Claims (15)
- Walzblechprodukt aus Aluminiumlegierung zur Verwendung im Außenbereich in der Bauindustrie, wobei die Aluminiumlegierung in Gew.-% die folgende Zusammensetzung hat:
Si 0,6-1,6 Mg 0,20-0,50 Mn 0,6-1,6 Cu 0,10-0,6 Fe 0,05-0,7 Ti 0,05-0,20 Zn bis zu 0,4
0,25%, Rest Aluminium. - Walzblechprodukt nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Mn-Gehalt mindestens 0,70%, und vorzugsweise mindestens 0,75% beträgt.
- Walzblechprodukt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Mn-Gehalt höchstens 1,4%, und vorzugsweise höchstens 1,20% beträgt.
- Walzblechprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Cu-Gehalt mindestens 0,15%, und vorzugsweise höchstens 0,5%, und noch bevorzugter höchstens 0,4% beträgt.
- Walzblechprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Zn-Gehalt höchstens 0,25%, und vorzugsweise höchstens 0,20% beträgt.
- Walzblechprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Ti-Gehalt mindestens 0,07%, und vorzugsweise mindestens 0,08% beträgt.
- Walzblechprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Ti-Gehalt höchstens 0,17%, und vorzugsweise höchstens 0,15% beträgt.
- Walzblechprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der Mg-Gehalt mindestens 0,25%, und vorzugsweise höchstens 0,45%, und noch bevorzugter höchstens 0,40% beträgt.
- Walzblechprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der Si-Gehalt mindestens 0,90%, und vorzugsweise höchstens 1,50%, und noch bevorzugter höchstens 1,45% beträgt.
- Walzblechprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das Blechprodukt keine metallischen Mantelschichten aufweist.
- Walzblechprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei das Blechprodukt mit einer organischen Beschichtung versehen ist.
- Walzblechprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei das Blechprodukt mittels Blechprägung mit einer Oberflächenstruktur versehen wird.
- Walzblechprodukt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 in Form eines Trapezblechs.
- Verwendung einer Aluminiumlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 zur Verwendung im Außenbereich in der Bauindustrie, Beschilderung oder Dekoration.
- Verwendung einer Aluminiumlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 in Form eines Trapezblechs zur Verwendung im Außenbereich in der Bauindustrie.
