Claims (14)

  1. Ensemble d'emballage destiné à renfermer un contenu et comprenant :
    un revêtement interne en plastique autoportant (1050) destiné à renfermer un contenu et présentant une paroi latérale (1052), une extrémité inférieure fermée qui est une paroi inférieure (1053) solidaire de la paroi latérale (1052), et une extrémité supérieure ouverte (1017) présentant un rebord faisant saillie vers l'extérieur (1005), ledit rebord (1005) comprenant une partie bride (1055) ; et
    un ensemble d'operculage pelable et refermable (1040) étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte :
    une première couche (1014) définie par au moins un bord, dans lequel la première couche (1014) est thermoscellée sur le revêtement interne en plastique (1050) au niveau de l'au moins un bord à l'extrémité supérieure ouverte (1017), scellant fonctionnellement le contenu à l'intérieur de celui-ci, dans lequel une partie centrale (1018) de la première couche (1014) est détachée d'une partie restante (1019) le long d'au moins un bord (1022) de sorte que la partie centrale (1018) est mobile pour exposer un matériau d'operculage (1006) sous celle-ci ; et
    une seconde couche (1024) définie par au moins un bord qui est scellée sur la partie restante (1019) et la partie centrale (1018) sur tout le bord détaché (1022), dans lequel la seconde couche (1024) est refermable pour sceller le contenu dans le revêtement interne en plastique (1050) en cas de rupture du matériau d'operculage (1006).
