Description

The invention relates to a front loader for a tractor, with at least one front loader rocker and mounted on the front loader swing parking stand device for parking the front loader, wherein the parking stand device comprises a pivotally mounted on the front loader swing parking support, which is pivotable from an operating position to a parking position, wherein the parking stand device a locking strut fixed at one end to the front loader rocker and arranged on the parking support and at a free end of the locking strut associated and engageable locking elements by which the park support is latched in a plurality of positions supporting the front loader.

The use of front loaders for moving material with a tractor is known. For this purpose, front loaders can be mounted or coupled to the tractor by means of a frame console provided on the tractor. The front loader usually has two parallel guided wings, which extend at the front end of the tractor and with a corresponding loading tool, such as a blade, a gripper, a loading fork, etc. are equipped, the rockers and the front loader tool usually actuated by hydraulic or electrical actuators are. On the wings of the front loader parking stand devices may be provided which comprise a swing-out parking support, which can be brought into a parking position and locked in this. In the parking position, the front loader can be disconnected from the tractor and supported on the park supports such that the wings are kept when parking or parking the front loader in an upright arrival or Abkoppelstellung, so that a disconnection or coupling of the front loader by releasing (or closing) the front loader lock and then allowing (or prior) easy maneuvering of the tractor.

Such Partkenteilereinrichtung is in the WO 2008/070901 A1 disclosed. The parking stand device disclosed here comprises a parking support which is pivotally mounted on the rocker of a front loader and pivotable from an operating position (in which the front loader is coupled to the tractor) into a parking position (in which the front loader can be uncoupled and parked or parked). An additional locking strut extends between the rocker and Parkstütze and is at one end pivotally guided on the rocker and the other end displaceable on the parking support. The arresting strut is further connected to a detent bar that extends along the park prop and locks when the park prop moves against a stop to reach the park position. Such a parking stand device is for a presettable, but fixed angular position the park support is designed for the swing arm of the front loader, which means that the final parking position varies depending on the pre-setting depending on the coupled to the front loader tool or even in the case of unevenness of the ground. This may cause the front loader to decelerate into the parked position set by the default and set by the tool and the ground condition after disconnecting the front loader, and the interfaces on the front loader mast and the vehicle frame may diverge in height when re-coupled, which leads to considerable maneuvering when coupling the front loader. In addition, the above-mentioned form of parking stand device designed as complex and with a high variety of parts.
Another parking stand device is in EP 1 389 656 A1 disclosed. Here, a park support is proposed with a extending between a front loader rocker and Parkstütze Arretierungsstrebe, the park support are provided with a detent tooth arrangement and the Arretierungssrebe with complementary locking teeth at the free end. The latching teeth provided on the locking strut can be placed on a locking cylinder at different locations on the latching tooth arrangement and brought into engagement therewith. Thus, an optimal angular position of the parking support to the front loader swing set and the present conditions with respect to tools and bumps are taken into account so that the front loader dwells after Abkoppelvorgang in the same parking position, so that the interface on the front loader mast when re-docking for uncoupling in Has substantially unchanged height position. A disadvantage here has the effect that the ratchet tooth arrangement and the ratchet teeth in interaction with each other only in an optimal locking position completely, ie the entire area, mesh. Outside of this optimal locking position, the locking tooth arrangement and the locking teeth engage only partially or even selectively, resulting in a high and thus unfavorable surface pressure on the ratchet teeth, which can lead to damage on the one hand, or on the other hand requires a correspondingly high-strength and robust material training.

According to the invention, a front-end loader of the type mentioned in the introduction is designed in such a way that the locking elements arranged at the free end of the arresting strut are formed on a locking slide hinged to the locking strut. The arrangement of the locking elements on a pivotable locking slide makes it possible that the locking elements can be optimally aligned to each other independently of an angular position of the parking support to the front loader rocker by a corresponding pivoting movement of the locking slide and thereby minimizing the stress on the locking elements, in particular a minimized surface pressure and minimized voltage spikes, for each locking position, is made possible on the locking elements.

