Die erfindungsgemƤƟe Vorrichtung zum Vorbehandeln und Bedrucken von textilen OberflƤchen ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Erkennungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, mittels welcher das Textil erkennbar ist, und dass die Erkennungseinrichtung mit der programmierbaren Steuereinrichtung in Verbindung steht, wobei abhƤngig von dem erkannten Textil der Vorbehandlungsbereich individuell auf einen Teilbereich der Druckseite des Textils aufbringbar ist.
Weiterhin ist das erfindungsgemƤƟe Verfahren zum Vorbehandeln und Bedrucken einer textilen OberflƤche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textil durch eine Erkennungseinrichtung erkannt wird und dass die programmierbare Steuereinrichtung, welche mit der Erkennungseinrichtung in Verbindung steht, den Druckbereich auf dem erkannten Textil ermittelt, und dass die Vorbehandlungseinrichtung den Vorbehandlungsbereich abhƤngig von dem erkannten Textil individuell auf einem Teilbereich der Druckseite des Textils aufbringt.
Ein Grundgedanke der Erfindung besteht darin, eine Vorrichtung zum Vorbehandeln und Bedrucken mit einer Vorbehandlungseinrichtung sowie ein entsprechendes Verfahren anzugeben, mittels welcher gezielt solche Bereiche eines Textils mit einem Vorbehandlungsfluid vorbehandelt werden, die anschlieƟend mit Druckerfarbe bedruckt werden. Somit kƶnnen selbst bei komplexen Druckbildern ZwischenrƤume zwischen Motiven und farbfreien Bereichen eines Druckbildes von einer Vorbehandlung ausgenommen werden. Dies kann im Vergleich zu einem flƤchigen Auftragen einen erheblich effizienteren Einsatz von Vorbehandlungsfluid ermƶglichen.
Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist es bevorzugt, dass die Vorbehandlungseinrichtung mindestens eine DĆ¼se aufweist, mittels welcher das Vorbehandlungsfluid auf das Textil auftragbar ist, und dass die mindestens eine DĆ¼se mittels der programmierbaren Steuereinrichtung steuerbar ist. Das Vorbehandlungsfluid kann in einem Vorratstank vorgesehen sein, welcher mit der Vorbehandlungseinrichtung Ć¼ber ein Leitungssystem verbunden ist. Die mindestens eine DĆ¼se kann so ausgebildet sein, dass die Durchflussmenge an Vorbehandlungsfluid durch die mindestens eine DĆ¼se der Vorbehandlungseinrichtung durch eine programmierbare Steuereinrichtung anpassbar ist. Somit kann insbesondere eine Unterbrechung des Fluidflusses aus der mindestens einen DĆ¼se ermƶglicht sein, um einen unbehandelten Bereich auf einem Textil vorzusehen.

Der Druckauftrag kann mittels eines Eingabeterminals an der Vorrichtung 10 oder Ć¼ber eine Fernkommunikationsverbindung an die programmierbare Steuereinrichtung 31 durch den Benutzer Ć¼bermittelt werden. Die hierbei Ć¼bermittelten Bild- und Druckdaten werden von der programmierbaren Steuereinrichtung 31 in eine auftragsgemƤƟe Steuerung der einzelnen Einrichtungen der Vorrichtung 10 umgesetzt. Fig. 1 shows a device 10 for printing on textile surfaces. A textile 20 to be printed is provided on a pallet 22 with a printing side 25, which is located in a set-up position, in which the pallet 22 can be equipped with the textile 20. The fabric 20 is movably mounted on the pallet 22 by means of the traversing device 23 along a guide rail 24 and the individual devices of the device 10 successively deliverable. Starting from the set-up position, a detection device 30 is initially arranged in a direction of movement of the pallet 22, by means of which the textile 20, in particular a marking 21 on the textile, can be recognized by a programmable control device 31. The programmable controller 31 is in communication with all the devices of the device 10. The information determined by the recognition device 30 with respect to the textile 20 can be assigned to a clearly defined print job by means of the programmable control device 31. The print job may be transmitted to the device 10 via an input terminal or to the programmable controller 31 via a remote communication link by the user. The image and print data transmitted in this case are converted by the programmable control device 31 into an order-specific control of the individual devices of the device 10.

