. The lever 52 is pivotally mounted around the pin 53 fixed transversely to a second end of the rod 511. The rod 511 passes through the central hole 433 of the end of the first link 4, the median hole 433 being dimensioned substantially to the diameter of the rod 511. The rod 511 also passes through the oblong hole 262 of the left flank 26. The locking means 5 is positioned so that the plate 512 is placed so as to be able to bear on the inner part 432 of the end 43 of the first link 4 and that the lever 52 is placed so as to be able to bear on the external part of the left flank 26. The plate 512 is dimensioned so that, when the rod is pulled outwards, the stop 51 bears in a housing 432 of the inner face of the first link 4. The lever 52 includes a cam 521 intended to cooperate with the vertical bearing surface 2631 of the outer recess 263, when the lever 52 pivots around the pin 53. Thus, depending on the angular position of the lever 52, the contact between the cam surface and the vertical bearing surface varies, which causes the transverse displacement of the pin 53 and therefore the rod 511. Accordingly, it is possible to move or move the notched portion 431 of the associated rack 261.

In the configuration shown in figure 8 the contact between the cam 521 and the vertical bearing surface 2631 of the outer recess 263 tends to move the pin 53 away from the sidewall 26. The rack 261 and the notched part 431 are sandwiched between the stopper 51 and the cam 521. Therefore, the lateral end 43 of the first link 4 is immobilized due to the cooperation between the teeth of the toothed portion 431 and those of the rack 261.

Ainsi, l'extrémité latérale 43 du premier lien 4 est libérée et peut se déplacer longitudinalement par rapport à la crémaillère 261.In the configuration shown in figure 9 , the contact between the cam 521 and the vertical bearing surface 2631 of the outer recess 263 tends to allow the connection between the pin 53 and the flank 26. This displacement leads to the distance of the teeth of the toothed portion 431 from the teeth of the rack 261. Thus, the lateral end 43 of the first link 4 is released and can move longitudinally relative to the rack 261.

Lorsque la position de l'extrémité latérale 43 du premier lien 4 est réglée à la bonne pointure, il suffit d'actionner le levier 52 pour immobiliser de nouveau l'extrémité latérale 43 du premier lien 4.When the position of the lateral end 43 of the first link 4 is set to the correct size, it is sufficient to actuate the lever 52 to immobilize again the lateral end 43 of the first link 4.

Ainsi, dans cet exemple, le moyen de fixation comprend le moyen de blocage 5, la crémaillère 261 et l'extrémité latérale 43 et, notamment, sa partie crantée 431.Thus, in this example, the fixing means comprises the locking means 5, the rack 261 and the lateral end 43 and, in particular, its notched portion 431.

According to another solution for adjusting the longitudinal position of the first link 4 with respect to the seat 2, several orifices can be provided, on the one hand, on the right side 25 and, on the other hand, on the left side 26 These orifices are distributed longitudinally and intended to be traversed by a securing shaft also passing through an orifice passing through the thickness of a lateral end 43 of the first link 4. By placing a securing shaft, for example, the rod of a bolt, in a given orifice of the seat 2, the user can adjust the longitudinal position of the first link 4 relative to the seat 2. This allows to adjust the distance between the two bearing faces 310 and 411 to match a desired size. It is also possible to provide a plurality of orifices at different positions on each lateral end 43 of the first link 4. These orifices can cooperate with trees respectively integral with the right flank 25 and the left flank 26 of the seat 2. By placing each of these trees in a given hole of the first link 4, the user can adjust the position longitudinally of the first link 4 relative to the seat 2. This allows to adjust the distance between the two bearing faces 310 and 411 to match a desired size.

The first link 4 is advantageously self-supporting. Such a first self-supporting link 4 makes it possible to avoid its collapse, avoiding the user having to grasp it by hand before inserting his shoe 8 into the receiving device 1. The first link 4 has a shape here. strap web extending between the right edge 21 and the left edge 22 of the seat 2. The first link 4 is integral with the seat 2. It is arranged so that it comprises a portion inclined at an angle β of at least 30 ° with respect to a horizontal plane XY. This arrangement makes it possible to position the bearing face 411 so that it can cooperate directly with the anterior part 82 of the boot, during the insertion of the boot into the receiving device, without having to manipulate the first link 4. Being self-supporting, when the first link 4 is adjusted longitudinally, it is fixedly assembled to the seat, without relative movement between the first link 4 and the seat 2. The connection is built-in type. The first link 4 may, nevertheless, be deformed with respect to the seat 2, according to the invention.

The first link 4 advantageously has an enveloping shape for the front portion 82 of the shoe 8. The first link 4 illustrated comprises an upper portion 42 and a lower portion 41, connected on either side by lateral junctions forming the ends 43 of the first link 4. The lower portion 41 supports the bearing face 411 serving as a stop against the longitudinal movements of the front portion 82 of the shoe 8. The upper portion 42 supports a second bearing face 421 serving as an abutment against the vertical movements of the front portion 82 of the shoe 8. The portions 41 and 42 are independent of each other in their middle portion, to better adapt to the shape of the front portion 82 of the shoe 8. The portions 41, 42, 43 of the first link 4 are made of an elastic material in order to be deformable to conform to the front portion 82 of the shoe.

