Description
The present invention relates to a process for the circulation of drinking water in a drinking water pipeline system. The present invention further relates to a drinking water pipeline system.
When operating drinking water installations, especially drinking water installations for cold water so-called stagnation water in the pipes should be avoided. Stagnation water is understood to mean water that is not moved over a longer period of time (for example, a period of 24 hours). Such stagnant water quickly adapts to the ambient temperature so that stagnant water originally 20 ° C is heated to ambient temperatures in a short time. This is a serious problem, especially in industrial plants where relatively high temperatures of 25 ° C and more prevail. In fact, such stagnation water causes increased numbers of legionella, which can lead to serious health problems. According to the latest drinking water ordinance of 2011, such stagnant water in drinking water systems and the unwanted warming of drinking water (cold) above 20 ° C (or in exceptional cases to 25 ° C according to VDI 6023) should be avoided.
In order to avoid the stagnation water mentioned above, in the drinking water installations known from the state of the art, water from consumers (eg taps), which are integrated in the drinking water installation systems, is led into the waste water, if it is not at a certain circulation rate of the drinking water within the plant comes through "normal" consumer activity. Of course, such a procedure leads to a blatant waste of drinking water and contradicts any principles of ecological conservation of value of exhaustible resources.
The present invention has for its object to provide a method or a system available through which an optimized compared to the prior art drinking water circulation is achieved.
This object is achieved by a method having the features of claim 1 and by a drinking water pipeline system having the features of claim 6.
By the method according to the invention it is possible to avoid stagnation water in a drinking water pipeline system without having to remove drinking water from the system. In conventional systems, drinking water is - as stated above - often forcibly discharged into the sewage system in order to achieve a desired circulation. This is no longer necessary with the method according to the invention.
With the method according to the invention, the drinking water temperature in the system can be kept constant up to the last extraction point in the area of the fresh water temperature.
In the method according to the invention, the procedure is such that initially a specific desired value for the circulated drinking water volume in the control element (control) is programmed. A preferred target value is a three-fold circulation of the total pipe volume of the drinking water pipeline system per day. A flow meter is used to measure the volume of drinking water circulated in a specific time interval (eg 24 hours). This measured actual value is compared with the setpoint value stored in the control element. If the actual value falls below the setpoint value, a circulating pump is activated, preferably by the control element, by means of which a circulation of the drinking water is carried out until the setpoint value is reached.
Sämtliche obige Ausführungen treffen selbstverständlich auch für die erfindungsgemäße Anlage (siehe unten) zu.Concrete circulating volumes may also be stored in the control system as a target value (eg 50 m 3 / day). The method according to the invention thus serves for the preventive and permanent securing of drinking water hygiene in drinking water-guided installation systems. The method according to the invention is suitable for all types of objects. It is particularly suitable in the industrial sector as well as in public buildings to ensure the drinking water quality required by drinking water regulation. The possible uses of the method according to the invention are versatile. It can be used, for example, on individual systems for the circulation of single element tapping points as well as for group tapping points and for compact systems for large systems. All calculations for the Drinking water to be circulated according to DIN1988-100. The method according to the invention is particularly suitable for objects with widely branched drinking water pipe systems as well as for objects with regular long interruptions in operation. Of course, all the above explanations also apply to the system according to the invention (see below).
Preferably, the actual value of the circulated drinking water volume is constantly or at predetermined time intervals adjusted to the desired value.
In the method according to the invention, the control element calculates by a comparison of the actually circulated in a given time interval drinking water volume with a target value stored in the control element for this time interval, the probability of a desired period for a particular period, especially day circulation volume is achieved, which for one day desired circulating volume preferably corresponds to three complete recirculation of the entire volume of the piping system. As a result, a particularly optimized drinking water circulation is achieved.
In a further development of the method according to the invention, the control element, preferably connected via an electrical line directly to the circulation pump and controls it. As a result, an accurate recirculation control is possible.
Advantageously, the flow meter is arranged within a pipeline of the conduit system and communicates preferably via an electrical line directly to the circulation pump and / or the control element. As a result, an optimal communication between circulation pump, control element and flow meter is possible.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Trinkwasserleitungsanlage mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 6.The present invention further relates to a drinking water pipe system with the features of claim 6.
The drinking water line installation according to the invention has the same advantages described above as the method according to the invention. The at least one consumer may be, for example, a faucet, toilet, shower or other water consuming devices.
Advantageously, the circulation pump is integrated in the return line of the system according to the invention.
Preferably, a shut-off valve is integrated into the line system before and after the circulation pump. As a result, an optimal operation of the system according to the invention is ensured by the shut-off valves prevent circulation of the drinking water, if desired.
In a further development of the system according to the invention, a check valve is integrated into the return line between the circulation pump and the mouth of the return line in the supply line. This check valve guarantees a flow of drinking water in one direction. For example, it is achieved that drinking water, which is pumped through the supply line, is led to the consumer and not via the return line into the circulation pump.
Further features of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment of the invention in conjunction with the drawings and the dependent claims.
