Abstract
本发明公开了一种可调节烟气自身再循环燃气燃烧器,包括由内到外同轴且顺次套嵌的中心燃料管、一次旋流风管、二次直流风管及引射器,所述中心燃料管出口段设有燃料喷嘴,一次旋流风管内设有空气旋流器及预混室,一次旋流风管及预混室与所述燃料喷嘴相通,预混室的出口与二次直流风管出口端均位于引射器喉部处,在此处形成主火焰燃烧区,一次旋流风管内还设有电子点火器,电子点火器一端穿过空气旋流器,其点火电极位于预混室内,所述引射器与燃烧器头部连接的端面均为锯齿碟片结构且相啮合,在锯齿碟片结构处设有联动机构,联动机构固定在二次直流风管的外管壁上。该装置制造简单、实现燃料适应广、燃烧效率高且稳定、低污染。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及热能与动力工程技术领域的燃气燃烧器,尤其是涉及烟气自身再循环、空气分级燃烧等低NOx燃烧技术结合的可调节烟气自身再循环燃气燃烧器。
背景技术
[0002] 燃气燃烧器在工业加热炉窑中广泛使用,如陶瓷窑炉和退火炉等,其烧嘴的使用数目众多,通常从几十到一、两百个。单个烧嘴的性能是影响生产工艺、产品质量和产品成本的关键因素,同时,烧嘴燃烧特性及性能改善是实现炉窑节能减排的最直接和有效途径。目前我国的燃气燃烧器设计、生产、应用现状是:高端国外进口、中端仿制设计、低端自行设计,产品性能存在很大的差异,工业炉窑普遍存在着燃烧不完全、燃烧温度不高、燃烧效率低、耗能大、高附加值产品少、空气污染严重等问题。所以,新型燃烧器研制的主要目标是提高燃烧效率和减少污染物排放。
[0003] NOx作为一种非常重要的全球性大气污染物而备受关注,工业炉中抑制NOx生成量的措施可归纳为燃料措施和燃烧措施。燃料措施主要有选用不含氮或者少含氮燃料(燃料抑制燃料型NOx)、采用乳化燃料和燃料混烧(抑制火焰局部高温的形成)等措施;燃烧措施主要包括分级燃烧和烟气再循环燃烧。
[0004] 分级燃烧包括空气分级和燃料分级燃烧,是通过合理分段组织燃气或者空气,使燃气燃烧时形成不同的燃烧区段。由于这些燃烧区段的条件(如:相对低温、贫氧而富燃)有助于NOx的控制。空气分级燃烧技术中空气分为两阶段供入燃烧系统,第一阶段,供给总燃烧空气量的70%〜75%,使燃料先在富燃条件下燃烧,剩下的空气在第二阶段供入。对于空气分级燃烧而言,在第一级燃烧区的过量空气系数越小,对抑制NOx生成量效果越好,但是产生的不完全燃烧产物越多,因而导致燃烧效率降低及引起腐蚀、结渣。燃料分级燃烧技术又称作再燃技术,燃料分为两阶段供给燃烧系统,第一阶段供给燃烧所需理论空气量的130% -180%,形成燃料与空气的充分混合,进行稀薄燃烧;第二阶段,在燃烧区周边供给二次燃料,耗尽剩余空气。燃料分级燃烧技术可以减少高达70%的NOx排放。
[0005] 烟气再循环燃烧技术的实质是降低助燃空气中含氧量(低于21% O2),以降低NOx生成量。目前使用较多的烟气再循环燃烧是在锅炉的空气预热器前抽取一部分低温烟气直接送入炉内或与一次风、二次风混合后送入炉内,因为烟气吸热及稀释了 O2浓度,所以可以降低NOx的生成。经验表明,烟气再循环的引入可以使NOx排放降低25%左右。由于烟气的输送需采用耐热风机和流量控制装置,所以设备投资较高,因此可以对燃烧器和炉膛的结构研宄结合起来,在炉内实现有效的自吸式烟气再循环,以减少烟气再循环的设备设施。值得注意的是,在目前国外进口的锅炉用全自动燃油(气)燃烧器上,为了满足环境保护要求,各大燃烧器公司例如德莱斯勒、欧科和利雅路等均纷纷推出了各自的烟气再循环专利技术。利用燃烧器头部出口处高温高速燃烧气体引射作用,通过出口孔、洞吸入炉内烟气,即烟气回流到燃气中,使燃烧区内惰性气体含量增加,因烟气吸热和稀释了氧的浓度,使燃烧速度和温度降低。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构紧凑且加工制造方便,实用性强,燃烧效率高污染物排放量少的可调节烟气自身再循环燃气燃烧器。
