Claims (6)

  1. Bouchon refermable (11) révélant une première ouverture, disposé sur une embouchure (12) filetée d'un récipient (10), le bouchon refermable comprenant essentiellement un corps de base, à partir duquel un élément de versement (17) s'étend vers le haut, et un capuchon de protection et de fermeture (19) présentant une enveloppe extérieure (32) et réalisé d'une seule pièce avec le corps de base et relié audit corps de base au moyen d'un pontet de liaison (18) sous la forme d'une bande, agissant comme une charnière, ledit corps de base comprenant également une bague de garantie (14) reliée au moyen de pontets (15), aptes à être brisés, à un col (16), ce dernier étant muni à l'intérieur d'un filetage interne (13), complémentaire de celui de l'embouchure (12) filetée, le capuchon de protection et de fermeture (19) étant disposé fermement sur le corps de base en vue de la fermeture, un groupe étant prévu entre ledit corps de base, avec ledit élément de versement (17), et ledit capuchon de protection et de fermeture (19), lequel groupe indique une première ouverture et comprend un double système de raccordement (22, 23, 24 ; 25, 30, 29, 31) apte à être brisé, qui peut être actionné vers l'extérieur du capuchon de protection et de fermeture (19) du bouchon, ledit capuchon de protection et de fermeture (19) comprenant, en plus de l'enveloppe extérieure, au moins une paroi interne coaxiale avec l'élément de versement (17), qui coopèrent avec une surface extérieure (32) de l'élément de versement (17) en définissant une chambre (36) étanche à l'air, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parois internes coaxiales comprennent une lèvre extérieure (33) et une lèvre supplémentaire (35), également cylindrique, coaxiale avec l'élément de versement (17) et qui s'étend vers le bas et repose dans une zone façonnée externe intermédiaire du même élément de versement (17), la lèvre supplémentaire (35), la lèvre extérieure (33), l'enveloppe extérieure (32) du capuchon et la paroi extérieure de l'élément de versement (17) définissant la chambre (36) étanche à l'air.
  2. Bouchon refermable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit groupe qui indique une première ouverture comprend une dent (22, 23) qui s'étend à partir dudit corps de base et est insérée dans une fenêtre (24) située dans une languette (25) réalisée d'un seul tenant avec ledit capuchon de protection et de fermeture (19), ladite languette (25) s'étendant au moyen de lignes de pliage (27) à partir dudit capuchon de protection et de fermeture (19) et étant insérée dans un logement (30) disposé dans une paroi extérieure (32) dudit capuchon de protection et de fermeture (19) et étant mise sous précontrainte contre ledit logement (30) au moyen de pontets (29, 31) aptes à être brisés.
  3. Bouchon refermable selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite languette (25) comprend deux parties pouvant être pliées l'une par rapport à l'autre au niveau d'une ligne de pliage (28) intermédiaire, à savoir une première partie (225) inférieure, dans laquelle se trouve la majeure partie de ladite fenêtre (24), et une deuxième partie (325) supérieure, reliée au moyen de ladite ligne de pliage (28) à la première partie (225) inférieure.
  4. Bouchon refermable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit col (16) comporte une couronne radiale qui s'étend vers l'intérieur (20), sur laquelle repose ledit capuchon de protection et de fermeture (19), sachant que l'élément de versement (17), réalisé au moyen d'un élément de forme cylindrique présentant un diamètre différencié et se terminant par une ouverture centrale (21) avec un bord supérieur (34), s'étend vers le haut à partir de ladite couronne annulaire (20).
  5. Bouchon refermable selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une bande de prolongement (26) relie ladite languette (25), en dessous du capuchon de protection et de fermeture (19), à une paire de lignes de pliage (27).
  6. Bouchon refermable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parois internes coaxiales comportent deux lèvres (33) cylindriques concentriques qui s'étendent vers le bas à l'intérieur du capuchon (19), qui sont insérées à l'intérieur dans une ouverture (21) dudit élément de versement (17) et, côté extérieur, à l'extérieur d'un bord supérieur (34) de l'ouverture (21).