In Verfahrrichtung der Palette 21 ausgehend von der RĆ¼stposition der Palette 22 ist hinter der Erkennungseinrichtung 30 eine Vorbehandlungseinrichtung 40 vorgesehen, welche in einer Querrichtung zur Verfahrrichtung der Palette 22 ausgebildet ist. Die Palette 22 kann unter der Vorbehandlungseinrichtung 40 hindurchgefĆ¼hrt werden, wobei auf dem Textil 20 ein Vorbehandlungsfluid aufgebracht wird. Die Vorbehandlungseinrichtung 40 weist eine Vielzahl von DĆ¼sen 41 auf, welche entlang der Vorbehandlungseinrichtung 40 ausgebildet sind und sich an dieser Ć¼ber die gesamte Breite des Textils 20 auf der Palette 22 in der Querrichtung zur Verfahrrichtung der Palette 22 erstrecken. Durch individuelles Ansteuern, insbesondere Ɩffnen und SchlieƟen der DĆ¼sen 41 wƤhrend des Auftragens des Vorbehandlungsfluids auf das Textil, steuert die programmierbare Steuereinrichtung 31 die Vorbehandlungseinrichtung 40, um einen individuellen Vorbehandlungsbereich 26 auf dem Textil 20 aufzutragen, in welchem das auftragsgemƤƟe Druckbild vorsehbar ist. Dieser ist in Fig. 1 schematisch auf dem Textil 20 dargestellt. Hierbei kƶnnen insbesondere solche Bereiche der Druckseite des Textils von einer Vorbehandlung ausgenommen sein, welche nicht mit einem Druckbild bedruckt werden. Die Steuerung der Vorbehandlungseinrichtung 40 erfolgt gemƤƟ der Informationen, welche Ć¼ber das zu bedruckende Textil zu dem Druckauftrag mittels der Erkennungseinrichtung 30 an die programmierbare Steuereinrichtung 31 Ć¼bermittelt wurden beziehungsweise in der programmierbaren Steuereinrichtung 31 hinterlegt sind.
In Verfahrrichtung der Palette 22 ist nach der Vorbehandlungseinrichtung 40 ein Trockner 50 angeordnet, welcher sich lƤnglich entlang der FĆ¼hrungsschiene 24 erstreckt mittels welchen das aufgetragene Vorbehandlungsfluid auf dem Textil 20 trocknenbar und/oder thermisch behandelbar ist.
In Verfahrrichtung der Palette 22 ist nach dem Trockner 50 die Druckeinrichtung 60 angeordnet, welche mindestens einen Druckkopf 61 aufweist, der quer zu der Verfahrrichtung der Palette verƤnderbar gelagert ist. Der Druckkopf, welcher insbesondere ein digitaler Inkjet-Druckkopf sein kann, ist Ć¼ber die gesamte Breite des Textils 20 verfahrbar, wodurch selbst ein Bedrucken in einem Randbereich des Textils 20 ermƶglicht ist. Die Druckeinrichtung 60 mit dem Druckkopf 61 wird mittels der programmierbaren Steuereinrichtung 31 gesteuert, um das auftragsgemƤƟe Druckbild in dem vorbehandelten Bereich auf dem Textil vorzusehen. Zur Entnahme kann das Textil zurĆ¼ck in eine erste RĆ¼stposition vor der Erkennungseinrichtung 30 verfahren werden. Hierbei passiert die Palette mit dem bedruckten Textil erneut mindestens den Trockner 50, welcher in einem zweiten Trocknungsschritt die auf dem Textil aufgebrachte Druckerfarbe trocknen, beziehungsweise wƤrmebehandeln kann, um eine besonders gute Verbindung der Druckerfarbe mit der textilen OberflƤche zu gewƤhrleisten.

In the direction of movement of the pallet 22, a dryer 50 is arranged after the pretreatment device 40, which extends longitudinally along the guide rail 24 by means of which the applied pretreatment fluid on the textile 20 is dry and / or thermally treatable.
In the direction of movement of the pallet 22, the printing device 60 is arranged after the dryer 50, which has at least one print head 61 which is mounted transversely to the direction of movement of the pallet changeable. The printhead, which may be a digital inkjet printhead in particular, can be moved over the entire width of the textile 20, whereby even printing in an edge region of the textile 20 is made possible. The printing device 60 with the print head 61 is controlled by the programmable controller 31 to provide the job-appropriate printed image in the pretreated area on the textile. For removal, the Textile be moved back into a first setup position in front of the detection device 30. In this case, the pallet with the printed textile again passes at least the dryer 50, which in a second drying step can dry or heat-treat the printing ink applied to the textile in order to ensure a particularly good connection of the printing ink to the textile surface.

