Ein Ausführungsbeispiel für eine erfindungsgemäße Kugelringmühle ist schematisch in
Der Antriebsmotor 23 ist von einer Steuereinheit 25 betätigt. Die Steuereinheit 25 stellt eine Umdrehungszahl n des Antriebsmotors 23 beziehungsweise des Mahlrings 21 ein. Meist ist die Umdrehungszahl n des Mahlrings 21 konstant, es können aber auch Abweichungen Δn vorgegeben sein. Der Druckring 21 wird durch die hydraulisch betätigten Drucksteller 24 mit einer zum Mahlring 21 wirkenden Kraft beaufschlagt. Die Drucksteller 24 sind Stellglieder eines Druckregelkreises, der in dem Drucksteuergerät 26 implementiert ist.The
Erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen ist ein akustischer Schallsensor 40. Er ist auf Höhe der Mahlkugeln 3 außen am Mühlengehäuse 10 angeordnet. Die Anordnung an dieser Position ist jedoch nicht zwingend, er kann auch an anderen Orten, auch außerhalb der Mühleneben angeordnet sein und beispielsweise an der durch die Bezugsziffer 40' kenntlich gemachten Position. Der akustische Sensor 40 nimmt das durch die Mahlkugeln 3 verursachte Umlaufgeräusch im Mühlengehäuse 10 auf. Das von dem akustischen Sensor 40 gemessene Signal wird einer Auswerteeinheit 41 hinzugeführt. In dieser ist ein Modul für eine schnelle Fourier-Transformation (FFT) implementiert. Zweckmäßigerweise ist dies in Gestalt einer diskreten FFT realisiert, die sich insbesondere zur Implementierung in einem rechnergestützten System eignet. Am Ausgang der Auswerteeinheit 41 ist ein Signal ω für die vom Schallsensor 50 aufgenommene tatsächliche Umlauffrequenz der Mahlkugeln 3 ausgegeben. Dieses Signal ist angelegt an einen Eingang eines Schlupfkontrollsystems 5. An einem weiteren Eingang des Schlupfkontrollsystems 5 ist ein Signal für die Drehzahl n des Mahlrings 21 angelegt. Eine Recheneinheit 51 des Schlupfkontrollsystems 5 bestimmt aus den angelegten Werten für die Umlauffrequenz ω der Mahlkugeln 3 einerseits und der Umdrehungsdrehzahl n des Mahlrings (in Umdrehungen pro Minute) andererseits den tatsächlich auftretenden Schlupf s gemäß der Beziehung:
Hierbei steht die Zahl "5" für die Anzahl der Mahlkugeln 3, die auf dem Mahlring 21 umlaufen. Das somit gewonnene Signal s für den Schlupf der Mahlkugeln 3 wird von der Recheneinheit 51 ausgegeben und an den Eingang einer Regeleinheit 52 angelegt. Die Regeleinheit 52 ist dazu ausgebildet, in Abhängigkeit von dem Schlupfsignal s den auf die Drucksteller 24 wirkenden hydraulischen Druck, der von einer Hydraulikeinheit 28 erzeugt ist, zu modifizieren. Dazu ist zwischen der Hydraulikeinheit 28 und dem Drucksteller 24 ein Servoventil 54 angeordnet, welches von einem Stellsignal am Ausgang der Regeleinheit 52 angesteuert ist. Die Regeleinheit 52 kann beispielsweise als ein P- oder PI-Regler ausgeführt sein. Sie ist so ausgebildet, dass bei steigendem Schlupf s der auf die Drucksteller 24 wirkende hydraulische Druck mittels des Servoventils 54 erhöht wird. Damit üben die Drucksteller 24 eine größere Druckkraft auf den Druckring 22 auf, sodass die Mahlkugeln 3 fester gegen den Mahlring 21 gepresst werden. Damit steigt die als Antriebskraft für die Mahlkugeln 3 fungierende Reibschlusskraft zwischen Mahlring 21 und der Oberfläche der Mahlkugeln 3, wodurch sich der Schlupf der Mahlkugeln 3 verringert. Abgesehen von dem durch die Regeleinheit 52 gebildeten ersten Korrekturkreis kann ein zweiter Korrekturkreis 6 vorgesehen sein, der eine eigene Drehzahlkorrektureinheit 60 umfasst. An einem Eingang der Drehzahlkorrektureinheit 60 ist ebenfalls das Signal s für den Schlupf angelegt. Sie ermittelt hieraus ein Bedarf für eine Änderung der Drehzahl n mit welcher der Antriebsmotor 23 den Mahlring 21 antreibt. Im Regelfall soll diese Drehzahl n konstant gehalten sein und nicht geändert werden. Jedoch kann dann, wenn insbesondere der Schlupf zu stark abweicht und der erste Korrekturkreis umfassend das Einwirken auf die Druckstelleinrichtung 24 nicht mehr zur Korrektur ausreicht, von dem Korrekturglied 60 ein Drehzahlkorrektursignal Δn erzeugt werden welches als zusätzliches Eingangssignal an die Antriebssteuereinheit 25 angelegt ist. Auf diese Weise kann auch die Antriebssteuereinheit 25 mit dem Antrieb 23 des Mahlrings 21 einen Beitrag zur Stabilisierung des Schlupfes s und damit zum sicheren Mühlenbetriebs leisten. Zweckmäßigerweise ist bei dem Korrekturglied 60 dazu ein Toleranzbandglied 62 vorgesehen. Damit wird erreicht, dass bei geringem Schlupf alleine der erste Korrekturkreis über den Drucksteller 24 arbeitet, während bei größerem Schlupf zusätzlich noch eingegriffen wird durch den zweiten Korrekturkreis 6 mit Erzeugen eines Drehzahländerungswerts Δn für die Drehzahlsteuerung 25 des Antriebsmotors 23.Apart from the first correction circuit formed by the