[0007] 本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种可调节烟气自身再循环燃气燃烧器,包括由内到外同轴且顺次套嵌的中心燃料管、一次旋流风管、二次直流风管及引射器,所述中心燃料管出口段设有燃料喷嘴,所述一次旋流风管内设有空气旋流器及预混室,一次旋流风管及预混室与所述燃料喷嘴相通,预混室的出口与二次直流风管出口端均位于引射器喉部处,在此处形成主火焰燃烧区,一次旋流风管内还设有电子点火器,电子点火器一端穿过空气旋流器,其点火电极位于预混室内,所述引射器与燃烧器头部连接的端面均为锯齿碟片结构且相啮合,在所述锯齿碟片结构处设有联动机构,联动机构固定在二次直流风管的外管壁上。
[0008] 所述空气旋流器边沿上设有一圈倾角在15〜75度的斜槽。斜槽用于形成旋流空气。
[0009] 所述空气旋流器边沿上可设有若干个旋流叶片。旋流叶片用于产生旋流空气,加强了燃料与空气的混合,有效地降低了火焰长度而且还可以稳定火焰。
[0010] 所述引射器的内腔为由火焰方向先渐缩再渐扩的锥形结构。
[0011 ] 预混室出口处形成高温高速混合气体,使出口处的压力相对较低,实现自动将炉膛内的烟气从引射器上预留的通道再循环吸入主火焰燃烧区,通过调节引射器上预留的风口通道截面大小和通道长度可以调节再循环的烟气量。
[0012] 通过调节联动机构来带动燃烧器头部的锯齿碟片结构来调节这两个锯齿碟片结构啮合的重合度来调节烟气再循环量。一次风的旋转通过空气旋流器的旋流叶片产生,针对不同的燃料,可以通过调节旋流叶片的角度或者改变二次风率(二次空气流量占总空气流量的比例)来匹配适应,旋流空气加强了燃料与空气的混合,有效地降低了火焰长度而且还可以稳定火焰。通过调节旋流数可以调节火焰长度,空气分级的引入可以合理组织有利于减少NOx产生的火焰,通过调节二次风率,在保证火焰稳定、燃烧充分的同时,整体降低火焰面的温度,降低氮氧化物的生成。预混室位于主燃烧区域之前,燃气和一次空气先经过预混室之后才与二次空气、再循环的烟气混合,燃气和一次空气先在预混室内初步预混、燃烧形成高温高速的混合气用来引射烟气,烟气引射后与燃气混合,达到进一步降低NOx的目的。
[0013] 本发明的优点是:该装置通过联动机构来调节锯齿碟片结构的重合度来控制烟气的再循环量,从而实现变工况、变成分燃料气的燃烧,具有燃料适应广、燃烧效率高、加工制造简单且燃烧稳定、低污染的特点。

[0022] 参阅图1至图5,箭头所示为燃料或空气流向,一种可调节烟气自身再循环燃气燃烧器,包括由内到外同轴且顺次套嵌的中心燃料管1、一次旋流风管2、二次直流风管3及引射器7,所述中心燃料管I出口段设有燃料喷嘴5,所述一次旋流风管2内设有空气旋流器4及预混室6,一次旋流风管2及预混室6与所述燃料喷嘴5相通,预混室6的出口与二次直流风管3出口端均位于引射器7喉部处,在此处形成主火焰燃烧区9,一次旋流风管2内还设有电子点火器8,电子点火器8 一端穿过空气旋流器4,其点火电极位于预混室6内,所述引射器7与燃烧器头部连接的端面均为锯齿碟片结构且相啮合,在所述锯齿碟片结构处设有联动机构10,联动机构10固定在二次直流风管3的外管壁上。