Cela permet d'obtenir un serrage maitrisé au niveau du premier lien 4.Advantageously, the first link 4 is formed in one piece to prevent the user having to join two independent side parts. This allows a quick fit. It reduces the number of operations of the user to secure his shoe with the corresponding host device 1. Advantageously, the first link 4 is devoid of opening mechanism for separating its lateral ends. This makes it possible to obtain a controlled tightening at the level of the first link 4.

According to one embodiment, the hoop 3 is elastically deformable during the application of a longitudinal force X on the bearing face 310. This elastic deformation makes it possible to separate the bearing faces 310 and 411, when insertion of the shoe 8 into the receiving device 1. The arch 3 may for example be sized so that the bearing surface 310 deforms longitudinally by a distance of at least 5 mm, preferably at least 10 mm, when a longitudinal force of 100 N is applied to the bearing face 310. Advantageously, this deformation is at most 15 mm for this longitudinal force. 100 N on the support surface 310, so as not to excessively deform the host device 1 during use.

In the example shown, the connecting arms 32 and 33 have a notched shape, to promote their bending about a Y axis, which allows to move the bearing surface 310 of the support surface 411.

According to one embodiment, the tightening of the shoe between the hoop and the first link results from the combination of the elastic deformation of the hoop 3 and the first link 4, during the insertion of the boot 8 into the device Hospitality 1

In this example, the height of the flanks 25 and 26 is decreasing starting from the front end 23 of the rear end 24 of the seat 2. Such a configuration makes it possible to soften the connection between the hoop 3 and the seat 2, to promote the bending of the arms 32 and 33 about an axis X. This also allows to move the center of gravity of the host device forward to improve the support of the user.

According to one embodiment, the reception device 1 comprises a second link 6, connected to the hoop, so as to grip the shoe 8, at the instep. This second link 6 comprises two straps 62, 63 connected to a lining 61. A first end of each strap 62, 63 is attached to a lateral element, respectively left and right, of the seat 2. The other end of each strap 62, 63 is connected on one end, respectively left and right, of the liner 61. The liner 61 is provided with a holding surface intended to come into contact with the instep of the boot 8. The lining overhangs the upper surface 20 of the seat.

The second link 6 advantageously comprises a structure preventing the separation of its lateral ends or a rupture of the arc formed between the edges 21 and 22. In the example, the straps 62 and 63 can not be separated without tooling of the packing 61. By maintaining the second link 6 in the form of a closed arc above the upper surface 20, it is avoided that the user has to perform an operation of association between the elements of the second link 6, which can be tricky, after inserting his shoe 8 in the docking device 1. As a result, the boot can be faster. The length of the arc of the second link 4 can of course be adjustable in a manner known per se. In particular, in the example shown, the straps 62 and 63 are notched, to allow attachment of the liner 61 at a suitable location along their length.

In this example, the second link 6 is pivotally mounted relative to the seat 2, around a Y axis. The receiving device 1 further comprises, on each side of the seat 2, a stop 71 intended for cooperate with a lateral portion of the second link 6, so as to limit the rotation of the second link 6 forward. This stop 71 ensures the positioning of the second link 6, when it tilts forward, in a stable configuration of footwear for which the holding surface is placed, substantially, vis-à-vis the instep of 8. In this configuration of footwear, a median plane of the second link 6 advantageously forms an angle δ of at least 30 ° relative to a horizontal plane XY. This configuration of footwear avoids the collapse of the second link 6. Thus, the user does not have to grab it by hand before inserting his shoe 8 in the docking device 1. The boot is thus facilitated . The second link 6 does not interfere with the insertion of the boot 8 into the receiving device 1. Furthermore, the second link 6 can tilt backwards relative to the seat 2, in order to provide access to the seat. upper surface 20. This can be useful, for example, for removing snow.

C'est ce maintien de la chaussure 8 qui permet à l'utilisateur un meilleur contrôle du guidage de la planche de glisse 9.According to one embodiment, the second link 6 is secured to the support portion 31 of the arch 3, to ensure effective tightening of the upper of the shoe. It is this maintenance of the shoe 8 which allows the user a better control of the guidance of the gliding board 9.

Afin d'éviter d'appliquer un effort excessif sur l'arceau 3 par l'intermédiaire du deuxième lien 6, chaque extrémité du deuxième lien 6 est assemblée à un organe de liaison latéral 7, respectivement droit et gauche, reliant une extrémité 311, 312 de la partie support 31 de l'arceau 3 à un bord 21, 22 de l'assise 2.In order to avoid applying excessive force on the arch 3 via the second link 6, each end of the second link 6 is connected to a lateral connecting member 7, respectively right and left, connecting one end 311, 312 of the support portion 31 of the arch 3 to an edge 21, 22 of the seat 2.