The park support is designed as a U-shaped profiled rail, wherein the latching elements arranged on the parking support are located on the inside of the rail in the region of the web and wherein the legs of the rail are each formed on the inside with a guide rail through which the locking carriages face on their front loader rocker Side is guided, wherein the locking elements are formed on one of the front loader rocker side facing away from the Arretierungsschlittens. The guide rail may be formed as a leading edge or as a survey on the inner sides of the legs. It is designed such that the locking slide remains in the rail and is guided within the rail. The rail and the Arretierungsstrebe are movably held together, so that is displaced upon pivoting of the parking support or the rail of the locking slide within the rail.

The latching elements formed in the region of the web of the parking support are designed as rows of teeth parallel to each other on the leg sides of the web, the rows of teeth facing the side of the locking carriage facing away from the front loader rocker and the locking carriage being displaceably guided between the guide rails and the rows of teeth. In other words, the rows of teeth are facing the locking elements on the locking slide, since the latter are located on the side facing away from the front loader rocker. The rows of teeth and the guide rails are spaced apart from one another in such a way that the locking slide can be released or raised in the engaged state with its latching elements by the latching elements on the parking support (rail). Thus, a light movement gap can form between the locking elements and the locking slide can be moved along the guideway.

The locking slide may be formed as a one-piece component or as a multi-part component. For example, the locking slide by two parallel mutually arranged flat side parts are formed, which are connected to each other via a transverse strut and pivotally suspended on a extending between the side parts and connected to the free end of the locking strut transverse bolt, wherein the locking elements arranged in each case by a remote from one of the front loader rocker edge of the side parts row of teeth are formed. The side parts may be formed by flat sheet metal parts or the like, wherein the side parts are placed on their edge sides facing with their flat sides. The cross brace serves for the rigid connection of the two side parts to each other. The transverse bolt serves for the pivotable suspension of the locking slide at the free end of the locking strut, wherein corresponding cross-bolt receptacles are formed on both side parts. Due to the pivotable arrangement of the locking slide, it is possible that the toothed row formed on the locking slide can always align parallel to the toothed row formed on the parking support, so that an optimal area coverage between the individual teeth of the rows of teeth is always ensured, so that spikes or excessive Surface pressures on the tooth surfaces are avoided by insufficient coverage of the tooth surfaces.

At the park support a spring-biased latch is formed, which is engageable to lock the parking stand device in the operating position with a formed on the front loader rocker locking device into engagement. For this purpose, a simple tab or a projection may be arranged on the front loader rocker, on which or the latch can engage or the bolt can hold by its spring bias, as soon as the parking support has been pivoted into the operating position.

Reference to the drawing, which shows an embodiment of the invention, the invention and further advantages and advantageous developments and refinements of the invention are described and explained in more detail below.

In FIG. 1 a front loader 10 is shown, which can be coupled and actuated for loading work on agricultural vehicles, such as farm tractors.

The front loader 10 has a front loader rocker 12 which can be coupled to the vehicle via a mast arrangement 14 and a console (not shown) fastened to the vehicle. Between mast assembly 14 and front loader swing arm 12 extends an actuator 16, for example, a hydraulic cylinder, for lifting and lowering the front loader rocker 12. At the free end of the front loader rocker 12 a tool holder 18 is arranged, which with an interchangeable front loader tool, such as a front loader bucket, a bale grab, a Stacking fork, etc. (not shown), can be fitted. Via an actuating linkage 22, which can be controlled via a further actuator 24, the tool holder 18 and thus also a front loader tool relative to the front loader rocker 12 can be pivoted. Another linkage 26 serves for parallel guidance of the tool holder 18 or of a front loader tool when lifting and lowering the front loader rocker 12.

The front loader also has a parking stand device 28 arranged on the front loader rocker 12, as described in greater detail in FIGS FIGS. 2 to 7 is shown.

The parking stand device 28 includes a pivotally mounted on the front loader rocker arm 12 parking support 30 and an end also pivotally hinged to the front loader rocker 12 locking strut 32, which is the other end additionally slidably connected to the park support 30. The locking strut 32 is secured to the park support 30 in a locking position (as in FIG FIGS. 1 and 2 shown), which it occupies as soon as the parking support 30 is pivoted into a parking position, as will be described in more detail below. In the parking position or locking position, the park support 30 is supported and locked relative to the front loader rocker 12 in a predetermined by the length and the pivot angle of the locking strut 32 position.