[0026] 参阅图2,本发明的工作原理如下:气体燃料通过中心燃料管I供入预混室6内,一次空气通过一次旋流风管2,经空气旋流器4产生旋转形成旋流一次风,而进入预混室6,旋流一次风和燃料先在预混室6内进行预混,进行不剧烈的部分预混燃烧,产生相对高温高速的混合气体,此时锥形结构内腔出口处形成一个相对低压区,从而引射烟气进入主火焰燃烧区9内。二次空气通过二次直流风管3形成直流二次风,并从锥形结构末端进入主火焰燃烧区9,这股气与从预混室6出来部分预混燃烧的自身再循环混合气在主火焰燃烧区9处继续燃烧,再循环的烟气稀释了空气中的氧浓度,降低燃烧反应的温度。
[0027]当燃烧气成分或者工况发生变化时,通过转动联动机构10中的旋钮11带动燃烧器头部锯齿碟片13旋转,从而调节燃烧器头部锯齿碟片13与引射器端面锯齿碟片14的重合度,再循环烟气回流通道的面积相应改变,再循环烟气量也随之发生变化,从而达到调节再循环烟气量的目的。
[0028] 本发明采用旋转一次风和燃料预混保持了火焰的高稳定性,与此同时,空气分级燃烧和烟气再循环燃烧方式的结合使用,整体上控制燃烧区域局部高温,对降低氮氧化物的排放提供了非常有利的保证,从而能实现高效低污染燃烧。
[0029] 本发明所适应的燃料范围广,对于不同的燃料可以采用改变旋流器4的旋流数或者二次风率来适应,而对于燃烧时的变工况,可以通过调节引射器7和燃烧器头部的两道锯齿碟片结构的重合度来改变烟气再循环量来适应;旋流一次空气燃烧首先在预混室6混合、进行不剧烈的燃烧,燃烧后的混合气再和二次空气、再循环烟气混合、充分燃烧,这样组织的燃烧方式使燃料在偏离化学当量比的条件下着火、燃烧,可以降低NOx生成量;分级燃烧技术、烟气再循环燃烧技术都是广泛应用和有效的降低燃烧过程中NOx排放的技术,而旋流则是工程燃烧装置中常用的流动与燃烧控制及稳燃手段,将旋流燃烧与这两种低NOx燃烧技术合理结合,对燃烧过程进行控制以达到高效低污染燃烧的效果。
Claims (4)
1.一种可调节烟气自身再循环燃气燃烧器,包括由内到外同轴且顺次套嵌的中心燃料管(1)、一次旋流风管(2)、二次直流风管(3)及引射器(7),其特征在于:所述中心燃料管(I)出口段设有燃料喷嘴(5),所述一次旋流风管(2)内设有空气旋流器(4)及预混室(6),一次旋流风管(2)及预混室(6)与所述燃料喷嘴(5)相通,预混室(6)的出口与二次直流风管(3)出口端均位于引射器(7)喉部处,在此处形成主火焰燃烧区(9),一次旋流风管(2)内还设有电子点火器(8),电子点火器(8)—端穿过空气旋流器(4),其点火电极位于预混室(6)内,所述引射器(7)与燃烧器头部连接的端面均为锯齿碟片结构且相啮合,在所述锯齿碟片结构处设有联动机构(10),联动机构(10)固定在二次直流风管(3)的外管壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调节烟气自身再循环燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:所述空气旋流器(4)边沿上设有一圈倾角在15〜75度的斜槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可调节烟气自身再循环燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:所述空气旋流器(4)边沿上设有若干个旋流叶片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可调节烟气自身再循环燃气燃烧器,其特征在于:所述引射器(7 )的内腔为由火焰方向先渐缩再渐扩的锥形结构。
