Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft Vorrichtung zum durchströmenden Behandeln von bahnförmigem, gasdurchlässigem Material (M), insbesondere zum Trocknen von gewebten oder ungewebten Stoffen, mit den Merkmalen: - eine drehbar gelagerte und mit einem Unterdruckerzeuger verbundene Siebtrommel (S) mit durchlässig gestaltetem Außenumfang, wobei die zu behandelnde Materialbahn um einen Teil des Außenumfanges der Siebtrommel läuft, - ein die Siebtrommel aufnehmender Behandlungsraum (BH), welcher mit dem zu behandelndem Gas, vorzugsweise aufgeheizter Luft beaufschlagt wird, - innerhalb des Behandlungsraumes eine die Siebtrommel im von der Materialbahn umschlungenen Bereich umgebende Siebdecke (SD) oder entsprechende Strömungsleitelemente, durch welche das im Behandlungsraum strömende Gas in Richtung Siebtrommeloberfläche geleitet wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen: das Gas wird über eine Zufuhrkammer (Z) mit einer keilförmig absenkenden Oberfläche zugeführt. - 1. An apparatus for the flow-through treatment of web-like, gas-permeable material, in particular for drying woven or nonwoven fabrics, having the features:
- a rotatably mounted and connected to a vacuum generator screen drum having a transmissively designed outer periphery, wherein the material web to be treated runs around a part of the outer circumference of the screen drum,
- a receiving chamber receiving the screen drum, which is acted upon by the gas to be treated, preferably heated air,
- within the treatment chamber, a screen blanket surrounding the screen drum in the area surrounded by the material web or corresponding flow guide elements, through which the gas flowing in the treatment chamber is directed in the direction of the screen drum surface,
the wall (W) of the treatment space (BH) facing the outer circumference of the screen drum (S) in the region of the loop through the material web (M) has a decreasing distance to the surface of the screen drum (S) in this area. - 2. Apparatus according to 1,
