Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Vorbehandeln und Bedrucken von textilen OberflƤchen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Eine solche Vorrichtung weist mindestens eine Palette zum Aufnehmen und Halten eines zu bedruckenden Textils, wobei das Textil zum Bedrucken auf einer Druckseite vorgesehen ist, eine Vorbehandlungseinrichtung, mittels welcher das Textil vor einem Bedrucken vorbehandelbar ist, wobei auf dem Textil ein Vorbehandlungsfluid in einem Vorbehandlungsbereich aufgebracht ist, eine Druckeinrichtung mit mindestens einem Druckkopf, mittels welchem das Textil in dem Vorbehandlungsbereich mit dem Druckbild bedruckbar ist, eine Verfahreinrichtung, mittels welcher die mindestens eine Palette relativ zu der Vorbehandlungseinrichtung und der Druckeinrichtung verfahrbar ist, und eine programmierbare Steuereinrichtung auf, mittels welcher die Druckeinrichtung, die Vorbehandlungseinrichtung und/oder die Verfahreinrichtung steuerbar sind.

Die Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung einerseits durch eine Vorrichtung mit den Merkmalen nach Anspruch 1 und andererseits durch ein Verfahren mit den Merkmalen nach Anspruch 9 gelƶst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den abhƤngigen AnsprĆ¼chen, der Beschreibung und der Figur angegeben.
Die erfindungsgemƤĆe Vorrichtung zum Vorbehandeln und Bedrucken von textilen OberflƤchen ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Erkennungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, mittels welcher das Textil erkennbar ist, und dass die Erkennungseinrichtung mit der programmierbaren Steuereinrichtung in Verbindung steht, wobei abhƤngig von dem erkannten Textil der Vorbehandlungsbereich individuell auf einen Teilbereich der Druckseite des Textils aufbringbar ist.
Weiterhin ist das erfindungsgemƤĆe Verfahren zum Vorbehandeln und Bedrucken einer textilen OberflƤche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textil durch eine Erkennungseinrichtung erkannt wird und dass die programmierbare Steuereinrichtung, welche mit der Erkennungseinrichtung in Verbindung steht, den Druckbereich auf dem erkannten Textil ermittelt, und dass die Vorbehandlungseinrichtung den Vorbehandlungsbereich abhƤngig von dem erkannten Textil individuell auf einem Teilbereich der Druckseite des Textils aufbringt.
Ein Grundgedanke der Erfindung besteht darin, eine Vorrichtung zum Vorbehandeln und Bedrucken mit einer Vorbehandlungseinrichtung sowie ein entsprechendes Verfahren anzugeben, mittels welcher gezielt solche Bereiche eines Textils mit einem Vorbehandlungsfluid vorbehandelt werden, die anschlieĆend mit Druckerfarbe bedruckt werden. Somit kƶnnen selbst bei komplexen Druckbildern ZwischenrƤume zwischen Motiven und farbfreien Bereichen eines Druckbildes von einer Vorbehandlung ausgenommen werden. Dies kann im Vergleich zu einem flƤchigen Auftragen einen erheblich effizienteren Einsatz von Vorbehandlungsfluid ermƶglichen.
Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist es bevorzugt, dass die Vorbehandlungseinrichtung mindestens eine DĆ¼se aufweist, mittels welcher das Vorbehandlungsfluid auf das Textil auftragbar ist, und dass die mindestens eine DĆ¼se mittels der programmierbaren Steuereinrichtung steuerbar ist. Das Vorbehandlungsfluid kann in einem Vorratstank vorgesehen sein, welcher mit der Vorbehandlungseinrichtung Ć¼ber ein Leitungssystem verbunden ist. Die mindestens eine DĆ¼se kann so ausgebildet sein, dass die Durchflussmenge an Vorbehandlungsfluid durch die mindestens eine DĆ¼se der Vorbehandlungseinrichtung durch eine programmierbare Steuereinrichtung anpassbar ist. Die Druckeinrichtung 60 mit dem Druckkopf 61 wird mittels der programmierbaren Steuereinrichtung 31 gesteuert, um das auftragsgemƤĆe Druckbild in dem vorbehandelten Bereich auf dem Textil vorzusehen. Zur Entnahme kann das Textil zurĆ¼ck in eine erste RĆ¼stposition vor der Erkennungseinrichtung 30 verfahren werden. - Device for pretreating and printing textile surfaces having- at least one pallet (22) for accommodating and holding a textile (20) to be printed, wherein, for the purpose of printing, the textile (20) is provided on a printing face (25),- a pretreatment means (40), by means of which the textile (20) can be pretreated prior to printing, wherein on the textile (20) a pretreatment fluid is applied in a pretreatment area (26),- a printing means (60) having at least one print head (61), by means of which the textile (20) can be printed with a printed image in the pretreatment area (26),- a movement means (23), by means of which the at least one pallet (22) can be moved relative to the pretreatment means (40) and the printing means (60), and- a programmable control means (31), by means of which the printing means (60), the pretreatment means (40) and/or the movement means (23) can be controlled,characterized in that- a detection means (30) is provided, by means of which the textile (20) can be detected, and- in that the detection means (30) is connected to the programmable control means (31), wherein, depending on the detected textile (20), the pretreatment area (26) can be applied individually onto a partial area of the printing face (25) of the textile (20).
- Device according to claim 1,
characterized in that- the pretreatment means (40) has at least one nozzle (41), by means of which the pretreatment fluid can be applied onto the textile (20), and- in that the at least one nozzle (41) can be controlled by means of the programmable control means (31). - Device according to claim 1 or 2,

