Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Trink- oder Brauchwassersystem (1) in einem mehrere Wohneinheiten aufweisenden Gebäude mit einem an das öffentliche Wasserversorgungsnetz angeschlossenen Hausanschluss und einem an das öffentliche Abwassernetz angeschlossenen Abwasserrohr, mindestens einer nur zu einer der Wohneinheiten führenden Kaltwasserzuleitung (40), mindestens einer nur zu dieser Wohneinheit führenden Warmwasserzuleitung (42), und mindestens einer in der Wohneinheit angeordneten Entnahme-Armatur zur Entnahme von Kaltwasser und Warmwasser, wobei die Kaltwasserzuleitung (40) mit einer zu der mindestens einen Entnahme-Armatur der Wohneinheit führenden Kaltwasserableitung (44) und die Warmwasserzuleitung (42) mit einer zu der mindestens einen Entnahme-Armatur der Wohneinheit führenden Warmwasserableitung (46) verbunden ist. Um Druckschwankungen in dem Versorgungsnetz des Gebäudes für die einzelnen Wohnungseinheiten bestmöglich zu regulieren, sieht die vorliegende Erfindung ein Druckausgleichselement (3) vor, das den beiden Wasserableitungen (44, 46) zugeordnet ist.