The park support 30 is attached at one end to a pivot pin 34 at a lower portion of the free end of the front loader rocker 12 thereon. The locking strut 32 is also attached or hinged above the attachment of the park support 30 at one end with a pivot pin 36 on the front loader rocker 12.

The park support 30 is formed as a U-shaped profiled rail 37 and has two extending in the direction of the front loader rocker arm 12 and side walls 38, 40 which are connected to each other via a lower web 41 (in the Figures 2 and 3 the front park support 30 shown in the figure is shown with only one side wall for better representation of the parts lying within the rail 37). As in particular in FIG. 4 can be seen, rows of teeth 42, 44 are on the side walls 38, 40 each inside on an area on the web, which serve as parkstützeseitige on the webs 42, 44 opposite locking elements. Tooth rows 42, 44 extend from approximately the middle of the park support 30 about in about two-thirds of the length of the mounted on the front loader rocker arm half 12 Parkstütze 30. The rail 37 also has on the side walls 38, 40 formed guide rails 46, 48 , which are respectively disposed on the inside of an upper portion of the rail 37, wherein the guide rails 46, 48 extend centrally about the length of the parking support 30 in about two-thirds of the entire length of the parking support 30, so that each of the front loader rocker 12 facing half of Guide rails 46, 48, the rows of teeth 42, 44 cover.

The locking strut 32 is also formed as a U-shaped profiled rail 50 and has two extending in the direction of the front loader rocker 12 side walls 52, 54 which are interconnected via a web 56.

At the end connected to the front loader rocker 12 opposite end of the locking strut 32, a locking slide 58 is arranged. The locking slide 58 is formed by two mutually parallel flat side parts 60, 62 or side plates, which are arranged at a distance edgewise to each other in parallel. The two side parts 60, 62 form a kind of runners of the Arretierungsschlittens 58. The side panels 60, 62 are rigidly connected to each other via a cross member 64, wherein the distance between the side members 60, 62 is selected so that the Arretierungsschlitten 58 inwardly between the side walls 38th , 40 of the park support 30 can be moved or moved. The side parts 60, 62 are thereby placed with their edges on the underside of the locking elements of the park support, or can be brought into engagement, wherein the lower edges of the side parts 60, 62 each formed with a complementary to the rows of teeth 42, 44 Tooth row 66, 68 are formed. On the upper side, the side parts 60, 62 are formed with smooth edges 70, 72. The guide rails 46, 48 serve to guide the locking slide 58 along the guide rails 46, 48, when this from an engagement position (in which the rows of teeth 42, 44 of the park support 30 with the rows of teeth 66, 68 of the locking slide 58 engage in one) Movement space 74 formed between the guide rails 46, 48 and the rows of teeth 42, 44 of the parking support 30 is moved.

The locking slide 58 is pivotally suspended by means of a transverse pin 76 to the locking strut 32 at its opposite end of the front loader rocker arm 12. The transverse pin 76 thus connects the locking strut 32 with the locking slide 58, which in turn is guided displaceably in the parking strut 30 and thus connecting locking strut 32 and parking strut 30 movable together. The cross pin 76 is substantially centered to the side parts 60, 62 formed therein bearing bores 78, 80 and rotatably connected to the locking strut 32. Through an enabled pivoting movement of the locking slide 58, this is able to optimally align in all positions of the park support 30, so that the rows of teeth 42, 44 and 66, 68 are optimally placed on each other or can optimally intermesh, so that even in extreme positions the park strut (steep or flat position of the park support 30), the tooth surfaces of the rows of teeth 42, 44 and 66, 68 can lie over each other over the entire surface and thus optimum force distribution and a minimized surface pressure can be achieved on the locking elements.

For the parking stand device 28, an operating position P1 and a parking position P2 is defined. In the operating position P1, both the park support 30 and the arresting strut 32 are swiveled in until they abut the front loader rocker 12 or are folded in or folded up (see FIG FIG. 3 in which the parking support is in an intermediate position shortly before complete folding, the operating position P1 was thus almost taken). The parking stand device 28 is preferably brought into the operating position P1, when the front loader 10 is to be put into operation, that is coupled to a vehicle. In the parking position P2, however (as in FIG. 1 and 2 shown), both the park support 30 and the locking strut 32 are swung out or unfolded. The parking stand device 28 is preferably brought into the parking position P2 when the front loader 10 is to be taken out of service, that is to be decoupled from a vehicle and parked or parked. All positions that occupy the parking stand device 28 between the operating position P1 and parking position P2 represent an intermediate position.

