Claims (6)

  1. Methode zur Herstellung eines Beutels aus einem Folienschlauch, bestehend aus den folgenden Operationen:
    - Formung und Festigung der Längsfalze (6) an der Außenseite (20) der Verpackungsfolie (8),
    - Formung der Verpackungsfolie (8) mit parallelen Längsfalzen (6) in Form eines Folienschlauches,
    - Schließen des Folienschlauches mit einer Längsverbindung (7) parallel mit den Längsfalzen (6),
    - Herausbildung eines gefalteten flachen viereckigen Bodens (3) mit unterer Kreuzverbindung (4),
    - Füllen des Beutels (1) mit der Verpackungsware,
    - Formung der oberen Kreuzverbindung (2) an der Seite des Beutels (1), welche an der gegenüberliegenden Seite zum gefalteten viereckigen Boden (3) liegt,
    - Trennung des gefüllten Beutels (1) vom Folienschlauch
    die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass
    nach Herausbildung und Festigung der Längsfalze (6) ein Stück sekundärer Verschluss um den gesamten Umfang (5) an der Innenseite (21) der Verpackungsfolie (8) befestigt wird, dessen Längsachse senkrecht zur Längsachse des Längsfalzes (6) ist, was noch vor der Ausformung der Verpackungsfolie (8) zu einem Schlauch ausgeführt wird, wobei der sekundäre Verschluss (5) so platziert wird, dass er sich am fertigen Beutel unter der oberen Kreuzverbindung (2) befindet, wo die Länge des verwendeten sekundären Verschlusses um den gesamten Umfang (5) dem Maß des inneren Umfangs des Beutels (1) entspricht.
  2. Methode der Herstellung von Beuteln aus Folienschlauch nach Anspruch 1, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass der sekundäre Verschluss um den gesamten Umfang (5) aus einem Stück verschlossen mit einem Reißverschluss gebildet wird.
  3. Methode der Herstellung von Beuteln aus Folienschlauch nach dem Anspruch 1, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass der sekundäre Verschluss um den gesamten Umfang (5) mit einem doppelseitigen Klebeband realisiert wird, wo die Seite des Bandes, das an die Innenseite des Beutels (1) angeklebt wird, eine höhere Klebekraft als die zweite Seite aufweist.
  4. Methode der Herstellung von Beuteln aus Folienschlauch nach dem Anspruch 1, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass der sekundäre Verschluss um den gesamten Umfang (5) durch Ausbreitung eines dauerhaften Klebstoffs herausgebildet wird.
  5. Methode der Herstellung von Beuteln aus Folienschlauch nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass die drei Längsfalze (6) sich schon primär herausbilden, und die vier Längsknicke (6) sich mit Längsverbindungen (7) herausbilden, die erst danach erzeugt werden.
  6. Die Verpackungsmaschine mit vertikaler Form, Erfüllung der Verbindungen mit dem Vorteil, der zur Methode der Herstellung von Beuteln aus einem Folienschlauch verwendbar ist, nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, umfasst auch eine Vorrichtung (11) für das Auspacken der Verpackungsfolie (8), wobei darin auch eine Vorrichtung (12) eingeschlossen ist, platziert hinter dieser, die zur Formung und Festigung der Längsfalze (6) an der Verpackungsfolie (8) dient, und ein Formkragen (13), ein Füllrohr (14) und Längsversiegelungsbacken (15), einsetzbar für die Bildung der Längsversiegelung (7), und eine Vorrichtung (19) für die Zuführung des Verpackungsfilms (8) durch einen Formkragen (13), anschließend eine Vorrichtung (18) zur Herausbildung eines flachen Bodens (3) am Beutel (1) wie auch seitlicher Verbindungen und noch eines weiteren Backens (16) zur Herausbildung von Kreuzverbindungen (2, 4) und zur Trennung des gefüllten Beutels (1), die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass sich in diesem auch eine Vorrichtung (17) für das Einsetzen eines Stücks sekundären Verschlusses um den gesamten Umfang (5) an der Innenseite (21) der Verpackungsfolie (8) mit Hilfe geformter Längsfalze (6), platziert im Inneren des Abstands zwischen dieser Vorrichtung (12), zum Zwecke der Formung und Festigung der Längsfalze (6) und dem Formkragen (13) befindet.
