Claims (10)

  1. Diebstahlsicherung, die dazu bestimmt ist, an einem Gegenstand angebracht zu werden, welcher in Selbstbedienung verkäuflich ist, und die einen Ring (2) umfasst, wobei eines von dessen Enden an einem steifen Körper (1) befestigt ist und das andere, freie Ende derart konfiguriert ist, dass es in einen komplementären Hohlraum eingeführt werden kann, der in dem steifen Körper (1) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Körper (1) einen Mechanismus zum Verriegeln des freien Endes in dem Körper (1) umfasst, wenn dieses in den Hohlraum eingeführt ist, wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus eine Nadel (14) umfasst, die rechtwinklig zur Richtung, gemäß der das freie Ende in den Hohlraum eingeführt wird, zwischen einer Richtung, in welcher sie sich durch eine komplementäre Öffnung (8) erstreckt, die in dem freien Ende gebildet ist, und einer Rückzugsposition bewegt werden kann, in welcher sie eine Bewegung des freien Ende ermöglicht, wobei der Körper (1) ein Wechselwirkungsmittel enthält, das elektromagnetisch mit einem zugehörigen Detektor in Wechselwirkung treten kann
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (1) sich auf der einen Seite einer Mittelebene, die sich durch Hohlraum (8) zum Einführen des freien Endes erstreckt, in einem Mittel zum Betätigen der Nadel (14) fortsetzt und, auf der entgegengesetzten Seite, eine Aussparung zur Aufnahme des Endes der Nadel (14) aufweist, wobei die Aussparung Verriegelungsmittel umfasst, die dafür ausgelegt sind, eine Freisetzung der Nadel (14) mit Hilfe eines Entriegelungsorgans zu ermöglichen, damit die Nadel (14) zwischen einer Position, in welcher sie in die Öffnung des freien Endes des Rings eingreift, und einer Freisetzungsposition bewegt werden kann, in welcher die Nadel (14) aus dem freien Ende gelöst ist, sodass das freie Ende des Rings (2) herausgezogen werden kann.
  2. Diebstahlsicherung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsmittel mindestens ein Gehäuse (22; 23; 24) aufweist, das eine Bewegung der Nadel (14) zwischen einer eingezogenen Position, in welcher die Spitze der Nadel (14) nicht über die Innenfläche des Hohlraums zur Aufnahme des freien Ende hinausragt, und einer Ausfahrposition ermöglicht, in welcher die Nadel (14) in die komplementäre Aussparung eingreift und sich durch die komplementäre Öffnung (8) erstreckt, die im freien Ende des Rings vorgesehen ist.
  3. Diebstahlsicherung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsmittel mehrere in einander gesteckte Gehäuse (22; 23; 24) umfasst sowie ein Federmittel (16), um die Nadel (14) in die eingezogene Ruheposition zu führen.
  4. Diebstahlsicherung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuse (22; 23; 24) eine zylindrische Form aufweisen, mit einem Ansatz, der mit einem komplementären Ansatz in Wechselwirkung tritt, der am nachfolgenden Gehäuse vorgesehen ist, um die Bewegung in Richtung der eingezogenen Position zu beschränken.
  5. Diebstahlsicherung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsmittel aus mindestens einer Kugel (32, 33) besteht, die von einer Feder (35) in Richtung des Bodens der Aussparung gedrückt wird, welche zur Aufnahme der Nadel (14) bestimmt ist, wobei die Aussparung eine kegelstumpfartige Form aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Kugel gegen die Nadel zu klemmen, wobei die Kugel dazu befähigt ist, mit einem Entriegelungsmittel in Wechselwirkung zu treten, um sich der Wirkung der Feder zu widersetzen.
  6. Diebstahlsicherung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nadel (14) eine Verdickung (15) aufweist, und dadurch, dass die Öffnung (8), welche im freien Ende vorgesehen ist, einen Querschnitt in Form eines "Schlüssellochs" aufweist.
  7. Diebstahlsicherung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (1) ein Mittel aufweist, um den Ring (2) in die Öffnungsposition zu drücken.
  8. Diebstahlsicherung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung, welche das Ende der Nadel (14) aufnimmt, sich entlang der Achse der Nadel in einem Dämpfungsorgan (40) fortsetzt.
  9. Diebstahlsicherung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungsorgan aus einem elastisch verformbaren Stück (40) besteht.
  10. Diebstahlsicherung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungsorgan aus einem Stück (41) besteht, das axial beweglich ist und durch eine Feder gedämpft wird.
