Claims (3)
- Schienenfahrzeug (11), Folgendes umfassend:- eine sicherheitsrelevante Komponente (19) für den sicheren Betrieb des Schienenfahrzeugs, wie beispielsweise eine Zug- oder eine Bremseinheit, wobei die sicherheitsrelevante Komponente (19) dafür eingerichtet ist, Statusdaten über ihren Betrieb bereitzustellen,- eine Verarbeitungs- und Diagnostiziervorrichtung (21) zum Steuern der sicherheitsrelevanten Komponente (19), zum Empfangen und Verarbeiten der Statusdaten und zum Erzeugen von Diagnosedaten über den Zustand des Schienenfahrzeugs (11),- ein sicherheitsrelevantes Datennetzwerk (13), das einen Multifunktionsfahrzeugsbus oder MVB (17) beinhaltet, der die sicherheitsrelevante Komponente (19) und die Verarbeitungs- und Diagnostiziervorrichtung (21) miteinander verbindet,- ein Informations-Ethernet-Datennetzwerk (15), das sich von dem sicherheitsrelevanten Datennetzwerk (13) unterscheidet, zum Verteilen von Informationsdaten, wie beispielsweise Verkehrs- oder Platzreservierungsdaten, in dem Schienenfahrzeug (11), wobei das Informations-Ethernet-Datennetzwerk (15) außerdem eine Empfangsvorrichtung (35) beinhaltet, die für eine bidirektionale Funkkommunikation mit einem entfernten Backoffice (10) konfiguriert ist,- eine Diagnosedaten-Anfragenweitergabevorrichtung (41), die dafür angeordnet ist, die Empfangsvorrichtung (35) und das sicherheitsrelevante Datennetzwerk (13) miteinander zu verbinden, wobei die Diagnosedaten-Anfragenweitergabevorrichtung (41) eine MVB-Karte ist, die dafür eingerichtet ist, eine Anfrage nach Diagnosedaten, die durch die Empfangseinheit (35) von dem entfernten Backoffice (10) empfangen wird, an die Verarbeitungs- und Diagnostiziervorrichtung (21) über das sicherheitsrelevante Datennetzwerk (13) weiterzugeben, wobei die MVB-Karte (41) nur dazu in der Lage ist, vordefinierte und feststehende Nachrichten, von denen nur eine begrenzte Anzahl unterschiedlich ist, über das sicherheitsrelevante Datennetzwerk (13) an die Verarbeitungs- und Diagnostiziervorrichtung (21) zu senden, und die einen zugeordneten physischen Programmierungszugangs-Port beinhaltet, der der einzige Weg zum Neuprogrammieren der MVB-Karte (41) ist,- eine Übertragungsvorrichtung (29) zum Senden von Daten von dem Schienenfahrzeug (11) an das entfernte Backoffice (10), wobei die Übertragungsvorrichtung (29) Teil des Informations-Datennetzwerks (15) ist, und- ein Gateway (43), welches das sicherheitsrelevante Datennetzwerk (13) und das Informations-Datennetzwerk (15) miteinander verbindet,
wobei das Gateway (43) ein unidirektionales Sicherheits-Gateway ist, das eine Datenkommunikation von dem sicherheitsrelevanten Datennetzwerk (13) zu dem Informations-Datennetzwerk (15) gestattet und jegliche Datenkommunikation von dem Informations-Datennetzwerk (15) zu dem sicherheitsrelevanten Datennetzwerk (13) verhindert, wobei das Gateway (43) ein FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) ist, das einen zugeordneten physischen FPGA-Zugangs-Port aufweist, welcher der einzige Weg zum Neuprogrammieren des FPGA ist,
wobei das unidirektionale Sicherheits-Gateway (43) dafür eingerichtet ist, die Diagnosedaten von der Verarbeitungs- und Diagnostiziervorrichtung (21) an das Informations-Datennetzwerk (15) weiterzugeben, und
wobei die Übertragungsvorrichtung (29) dafür eingerichtet ist, die verzögerten Diagnosedaten von dem Schienenfahrzeug (11) an das entfernte Backoffice (10) zu senden. - Schienenfahrzeug (11) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Übertragungsvorrichtung (29) und/oder die Empfangsvorrichtung (35) dafür eingerichtet sind, drahtlos, insbesondere über Funkwellen, mit Hilfe zum Beispiel des GSM-Standards, mit dem Backoffice (10) zu kommunizieren.
- Schienenfahrzeug (11) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Schienenfahrzeug ein Elektrotriebwagen ist, vorzugsweise für den Passagiertransport.
