Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Metallgussform (1), die mit mindestens einer strukturierten Oberfläche (2) versehen ist, die ein Muster oder dekoratives Motiv (3) aufweist, das durch Auftragen einer ersten Schutzschicht (5), die das Muster oder das dekorative Motiv (3) erzeugt, auf der Oberfläche (10) einer Ausgangsgussform (4) und anschließend Behandeln der derart vorbereiteten Oberfläche mit einem Ätzmittel, das geeignet ist, um korrodierte Abschnitte (6), die sich von den nicht korrodierten Abschnitten (7), die sich mit der Schutzschicht (5) decken, unterscheiden, zu erzeugen, erhalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ebenfalls Auftragen einer zweiten Schutzschicht (8) direkt auf die zuvor genannten nicht korrodierten Abschnitte (7) der Oberfläche (10) der Gussform (4) und anschließend Behandeln der derart erhaltenen Oberfläche (10) mit einem Mattierungsmittel, das geeignet ist, um eine strukturierte Oberfläche (2), die korrodierte Abschnitte (6) mit einem unterschiedlichen Grad an Glanz als die der zuvor genannten nicht korrodierten Abschnitte (7) aufweist, zu bilden, vorsieht, wobei die Schutzschicht (5) von der Oberfläche (10) der Gussform (4) entfernt wird, nachdem das Ätzmittel aufgetragen wurde, und die Schutzschicht (8) von der Oberfläche (10) der Gussform (4) entfernt wird, nachdem das Mattierungsmittel aufgetragen wurde.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zuvor genannte zweite Schutzschicht (8) auf den nicht korrodierten Abschnitten (7) aufgetragen wird, um so korrodierte Abschnitte (9) mit einem Grad an Mattglanz zu erhalten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Schutzschicht (8) auf den zuvor genannten korrodierten Abschnitten (6) aufgetragen wird, wodurch nicht korrodierte Abschnitte (7) erhalten werden, die einen Grad an Mattglanz aufweisen.
- Metallgussform, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine strukturierte Oberfläche (2) aufweist, die ein Muster oder ein dekoratives Motiv (3), das mittels des Verfahrens gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche erhalten wird, aufweist.
- Metallgussform nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um ein Blech, einen Zylinder oder dergleichen handelt.
- Dekoratives Kunststofflaminat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch Formen in der Gussform nach Ansprüche 4, erhalten wird.
- Beschichtete Spanplatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch Formen in der Gussform nach Ansprüche 4, erhalten wird.
