Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de fermeture sûre et étanche pour le goulot d'une bouteille alimentaire et médicale, dans lequel le bouchon (1, 10, 15, 20) utilisé et le récipient (2, 11, 16, 21) à fermer sont tels qu'ils forment une partie solidaire (5, 12, 17, 22) après la fermeture du récipient avec le bouchon via intervention et mise en prise de sorte que le bouchon (1, 10, 15, 20) est mis en prise avec le récipient (2, 11, 16, 21) par :
    (a) la pénétration d'une bande de sécurité (6, 13) dudit bouchon dans une partie (4, 9) positionnée sur le goulot du récipient de sorte qu'elle pénètre dans la partie du goulot du récipient d'une manière irréversible, la rendant solidaire, en en faisant une partie solidaire, non détachable à moins que le bouchon ne soit altéré et que la bande de sécurité ne soit coupée, étant donné qu'elle ne peut pas être atteinte en raison de son emplacement entre la paroi du bouchon et la paroi du goulot de bouteille, et qu'elle ne peut pas être réutilisée après la fermeture, à l'étape de production ; ou bien
    (b) la pénétration de la bande de sécurité (18, 23) positionnée sur le goulot du récipient dans une partie (15, 20) dudit bouchon de sorte qu'elle pénètre dans la partie du bouchon d'une manière irréversible, en en faisant une partie non détachable solidaire à moins que le bouchon ne soit altéré et que la bande de sécurité ne soit coupée, étant donné qu'elle ne peut pas être atteinte en raison de son emplacement entre la paroi du bouchon et la paroi du goulot de la bouteille, et qu'elle ne peut pas être réutilisée après la fermeture, à l'étape de la production.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite bande de sécurité comprend une crête qui est formée comme une flèche (6, 18), la bande de sécurité comprend des parties mobiles telles que des ailettes présentes sur les côtés (6, 18) ou sur l'arrière de ladite crête (13, 23) de sorte qu'elle se plie lorsqu'elle pénètre dans la partie du goulot du récipient ou la partie du bouchon (2, 11, 15, 20), ensuite elle s'ouvre à l'intérieur afin d'empêcher la sortie de la crête (1, 10, 16, 21) sans interrompre la bande de sécurité.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite bande de sécurité comprend une crête formée comme une flèche avec des ailettes immobiles fixées à cette dernière, moyennant quoi la partie du goulot du récipient ou du bouchon est mobile de sorte que lorsque la flèche y pénètre, elle s'ouvre par rapport à la partie étroite arrière, et elle revient dans sa position fermée naturelle après l'entrée de la flèche, empêchant la sortie de la flèche à moins que la bande de sécurité ne soit altérée.
  4. Bouteille, à savoir une bouteille alimentaire et médicale, avec la bouteille qui a un récipient (2, 11, 16, 21) et un bouchon (1, 10, 15, 20), dans laquelle le récipient (2, 11, 16, 21) est prévu avec un goulot, dans laquelle l'un parmi le goulot du récipient et le bouchon est prévu avec une bande de sécurité, et dans laquelle l'autre parmi le goulot du récipient et le bouchon est prévu avec une partie pour coopérer avec la bande de sécurité, dans laquelle la bande de sécurité est configurée pour pénétrer, de manière irréversible, dans ladite partie, et dans laquelle, lorsque le bouchon ferme le récipient, l'élément de fermeture et la bande de sécurité pénétrant dans ladite partie, sont agencés entre une surface externe du goulot du récipient, et une surface interne du bouchon, et dans laquelle le bouchon est configuré pour fermer le récipient (2, 11, 16, 21) de sorte que bouchon (1, 10, 15, 20) et le récipient (2, 11, 16, 21) à fermer forment une partie solidaire (5, 12, 17, 22) via la mise en prise de sorte que le bouchon (1, 10, 15, 20) est mis en prise avec le récipient (2, 11, 16, 21) par :
    (a) la pénétration de la bande de sécurité (6, 13) dudit bouchon dans une partie (4, 9) positionnée sur le goulot du récipient de sorte qu'elle pénètre dans la partie d'une manière irréversible, en en faisant une partie non détachable, solidaire à moins que le bouchon ne soit altéré et que la bande de sécurité ne soit coupée, étant donné qu'elle ne peut pas être atteinte en raison de son emplacement entre la paroi du bouchon et la paroi du goulot de la bouteille, et qu'elle ne peut pas être réutilisée après la fermeture, à l'étape de la production ; ou bien
    (b) la pénétration de la bande de sécurité (18, 23) positionnée sur le goulot du récipient dans une partie (15, 20) dudit bouchon de sorte qu'elle pénètre dans la partie de manière irréversible, en en faisant une partie non détachable, solidaire à moins que le bouchon ne soit altéré et que la bande de sécurité ne soit coupée, étant donné qu'elle peut pas être atteinte en raison de son emplacement entre la paroi du bouchon et la paroi du goulot de la bouteille, et qu'elle ne peut pas être réutilisé, après la fermeture, à l'étape de la production.