the pretreatment means (40) is designed over the entire width of the textile (20). - Device according to claim 1,
characterized in that
the pretreatment means (40) has a plurality of nozzles (41), wherein the nozzles (41) can be controlled individually by the programmable control means (31). - Device according to any one of claims 1 to 4,

the pretreatment means (40) is provided at an entrance area of a drying means (50) which is in particular designed as a continuous dryer. - Device according to any one of claims 1 to 5,

through the detection means (30) a position of the textile (20) on the pallet (22) can be determined and
in that through the programmable control means (31) the pretreatment area (26) can be applied depending on the position of the textile (20). - Device according to any one of claims 1 to 6,

the programmable control means (31) is designed to receive a clearly defined print job sent by a user and containing printing and image data, to identify the area to be printed on the textile (20) by means of the detection means (30) and to print a corresponding printed image onto the textile (20) by means of the printing means (60). - Device according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
characterized in that- a digital printing means (60) having at least one printing nozzle prints the printed image onto the pretreated textile (20) which is located on the pallet (22) and- in that the printing means (60) is controlled by the programmable control means (31), wherein the printed image is printed individually onto the detected textile (20). - Method, in particular for a device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, for pretreating and printing textile surfaces, in which- a textile (20) is pretreated by means of a pretreatment means (40) prior to printing, wherein a pretreatment fluid is applied in a pretreatment area (26),- a printing means (60), having at least one print head (61), prints a printed image onto the textile (20) in the pretreatment area (26), and- a programmable control means (31) controls the printing means (60) and/or the pretreatment means (40),characterized in that- the textile (20) is detected by a detection means (30) and- in that the programmable control means (31), which is connected to the detection means (30), determines the printing area on the detected textile (20) and- in that depending on the detected textile (20) the pretreatment means (40) applies the pretreatment area (26) individually onto a partial area of the printing face (25) of the textile (20).
- Method according claim 9,
characterized in that
the textile (20) is provided with a marking (21) which is designed to indicate an association of the textile (20) with a print job clearly defined beforehand containing printing and image data. - Method according to claim 10,
characterized in that
the detection means (30) detects the marking (21) on the textile (20) and
in that the programmable control means (31) assigns the marking (21) to a print job clearly defined beforehand containing printing and image data. - Method according to any one of claims 10 or 11,
characterized in that
the detection means (30) has a readout means and/or a sensor means, by means of which the marking (21) on the textile (20) can be read out by the programmable control means (31). - Method according to claim 11 or 12,
characterized in that- by means of the detection means (30) the programmable control means (31) ascertains the position of the marking (21) on the textile (20) and transmits this information to the pretreatment means (40),- in that the pretreatment means (40), based on the transmitted information and according to the print job clearly defined beforehand, applies the pretreatment area (26) as intended. - Method according to any one of claims 11 to 13,
characterized in that- the programmable control means (31) receives a print job containing printing and image data that were sent by a user and- in that by means of the printing means (60) the textile (20) is printed with a corresponding printed image.
