Sur la figure 1 est illustré un appareil de bouclage 1 objet de l'invention. Cet appareil de bouclage 1 comprend un corps 2 de forme longitudinale plus ou moins cylindrique et ergonomique afin de pouvoir saisir ledit appareil avec une main et de le manipuler facilement. L'appareil de bouclage 1 comprend également une lame 6 incurvée qui épouse la forme du mandrin 3 lorsque ladite lame 6 est plaquée contre ledit mandrin 3. Un mécanisme d'actionnement (non illustré) est agencé à l'intérieur du corps 2, entre la lame ou l'élément pince 6 et le mandrin 3. Ce mécanisme d'actionnement est configuré pour déplacer la lame 6 sous l'activation du système d'actionnement 7 qui est une manette 7, afin d'écarter la lame 6 vis-à-vis du mandrin 3 lorsque la manette 7 est enclenchée ou, inversement, de plaquer la lame 6 contre le mandrin 3 lorsque la manette 7 est lâchée. Cette lame 6 forme donc avec le mandrin 3 une pince par le biais du mécanisme d'actionnement. Le mécanisme d'actionnement est en outre configuré pour que la lame 6 tourne concomitamment avec le mandrin 3 sous l'actionnement du moteur d'entraînement. Cette lame 6 est assujettie en permanence au corps 2 par le biais du mécanisme d'actionnement. This blade 6 therefore forms with the mandrel 3 a clamp through the actuation mechanism. The actuation mechanism is further configured so that the blade 6 rotates concomitantly with the mandrel 3 under the actuation of the drive motor. This blade 6 is permanently secured to the body 2 by means of the actuation mechanism. These characteristics of the looping device 1 according to the invention are already known to those skilled in the art and are therefore not described in more detail in the present description.

In this case, preference would be given to a material which is sufficiently deformable to allow such a fitting, or even a slight clearance between the diameter of the tubular internal side 17 of the sleeve 9 and the diameter of the external side 19 of the mandrel 3.

Claims (7)

  1. Hair curling device (1) comprising a body (2) configured to be manipulated, a mandrel (3) which extends, along a longitudinal axis (X), the body to which it is connected, means for heating the mandrel by thermal conduction, means for driving the mandrel (3) in rotation along the longitudinal axis (X), a sleeve (9) configured to form a brush (8) and to be inserted on the mandrel, detachable fastening means (20, 21, 25, 29, 30) being arranged between the mandrel (3) and the sleeve (9) to block the rotation about the longitudinal axis (X) and the translation along said longitudinal axis (X), the sleeve (9) in relation to the mandrel (3), a clamp element (6) configured to form a clamp with the mandrel (3) and to conform to the shape of said mandrel (3), securing means being arranged between the clamp element (6) and the mandrel (3) so that the rotation of the mandrel (3) causes that of the clamp element, the securing means being permanent, the sleeve (9) being configured to be inserted on the mandrel (3) and on the clamp element (6), in closed position of said clamp, characterised in that the device comprises an actuating system (7) of the clamp element (6) arranged on the body and in that the sleeve (9) comprises a tubular inner side (17) provided with a longitudinal groove (18) whose shape corresponds to that of the clamp element (6) forming a rib along the mandrel (3) in the closed position of the clamp.
  2. Hair curling device (1) according to the previous claim, in which the detachable fastening means comprise a click system (20, 21) arranged between the sleeve (9) and the mandrel (3).
  3. Hair curling device (1) according to the previous claim, in which the sleeve (9) comprises a bottom (14) provided with at least one lug (21) extending towards the inside of the sleeve and the mandrel (3), comprises an end face (16) provided with at least one notch (20), the at least one lug (21) and the at least one notch (20) being configured to engage one into the other.
  4. Hair curling device (1) according to one of the previous claims, in which the sleeve (9) comprises a bottom (14) and the mandrel (3) comprises an end face (16), the detachable fastening means comprising a through hole (24) arranged in the bottom, a tapping (23) arranged in the end face and a screw (25) passing partially in the through hole (24) and screwing on the tapping (23) in order to block at least the translation of the sleeve (9) in relation to the mandrel (3) according to the longitudinal axis (X).
  5. Hair curling device (1) according to the previous claim, in which the through hole (24) and the tapping (23) are arranged according to the longitudinal axis (X), the detachable fastening means (20, 21, 25, 29, 30) comprising in addition to the at least one stud (29) arranged on the inner face (15) of the bottom (14) and at least one orifice (30) arranged on the end face (16) of the mandrel (3), the at least one stud and the at least one orifice being configured to engage one into the other.
  6. Hair curling device (1) according to one of the previous claims, in which the sleeve (9) is made in a fibreglass polyamide material.
  7. Hair curling device (1) according to one of the previous claims, in which the sleeve (9) comprises longitudinal grooves (10) arranged it its outer periphery and bars (11) provided with bristles or pins (12), said bars being configured to engage in said longitudinal grooves (10) with an extension of the bristles or pins (12) in the radial direction.
