Abstract

A series of interlinking drive chains are provided, to operate the intermittent withdrawal of the thermoplastic film from its roll for deep drawing, then filling, followed by vacuum sealing with a covering layer of thermoplastic film and then welding and cutting into individual containers to pass to a conveyor. The purpose is to provide an automatic and continuous process, ensuring that the deep-drawn containers are correctly positioned for filling and sealing, thus reducing the number of faulty units.
