For large cruise ships, a hot drinking water distribution system is one of the key systems affecting cruise ship comfort. The large-scale passenger carrier is thousands of people, taking 13 ten thousand total tons passenger carrier as an example, the passenger carrier reaches more than six thousand people, and the load of the water for life of the personnel is large. To prevent the spread of legionella bacteria on board, the shipowners of mail ships often require drinking water for the water that comes into contact with the human body. The drinking water system not only provides drinking water, kitchen water and washing water for personnel on the ship, but also supplies water for a swimming pool system, a window washing system, a deck flushing system and the like. Large cruise ships are usually provided with more than five main vertical areas and more than ten decks, and the number of water terminals is large and the types are complex. Therefore, the hot drinking water distribution system of the large-scale mail steamer has the characteristics of large water consumption and complex water distribution mode.
At present, the hot drinking water distribution system of a passenger ship is only provided with a single hot drinking water distribution vertical pipe and a single hot drinking water return vertical pipe. The problems of the scheme are as follows: the effectiveness of the hot drinking water distribution system can be affected after the hot drinking water distribution vertical pipe or the hot drinking water return vertical pipe fails; the hot water only has one flowing direction, and scale is easily formed on the inner wall of the hot water pipe.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a mail steamer hot water dispensing system that dispenses hot water to individual hot water users and organizes the circulation of hot water after cold water is heated by a heating system.

Wherein, each hot drinking water distribution vertical pipe 6 is provided with a first control valve group 8 at one end communicated with the hot drinking water distribution main pipe 3, and each hot drinking water return vertical pipe 7 is provided with a second control valve group 9 at one end communicated with the hot drinking water return main pipe 4.
Further, in this embodiment, the first control valve group 8 at least includes a pressure regulating valve to control the pipeline pressure of the corresponding hot beverage circular main pipe 5; the second control valve group 9 at least comprises a flow regulating valve to regulate the return water flow rate of the corresponding hot beverage water annular main pipe 5.
By adopting the pipeline design structure, cold drink water enters the heating system 1 to be heated and then sequentially passes through the hot drink water distribution main pipe 3, the hot drink water distribution vertical pipe 6 and the hot drink water annular main pipe 5 to be distributed to hot drink water users, and meanwhile, the unused hot drink water returns to the heating system 1 through the hot drink water return vertical pipe 7 and the hot drink water return main pipe 4.
Meanwhile, in the above embodiment, by providing two hot drinking water distribution standpipes 6 for each hot drinking water annular header 5 to communicate with the hot drinking water distribution header 3 and two hot drinking water return standpipes 7 to communicate with the hot drinking water return header 4, it is possible to ensure the operation of the hot drinking water annular header 5 by using the other set of hot drinking water distribution standpipes 6 and hot drinking water return standpipes 7 after a failure of either set of hot drinking water distribution standpipes 6 or hot drinking water return standpipes 7. In some embodiments of the invention, two hot water distribution risers 6 communicating with each of said hot water annular manifolds 5 are provided in parallel, the flow direction of the water in said hot water annular manifolds 5 being adjusted by adjustment of a first control valve group 8 provided on each hot water distribution riser 6. In particular, the use of different sets of hot drinking water dispensing stand pipes 6 or hot drinking water return stand pipes 7 allows to organize the reverse flow of hot drinking water, reducing scale. When the hot drinking water distribution vertical pipe 6 of MVZ6 and the hot drinking water return vertical pipe 7 of MVZ1 are adopted, the water flow direction of the hot drinking water annular main pipe 5 of the 15 deck is from the bow part to the stern part. When the hot drinking water backwater riser 7 of MVZ6 and the hot drinking water distribution riser 6 of MVZ1 are adopted, the water flow direction of the hot drinking water annular main pipe 5 of the 15 deck is from the stern part to the bow part.
In some embodiments of the invention, the hot water annular main for drinking 5 of each deck is provided with respective isolation valves at both ends of the pipe passing through the bulkheads of the main vertical zones (see MVZ1 to MVZ6 in fig. 1, representing respectively 6 main vertical zones).
