Claims (2)

  1. Procédé permettant à un livreur d'accéder à la boîte de livraison sécurisée d'un destinataire, le destinataire étant le propriétaire de la boîte, pour déposer et sécuriser un colis dans la boîte, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    le livreur pré-enregistre un smartphone ou un autre dispositif NFC en tant que dispositif utilisateur enregistré pour chacune d'une pluralité de boîtes de livraison sécurisées des propriétaires de telles boîtes de livraison qui sont des clients de livraison potentiels (344),
    le livreur transporte un colis jusqu'à la boîte de livraison sécurisée d'un client destinataire particulier,
    le livreur tient le smartphone à proximité de la boîte de livraison sécurisée du destinataire, moyennant quoi le smartphone entre ainsi en communication bidirectionnelle avec une serrure électronique de la boîte de livraison sécurisée du destinataire, ce qui amène le smartphone à obtenir et à stocker les informations d'identification de la serrure, moyennant quoi le smartphone, (a) si cette livraison a été pré-autorisée par le client destinataire, envoie un signal à la serrure électronique pour ouvrir la serrure afin d'accéder à la boîte de livraison sécurisée (306), et (b) si la livraison n'a pas été pré-autorisée, envoie une requête électronique au propriétaire ou agent de la serrure (326),
    dans le cas du point (b), le smartphone du livreur obtient une réponse électronique du propriétaire ou de l'agent de la serrure qui accorde ou refuse l'accès pour ouvrir la serrure, et
    si la réponse est d'accorder l'accès, le smartphone du livreur envoie un signal pour ouvrir la serrure afin d'accéder à la boîte de livraison sécurisée (330),
    et
    le livreur ouvre la boîte de livraison sécurisée, place le colis dans la boîte et re-sécurise la boîte.
  2. Système pour faciliter la livraison de marchandises commandées par un client à des clients propriétaires de boîtes de livraison sécurisées, configuré pour exécuter le procédé selon la revendication 1 comprenant :
    un système de contrôle central (344), avec une base de données centrale,
    une série de boîtes de livraison sécurisées appartenant à des clients de livraison potentiels, chaque boîte étant dotée d'une serrure électronique compatible NFC,
    une série de vendeurs (350) en communication électronique avec le système de contrôle central,
    une série d'agents de livraison (348) et de livreurs capables de livrer des colis dans des boîtes de livraison sécurisées des clients de livraison via des smartphones ou d'autres dispositifs portables compatibles NFC, tels que commandés par les clients de livraison auprès des vendeurs,
    lesdits smartphones ou autres dispositifs portables compatibles NFC de ladite série d'agents de livraison (348) et de livreurs, dans lequel
    chacune des serrures des boîtes de livraison sécurisées étant pré-enregistrée comme un lieu de livraison autorisé pour les livraisons en vertu du système, et
    chacun des agents de livraison et des livreurs étant enregistré dans le système pour effectuer des livraisons et accéder aux boîtes de livraison sécurisées des clients de livraison potentiels, via lesdits smartphones ou autres dispositifs portables compatibles NFC des livreurs, qui peuvent s'engager dans une communication bidirectionnelle à courte portée avec les serrures électroniques compatibles NFC des boîtes de livraison sécurisées
    moyennant quoi les clients de livraison potentiels maintiennent la sécurité dans leurs boîtes de livraison, permettant l'accès à la boîte par un livreur utilisant lesdits smartphones ou autres dispositifs portables compatibles NFC tenus à proximité de la serrure de la boîte de livraison sécurisée, la livraison étant effectuée conformément à une commande passée auprès d'un vendeur par le client.
