Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Befülladapter für einen mit Medien (z.B. Öle, Gase, Kältemittel und dergleichen) zu befüllenden Behälter, insbesondere für eine Erstbefüllung von Behältern mit Betriebsstoffen an Montagelinien zur Herstellung von Kraftfahrzeugen, wobei der Befülladapter mit einem Schlauchpaket, elektrischen, pneumatischen und hydraulischen Leitungen ausgestattet ist. Ein Befülladapter gemäß dem einleitenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 ist aus der
EP 1 538 125 A1 bekannt. Für zahlreiche technische Anwendungen müssen Behälter mit Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen gefüllt werden. Ein diesbezüglich typisches Anwendungsgebiet sind Kraftfahrzeuge, für die eine Befüllung von Gehäusen, Kreisläufen, Ausgleichbehältern und dergleichen mit Kraft-, Schmier-, Kühl- und sonstigen Betriebsstoffen notwendig ist. Hierbei müssen die Fahrzeuge im Herstellungsprozess beispielsweise mit Bremsöl, Servoöl, Kühlflüssigkeit, Kältemittel, Wischwasser und Kraftstoff befüllt werden. Diese Medien werden mit Befüllanlagen über Schläuche und spezielle Adapter in die jeweiligen Kreisläufe der Fahrzeuge eingespeist. Dabei enthalten die Schläuche zumeist mehrere Leitungen mit unterschiedlichen Funktionen für Vakuumbeaufschlagung, Rücksaugen, Füllen, Belüften sowie auch elektrische Leitungen. - Für die Durchführung der Befüllung muss ein Werker in Abhängigkeit der jeweiligen Position der Befüllanlage den Adapter mit dem Schlauchpaket zum Fahrzeug bringen und dort am Anschluss der jeweils zu befüllenden Kreisläufe anschließen. Zum Spannen der Befülladapter auf den zu befüllenden Fahrzeugbehälter werden häufig Spannklauen verwendet. Hierbei kann es vorkommen, dass die Klauen in einem bestimmten Winkel zum Behälter stehen müssen. Dies wird durch die Konstruktion des Behälters bzw. des Fahrzeuges beeinflusst, indem beispielsweise Nasen, Vorsprünge oder dergleichen Konturen am Behälter ausgestaltet sind.
- Die derzeit üblichen Spannantriebskonstruktionen sind so aufgebaut, dass die Klauen in ihrer Position zum Antrieb fest sind. Dadurch muss für eine Winkelkorrektur der gesamte Spannantrieb gegenüber dem Befülladapter verdreht werden. Diese technische Lösung ist mit erheblichen Nachteilen belastet. So sind aufwendige Zwischenplatten nötig. Außerdem ist die gesamte Konstruktion aufwendig, weil mehrere Medien- und Steuerleitungen umgelegt werden müssen. Die Konstruktion muss stets auf die konkreten Einsatzbedingungen beim Kunden angepasst werden. Es kann nur ein fester Winkel realisiert werden. Die Konstruktion bewirkt ein hohes Gewicht und erfordert einen relativ großen Platzbedarf am Adapter, der insgesamt die Handhabung beeinträchtigt. Die Verlängerung des Hebelarms wirkt außerdem über das Adaptergewicht auf den Behälter. Schließlich sind die Kosten der Herstellung hoch. Aufgrund dieser Nachteile besteht offensichtlich Entwicklungsbedarf.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Klauenbefestigung am Spanntrieb eines Befülladapters so zu gestalten, das diese auf verschiedene Winkellagen verstellt werden kann, wobei insbesondere eine Verstellung in kleinen Stufen angestrebt wird.
- Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst, indem der Befülladapter mit einem Spannantriebsgehäuse ausgestattet ist, das ein feststehendes Teil und ein Aufnahmeteil für Spannklauen aufweist, wobei das Aufnahmeteil mit einer Überwurfmutter derart in Wirkverbindung gebracht werden kann, dass nach Lösen der Überwurfmutter die Position der Klauen rotatorisch veränderbar ist, so dass der Befülladapter gegenüber dem zu befüllenden Behälter verdrehbar ist. Um ein Lösen der Überwurfmutter während des Betriebs zu vermeiden, ist im Spannantriebsgehäuse eine Verzahnung ausgestaltet ist, in welche das Aufnahmeteil für die Spannklauen über einen Arretierungsstift eingreift. Hierdurch ergibt sich eine fein gestufte Winkelverstellung der Klauen.

Claims (1)
- Befülladapter für einen mit Medien zu befüllenden Behälter, insbesondere für eine Erstbefüllung von Behältern mit Betriebsstoffen an Montagelinien zur Herstellung von Kraftfahrzeugen, wobei der Befülladapter mit einem Schlauchpaket, elektrischen, pneumatischen und hydraulischen Leitungen ausgestattet ist, wobei der Befülladapter mit einem Spannantriebsgehäuse ausgestattet ist, das ein feststehendes Teil (1) und ein Aufnahmeteil (3) für Spannklauen (2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmeteil (3) mit einer Überwurfmutter (4) derart in Wirkverbindung gebracht werden kann, dass nach Lösen der Überwurfmutter (4) die Position der Spannklauen (2) rotatorisch veränderbar ist, so dass der Befülladapter gegenüber dem zu befüllenden Behälter verdrehbar ist und wobei im Spannantriebsgehäuse eine Verzahnung (6) ausgestaltet ist, in welche das Aufnahmeteil (3) für die Spannklauen (2) über einen Arretierungsstift (7) eingreift.