In FIG. 7 the locking carriage 58 is shown in various positions, wherein the position A exemplarily represents a parking position P2, in which the teeth of the rows of teeth 42, 44 and 66, 68 are completely engaged with each other. B shows an intermediate position in which the locking slide 58 can be raised in the intermediate space created between the guide rails 46, 48 and the rows of teeth 42, 44 and moved along the guide rails. By a movement of the Arretierungsschlittens 58 along the guide rails 46, 48 of Arretierungsschlitten 58 moves detached from the rows of teeth 42, 44 toward the free end of the parking support 30 so that the park support 30 can be pivoted to the front loader rocker in the operating position P1. C describes a stop position, which is outside the normal parking position P2 and in which the locking slide 58 leans against a stop 82. This position is the thinnest parking position that can take the parking stand device 28.

Starting from the operating position P1, the locking slide 58 is stored at the free end of the parking support 30. If the parking stand device 28 is now unfolded or is to be moved or swiveled out into a parking position P2, the arresting carriage 58 passes through various positions along the guide rails 46, 48 all the way over the rows of teeth 42, 44. Due to the pitch of the tooth flanks of the rows of teeth 44, 46 and 66, 68 to one another, the locking slide 58 slides over the rows of teeth 44, 46 when the parking support 30 is pivoted out. Once the parking support 30 has been fully swung out and abuts a floor 83 or ground with a corresponding parking position 84, the rows of teeth 66, 68 of the locking slide 58 find a parking position angle 84 of the parking support 30 associated position on the rows of teeth 44, 46 of the parking support 30, said The more teeth are formed, the finer the adjustment. Now, if the front loader 10 disconnected, so turns a reverse power flow at the front loader rocker 12, since this is now supported with a supporting force on the parking support 30 and thus the Arretierungsstrebe 32 with the Arretierungsschlitten 58 on the park support 30 and on the trained thereon Tooth rows 42, 44 presses. Immediately lock the rows of teeth 66, 68 of the Arretierungsschlittens 58 with the rows of teeth 42, 44 of Parkstütze 30 and, due to the finely toothed rows of teeth 44, 46 and 66, 68, without tipping the front loader 10. It is due to the pivotal arrangement of the locking slide 58 at the same time guaranteed in that, irrespective of the parking attitude angle 84 that is set, the rows of teeth can engage in one another over the entire surface and thus optimally in terms of load. The pivoting movement of the parking support 30 can be carried out by an operator or gravity-related by the weight of the parking support.

As long as a supporting force acts on the locking strut 32, the locking slide 58 is fixed or caught and the parking stand device 28 is locked. A release of the parking stand device 28 from the parking position P2 out by coupling and lifting the front loader 10, so that the support force is released and the locking strut 32 manually from the rows of teeth 42, 44 of the parking support 30 can be unlocked by the Arretierungsschlitten 58 by gently lifting the locking strut 32 is brought to the guide rails 46, 48 and moved there in the direction of the free end of the parking support 30 or moved. The parking stand device 28 can thereby be pivoted into the operating position P1.

At the free end of the park support 30 a pendulum foot 86 is provided, which is pivotally mounted by means of a bolt 88 on the park support 30 and provides a Aufstands- or support surface when the parking stand device 28 is pivoted in park position P2.

Furthermore, a locking device 90 extends between the pendulum foot 86 and the arresting strut 32. The locking device 90 comprises a latch 92 received by the side walls 38, 40, which extends tangibly for actuation by the side wall 38 and by a spring 94 which extends between the latch 92 and the bolt 88 is biased towards the free end of the parking support 30. The bolt 92 is provided by trained in the side walls 38, 40 slots 96 with a play of movement. Further, a detent 98 is provided which is secured in the form of a provided with a latching notch 100 on the front loader rocker 12, such that the latch 92 engages in the operating position P1 due to its spring bias in the latching notch 100 and the parking stand device 28 in the operating position stops, or locks them in the operating position. By simply operating the bolt 92 within the slot 96 against its spring bias (moving longitudinally to the park support), the parking stand device 28 can be unlocked and spent in the park position P2.