In this example, each connecting member 7 constitutes a plastic plate in the shape of "L", substantially in a plane XZ. Each end of the second link 6 is rotatably mounted at the junction of the two arms of the "L". Thus, when the second link is tightened, a good distribution of the forces is obtained at the level of the arch and the seat, which makes it less possible to apply the arch. The plate has a small thickness, in the Y direction, between 1 and 7 millimeters, which allows it to flex easily to better match the shape of the shoe 8 when tightening the second link 6. The plating of each link 7 against the shoe 8, in the Y direction, provides optimal lateral support for this shoe 8. With this type of flexible connection 7, the lateral ends 311, 312 of the support portion 31 may be transversely spaced in a direction Y, so that the spacing of these ends is greater than the width of the shoe 8. This specificity can greatly facilitate the insertion of the shoe. This width difference is compensated by the flexibility of the links 7. Thus, when the second link is tightened, the arch 3, the links 7 and the second link 6 conform to ensure a good maintenance of the shoe 8 at the kick.

The links 7 may for example have a radius of curvature positioned behind these links 7.

In the example shown, the links 7 comprise respective lateral abutments 71, configured to interfere with the second link 6, when the latter tilts forward. As described above, these lateral stops limit the forward rotation of the second link 6 which allows to maintain it in the shoe configuration defined above.

The upper surface 20 of the seat 2 is advantageously at least partially defined by a compressible foam 201. The material of the foam 201 is for example selected from the group comprising EVA, PU or PP. Such a compressible foam 201 is intended to provide comfort of footwear in hook and amortization. The foam 201 may be fixed by any appropriate means to the structure of the seat 2, for example by gluing.

According to one embodiment, at the front end 23 of the seat 2, the upper surface 20 has an alternation of compressible foam strips 201 and 202 strips composed of a rigid structure, in a direction Y. These strips 202 can be formed in one piece with the seat 2. These strips can limit vertical movements of the shoe 8 by depression of the surface 20, once the boot 8 is housed in the docking device 1 On the other hand, these strips 202 have a smooth surface making it possible to facilitate the longitudinal sliding of the boot on the upper surface 20.

The invention is not limited to these embodiments. It is possible to combine these embodiments.

The invention also extends to all the embodiments covered by the appended claims.

    according to which
the first link (4) and/or the hoop (3) is/are elastically deformable such that, when the boot (8) is received in the accommodating device (1), the boot is held tightly between the first bearing face (310) and the second bearing face (411) by virtue of the elastic return force of the first link (4) and/or of the hoop (3),
    characterized
in that the accommodating device further comprises a stop (71) which ensures that the second link, when it tips forward, is positioned in a stable fitting configuration for which the holding surface is placed essentially opposite the ankle of the boot (8).
  2. Accommodating device (1) according to Claim 1, in which the first link (4) is self-supporting.
  3. Accommodating device (1) according to Claim 1, in which the first link (4) is made in one piece.
  4. Accommodating device (1) according to the preceding claim, in which the first link (4) is dimensioned so as to position the second bearing face (411) such that it can cooperate directly with the front part (82) of the boot (8) when the latter is inserted into the accommodating device.
  5. Accommodating device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, in which the first link (4) supports another bearing face (421) that is designed to cooperate directly with an upper portion of the front part (82) of the boot (8) when the latter is received in the accommodating device (1).
  6. Accommodating device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which attachment means (261, 43, 5) secure the first link (4) respectively to said right-hand edge (21) and to said left-hand edge (22) of the seat (2) such that it is possible to adjust the longitudinal position of the first link (4) with respect to the seat (2).
  7. Accommodating device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which each end of the second link (6) is secured to a flexible connecting member (7) connecting the seat (2) to, respectively, a right-hand lateral end (311) or left-hand lateral end (312) of a support portion (31) of the hoop (3).
  8. Accommodating device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which, when the second link is in its fitting configuration, a median plane of the second link (6) advantageously forms an angle (δ) of at least 30° with respect to a horizontal (XY) plane.
  9. Accommodating device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the second link (6) comprises a structure that prevents the separation of its lateral ends or breaking of the arc formed between the edges (21 and 22) of the seat (2).
  10. Accommodating device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, in which the hoop forms a continuous arch between the right-hand edge (21) and the left-hand edge (22) of the seat (2).
  11. Accommodating device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, in which the height of the upper edge (H313) of a support portion (31) of the hoop (3) at a median plane perpendicular to the transverse direction is less than 10 cm relative to the upper surface (20) of the seat (2).
  12. Accommodating device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, in which the height of the lower edge (H314) of a support portion (31) of the hoop (3) at a median plane perpendicular to the transverse direction is less than 6 cm relative to the upper surface (20) of the seat (2).