Claims (14)

  1. Device for pretreating and printing textile surfaces having
    - at least one pallet (22) for accommodating and holding a textile (20) to be printed, wherein, for the purpose of printing, the textile (20) is provided on a printing face (25),
    - a pretreatment means (40), by means of which the textile (20) can be pretreated prior to printing, wherein on the textile (20) a pretreatment fluid is applied in a pretreatment area (26),
    - a printing means (60) having at least one print head (61), by means of which the textile (20) can be printed with a printed image in the pretreatment area (26),
    - a movement means (23), by means of which the at least one pallet (22) can be moved relative to the pretreatment means (40) and the printing means (60), and
    - a programmable control means (31), by means of which the printing means (60), the pretreatment means (40) and/or the movement means (23) can be controlled,
    characterized in that
    - a detection means (30) is provided, by means of which the textile (20) can be detected, and
    - in that the detection means (30) is connected to the programmable control means (31), wherein, depending on the detected textile (20), the pretreatment area (26) can be applied individually onto a partial area of the printing face (25) of the textile (20).
  2. Device according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    - the pretreatment means (40) has at least one nozzle (41), by means of which the pretreatment fluid can be applied onto the textile (20), and
    - in that the at least one nozzle (41) can be controlled by means of the programmable control means (31).
  3. Device according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in that
    the pretreatment means (40) is designed over the entire width of the textile (20).
  4. Device according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the pretreatment means (40) has a plurality of nozzles (41), wherein the nozzles (41) can be controlled individually by the programmable control means (31).
  5. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
    characterized in that
    the pretreatment means (40) is provided at an entrance area of a drying means (50) which is in particular designed as a continuous dryer.
  6. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
    characterized in that
    through the detection means (30) a position of the textile (20) on the pallet (22) can be determined and
    in that through the programmable control means (31) the pretreatment area (26) can be applied depending on the position of the textile (20).
  7. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
    characterized in that
    the programmable control means (31) is designed to receive a clearly defined print job sent by a user and containing printing and image data, to identify the area to be printed on the textile (20) by means of the detection means (30) and to print a corresponding printed image onto the textile (20) by means of the printing means (60).
  8. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
    characterized in that
    - a digital printing means (60) having at least one printing nozzle prints the printed image onto the pretreated textile (20) which is located on the pallet (22) and
    - in that the printing means (60) is controlled by the programmable control means (31), wherein the printed image is printed individually onto the detected textile (20).
  9. Method, in particular for a device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, for pretreating and printing textile surfaces, in which
    - a textile (20) is pretreated by means of a pretreatment means (40) prior to printing, wherein a pretreatment fluid is applied in a pretreatment area (26),
    - a printing means (60), having at least one print head (61), prints a printed image onto the textile (20) in the pretreatment area (26), and
    - a programmable control means (31) controls the printing means (60) and/or the pretreatment means (40),
    characterized in that
    - the textile (20) is detected by a detection means (30) and
    - in that the programmable control means (31), which is connected to the detection means (30), determines the printing area on the detected textile (20) and
    - in that depending on the detected textile (20) the pretreatment means (40) applies the pretreatment area (26) individually onto a partial area of the printing face (25) of the textile (20).
  10. Method according claim 9,
    characterized in that
    the textile (20) is provided with a marking (21) which is designed to indicate an association of the textile (20) with a print job clearly defined beforehand containing printing and image data.
  11. Method according to claim 10,
    characterized in that
    the detection means (30) detects the marking (21) on the textile (20) and
    in that the programmable control means (31) assigns the marking (21) to a print job clearly defined beforehand containing printing and image data.
  12. Method according to any one of claims 10 or 11,
    characterized in that
    the detection means (30) has a readout means and/or a sensor means, by means of which the marking (21) on the textile (20) can be read out by the programmable control means (31).
  13. Method according to claim 11 or 12,
    characterized in that
    - by means of the detection means (30) the programmable control means (31) ascertains the position of the marking (21) on the textile (20) and transmits this information to the pretreatment means (40),
    - in that the pretreatment means (40), based on the transmitted information and according to the print job clearly defined beforehand, applies the pretreatment area (26) as intended.
  14. Method according to any one of claims 11 to 13,
    characterized in that
    - the programmable control means (31) receives a print job containing printing and image data that were sent by a user and
    - in that by means of the printing means (60) the textile (20) is printed with a corresponding printed image.
