Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Tiefziehverpackungsmaschine gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a thermoforming packaging machine according to the preamble of claim 1.

Die erfindungsgemäße Tiefziehverpackungsmaschine umfasst eine Formstation, eine Einlegestation, eine Siegelstation und eine Schneidstation sowie eine Folientransporteinrichtung mit wenigstens einer Klammerkette zum Transportieren einer Unterfolienbahn in einer Produktionsrichtung, wobei ungeformte Bereiche der Unterfolienbahn in einer horizontalen Folienebene entlang der Stationen bewegbar sind und wobei eine erste Kettenführungsvorrichtung eines oberen Kettentrums der Klammerkette in einer oberen Kettenführungsebene im Bereich der Formstation, der Siegelstation und der Schneidstation vorgesehen ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Tiefziehverpackungsmaschine zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass eine zweite Kettenführungsvorrichtung des oberen Kettentrums der Klammerkette in einer unteren Kettenführungsebene im Bereich der Einlegestation vorgesehen ist. Dies ermöglicht einen Einlegebereich ohne eine Klammerkette am Rand der Unterfolienbahn, so dass es nicht zu einer Verschmutzung der Klammerkette beim Füllen oder Einlegen von beispielsweise flüssigen oder pastösen Produkten oder marinierten Fleischstücken kommt.
