Description
The present invention relates to a fuel injector and more particularly to an arrangement allowing a closed-loop control of an injection system.

The essential fixed components of the
The surfaces of the injector components in contact with each other are referred to as contact surfaces S.
For a good understanding of these different contacts, there will be mentioned for example the contact surface S1 between the
The injector further comprises a first
During operation of the
In a first phase, during the supply of the
In a second phase, when the
The contact between the
In order to ensure the operation of the device allowing the electrical signal to represent the position of the
When the
When the
When the

The actuator may be of different types, such as for example and non-limiting, of the solenoid actuator type or alternatively of the piezoelectric actuator type.
Also alternately and in a nonlimiting manner, the two
