  1. Method for recording driving data and driver data, in which data documenting working time and driving behaviour of a vehicle driver (21 - 2n), including data acquired repeatedly during the journey by way of a tachograph (31 - 3n) arranged in a motor vehicle, are stored in a local memory of the tachograph (31 - 3n), with respect to which the vehicle driver (21 - 2n) identifies himself by way of an identification module (41 - 4n) before commencing a journey, wherein these data are additionally transmitted periodically over time to a central database (7) held on at least one network-accessible server (6) by the tachograph (31 - 3n), which is equipped for this purpose with a mobile radio transceiver unit (51 - 5n), using a mobile radio network in an automated manner, specifically in a machine-to-machine manner, and are stored in said database, and wherein authorized individuals are able to access the data stored in this central database (7) via a web-based portal by way of computer-based terminals (81 - 8n), characterized

  2. Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that information about determined implausibilities is transmitted to the respective tachograph (31 - 3n) of the motor vehicle (11 - 1n) in question by the at least one server (6) holding the central database (7), and said server, after receiving this information and deactivating the ignition of the motor vehicle (11 - 1n) equipped with the tachograph (31 - 3n), at least temporarily prevents restarting of this motor vehicle (11 - 1n) by acting on appropriately designed actuators of the motor vehicle (11 - 1n).

Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that information about determined implausibilities is transmitted to the respective tachograph (31 - 3n) of the motor vehicle (11 - 1n) in question by the at least one server (6) holding the central database (7) and said server influences the driving behaviour of the motor vehicle via actuators designed for this purpose.

Method according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that, in the case of identified implausibilities, the at least one server (6) holding the central database (7) transmits information to the respective tachograph (31 - 3n) that is output via output means of the tachograph (31 - 3n) or via output means coupled thereto.
  5. Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that authorized individuals are able to access data stored in the central database (7) of the at least one server (6) by way of the mobile terminals (81 - 8n) and using a mini-programming application processed by these mobile terminals (81 - 8n) .
  6. System for recording driving data and driver data documenting the working time and the driving behaviour of a vehicle driver (21 - 2n), comprising in each case a tachograph (31 - 3n) arranged in a respective motor vehicle (11 - 1n) for acquiring the driving data and driver data, with respect to which tachograph a respective vehicle driver (21 - 2n) identifies himself by way of an identification module (41 - 4n) before commencing a journey, comprising a central database (7) held on at least one server (6) and comprising computer-based terminals (81 - 8n), wherein
    a) the tachograph (31 - 3n) is equipped with
    - a control and processing device and a program application processed thereby,
    - a local memory for storing data acquired by the tachograph (31 - 3n), including data acquired repeatedly thereby during the journey,
    - a reading device for reading the identification module (41 - 4n) carried by a vehicle driver,
    - a mobile radio transceiver unit (51 - 5n), and
    b) the program application processed by the control and processing device of the tachograph (31 - 3n) is designed to transmit the data acquired by the tachograph (31 - 3n) periodically over time to the central database (7) using a mobile radio network in an automated manner, specifically in a machine-to-machine manner, and
    c) the central database (7) is designed to store the data received from the tachograph (31 - 3n) and
    d) the central database (7) and the data stored therein are accessible to authorized individuals via a web-based portal and
    e) the computer-based terminals (81 - 8n) are designed to access the central database (7) and data held therein via the web portal,
    characterized in that the central database (7) and the at least one server (6) holding same are designed
    - to store position data from the mobile radio transceiver unit (51 - 5n) of the tachograph (31 - 3n) in the database (7), said position data being determined by the server (6) on the basis of radio cell data requested thereby from technical units of the associated mobile radio provider periodically over time, specifically immediately after receiving driving data and driver data transmitted by the tachograph (31 - 3n),
    - to document implausibilities in the database (7), said implausibilities being determined on the basis of a comparison between the data stored in the local memory of the tachograph (31 - 3n) regarding the vehicle driver (21 - 2n) and the motor vehicle (11 - 1n) controlled thereby and the corresponding data stored in the central database (7) by way of an algorithm processed by a control and processing device for this purpose.
