Abstract
기존의 씽크 원홀 수전기 바디 차체의 원수 공급용 호스 라인과 원수(냉) 토출구 베이스 사이 중간에 정수기쪽으로 원수를 공급할수 있는 관로를 설치하고 바디에 이와 연결되는 밸브 콘넥터를 설치 서로 연결 되도록 하여정수기 쪽으로 원수를 공급 시키고져 함.(도면 2,3 참조)
(1)기술분야
기존의 씽크 원홀 수전기 차체의 원수, 온수 전환기를 바디에서분리하고 또한 바디로부터 원수 공급 호를 분리한후 원수 토출구와 온수 토출구,혼합수 토출구가 있는 곳과 원수 호스 연결구 사이의 공간사이를 활용하여 바디와 원수 토출구간 3mm관이 통과 되도록 홀을 만들어 (도면2, 도면 3-1,2참조)정수기쪽으로 원수를 공급하기 위한 통로를 만들어 3mm관을 설치하도록 수전기 바디에 또한 이와 연결되는 밸브 콘넥터를 설치 이간 서로 연결토록 해주고 밸브에 정수기 를 연결 하도록 하는 것 임.
(2)해결하려는 과제
첫째:기존의 씽크 원홀 수전기 바디차체에 조립된 원수 공급라인(냉)의 호스를 본체로부터 분리(도면1,2 참조)하여 그 호스 연결부 에 정수기쪽으로 원수를 공급하기 위한 관로를 구성 하는 것.
둘째:기존의 씽크 원홀 수전기 바디차체에 정수기 연결 콘넥터를 두어 원수공급 (냉)호스 연결부에 구성한 원수공급 관로와 바디에 장착된 밸브 콘넥터와 결합 되도록 하는것
(3)과제의 해결수단
첫째:기존의 씽크 원홀 수전기 바디차체에 조립된 원수 공급라인(냉)의 호스를 본체로부터 분리(도면1,2 참조)하여 그 호스 연결부 중간에 정수기쪽으로 원수를 공급하기 위한 3mm의 탭 홀을 구성 하는 것.
둘째:원수 토출구와 온수 토출구,혼합수 토출구가 있는 곳(원수,온수 혼합수 토출 전환기가 장착되는 베이스 )과 원수 호스연결구 사이의 공간사이를 활용하여 바디와 원수 토출구간 3mm관 이 통과 되도록 홀을 만들어 (도면2, 도면 3-1,2참조)정수기쪽으로 원수를 공급하기 위한 통로를 만들어 3mm관을 설치하도록 수전기 바디에 또한 이와 연결되는 밸브 콘넥터를 설치 이간 서로 연결토록 해주는 것.
(4)효과
첫째:정수기 설치시 조리대 상판 또는 개수대의 훼손을 방지
둘째:정수기 설치시 불필요한 부품 절약
