Claims (24)

  1. Four industriel (2) comprenant au moins une chambre de cuisson (3) délimitée par au moins une paroi (4) ayant au moins un canal traversant (5), au moins un brûleur (1) inséré dans ledit canal traversant (5), dans lequel ledit au moins un brûleur (1) comprend :
    un corps tubulaire principal (6) doté d'au moins un premier orifice (7) pour l'entrée d'un carburant, d'au moins un deuxième orifice (8) pour l'entrée d'un agent de combustion, et d'une buse d'extrémité (15) dotée d'une bouche de sortie (16), pendant l'utilisation, orientée face à ladite chambre de cuisson (3), et
    des moyens (12) pour déclencher la combustion du mélange du carburant et de l'agent de combustion,
    au moins un conduit (17) adapté, pendant l'utilisation, pour prélever une partie des gaz présents dans la chambre de cuisson (3) et pour les transporter à ladite bouche de sortie (16),
    dans lequel ledit au moins un brûleur (1) comprend au moins un élément tubulaire (18) en aval de ladite bouche de sortie (16) de ladite buse d'extrémité (15) dans ledit au moins un conduit (17), ladite buse d'extrémité (15) et ledit au moins un élément tubulaire (18) délimitant entre eux une section de passage pour la communication fluide entre ledit au moins un conduit (17) et ladite bouche de sortie (16), pour le passage de ladite partie de gaz,
    caractérisé en ce que ladite buse d'extrémité (15) et ledit au moins un élément tubulaire (18) sont mutuellement mobiles le long dudit conduit (17) afin de modifier la largeur de ladite section de passage.
  2. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite buse d'extrémité (15), pendant l'utilisation, est agencée avec ladite bouche de sortie (16) à une première distance (Dl) prédéterminée de ladite chambre de cuisson (3).
  3. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant au moins un espace défini entre ledit conduit (17) et ledit au moins un élément tubulaire (18) .
  4. Four industriel (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit élément tubulaire (18) comprend une première ouverture (18a) en communication avec ladite bouche de sortie (16) de ladite buse (15).
  5. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel une première ouverture (18a) est agencée à une deuxième distance (D2) prédéterminée de ladite bouche de sortie (16), quand ledit élément tubulaire (18) et ladite buse d'extrémité (15) sont agencés dans une première position d'utilisation.
  6. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel ladite première ouverture (18a) dudit au moins un élément tubulaire (18) est dimensionnée de façon à permettre l'insertion au moins partielle de ladite buse d'extrémité (15) dans celle-ci.
  7. Four industriel (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit élément tubulaire (18) est de forme cylindrique, d'une section transversale constante sur sa longueur.
  8. Four industriel (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite buse d'extrémité (15), à ladite bouche de sortie (16), est de forme sensiblement frustoconique ou convergente.
  9. Four industriel (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite buse d'extrémité (15) est mobile par rapport audit au moins un élément tubulaire (18) au moins entre ladite première position d'utilisation et une autre position d'utilisation d'obstruction de ladite section de passage, empêchant ainsi la communication fluide entre ledit conduit (17) et ladite bouche de sortie (16).

  11. Four industriel (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit conduit (17) comprend au moins un manchon (19) à l'intérieur duquel ledit au moins un élément tubulaire (18) et ledit corps principal (6) sont agencés sensiblement coaxialement.
  12. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ledit élément tubulaire (18) comprend des moyens de support (20) adaptés pour supporter ledit au moins un élément tubulaire (18) à l'intérieur dudit conduit (17), de façon à définir ledit espace (17).
  13. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel lesdits moyens de support (20) comprennent au moins deux bases inférieures dudit élément tubulaire (18) adaptées pour reposer sur la surface intérieure dudit conduit (17).
  14. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication 12, dans lequel lesdits moyens de support (20) comprennent au moins un déflecteur (20') pour le raccordement entre ledit au moins un élément tubulaire (18) et ledit conduit (17).
  15. Four industriel (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant des moyens (21) pour ajuster la distance mutuelle entre ladite bouche de sortie (16) de ladite buse d'extrémité (15) et ladite première ouverture (18a) dudit au moins un élément tubulaire (18).
  16. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'ajustement (21) sont de type mécanique avec un actionnement manuel.
  17. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication 15, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'ajustement (21) sont de type automatisé.
  18. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication 15, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'ajustement (21) comprennent au moins une entretoise (22) intercalable entre un collier (14) dudit corps tubulaire principal (6) et des moyens de butée (23) associables à une extrémité dudit conduit (17) à travers lequel le corps principal (6) est introduit.
  19. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel lesdits moyens de butée (23) sont constitués d'un matériau d'isolation thermique.
  20. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication 18 ou 19, dans lequel lesdits moyens de butée (23) comprennent des moyens pour refroidir ledit corps tubulaire principal (6), dans la zone à proximité de ladite buse d'extrémité (15).
  21. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit au moins un élément tubulaire (18) comprend une deuxième ouverture (18b) afférente à ladite chambre de cuisson (3).
  22. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit conduit (17) est agencé sensiblement coaxialement à l'intérieur dudit canal traversant (5).
  23. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication 18, dans lequel lesdits moyens de butée (23) sont associés à la surface extérieure (4a) de ladite paroi (4) dudit four industriel (2).
  24. Four industriel (2) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel lesdits moyens de butée (23) comprennent un support annulaire fixé à ladite surface extérieure (4a) sur ledit canal traversant (5), ledit support annulaire comprenant une cavité axiale (24) contenant au moins partiellement ledit corps tubulaire principal (6).
